To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 雞球很入味, 不過我最鐘意食既係佢d 蔥, 很香口

【紅燒豆腐】
個汁味道都可以,豆腐入口都滑

【咖喱牛腩煲】
完全唔辣, 牛腩都夠腍同入味

整體來說, 菜式味道中規中矩, 份量適中, 可惜冇乜驚喜.

今天約了朋友在港島區聚會,之後就搵下區內有甚麼好的飯聚地方,朋友多想吃中菜便去翠園晚餐!服務員很快為我們帶位,叫了香茗普洱茶,不錯很香點菜時間前菜蜜汁叉燒同玫瑰豉油雞,很好醬汁一流肉質不會硬實,雞肉也滑溜梅菜的香甜全被芥蘭吸收,咸甜爽脆炆斑塊的魚肉非常新鮮,肉質很厚身,加入乾蔥爆香再炆,是佐飯一流佳品XO醬爆海鮮香辣嘢味,加上蝦仁同蚌片很爽囗,西蘭花也不錯燕窩湯羹,很多燕窩同蛋白綠豆沙也很好,不過甜整體服務不錯,並且上菜速度快!環境舒適優雅,食物有水準!不會太咸或太甜的調味海鮮做得很好

一班同事數埋都十幾廿個,最好就係酒樓落腳,點心都可叫多幾款。翠園一向口碑都唔錯,美心旗下的中菜系列餐廳。老實說,成個香港餐飲業,基本上美心飲食國都佔左一大半,唔好話做得好出色,但至少做到預期standard,唔會太差個種囉!點心水準係預期之內,但椒鹽尤魚鬚郤係意料之外的出色!有驚喜喎!鐵鑊仔上枱,既精緻又能保持熱度,係聰明之選!條條尤魚鬚約女士手指的粗度,大條有睇頭。不過咁大條通常慘過食刷膠,一啖咬去,嘩 !超正!薄薄一層脆皮包住,真係外脆內軟,而且鮮味無窮!真係好惹味。呢碟尤魚鬚真係一絕,絕對係對美心呢個品牌改觀!

今日八個朋友食飯Book定檯食中菜見到有個半席六位用既餐,只係$1,060首先有芝士龍蝦伊麵古法桂花炒魚肚,好似炒飯咁大碟炸蝦丸,有成九粒架!冬瓜盅要預訂,所以我地只可以食冬蓉羹雖然係六人餐,但係我地八位都有一人一大碗鮑魚伴花菇,繼續大大碟架!大大條清蒸沙巴😋😋瑤柱泡菜苗醬油雞我地驚唔夠,仲加左鴨同埋加左咕嚕肉個餐仲有包埋甜品架!鮮奶椰皇糕!食左咁多野,每人都只係180,二百蚊有找絕對抵食如果想食冬瓜盅,記住提早訂定

海南味道有四主打,分別是酒香和樂蟹、海南加積鴨、沙薑東山羊與及白切文昌雞。這四道菜式坊間又謂曰「四大公司泊馬頭」。翻查資料,原來「四大公司泊馬頭」乃在牌九賭局中之術語,意思是莊家拿得一手爛牌,於是各賭徒便有福了!莊家通賠,人人有份,永不落空。而四大公司,則為當代上海的四大企業:先施、永安、新新、大新。小的不知何解海南瓊州之四名菜會用上「四大公司泊馬頭」的稱謂,但只要好味,小的便甚麼也不計較了!

加積鴨與平日廣東愛吃的烤鴨大異其趣。鴨身沒有經過烤燒,採用淡色醬油醃製,令鴨兒保留原有金黃的色澤。外型有點像切雞,又或是臘鴨。可是入口當然是兩者皆非,加積鴨加了青菜絲與海南特產酸柑,令鴨肉的味道清新,與慣常所吃的香濃皮脆截然不同。海南酸柑其實就是咱們所叫的青檸,這兒的青檸個子十分小巧,不過味道依然。

白切文昌雞隔水烹蒸後再過冷河,使之皮脆爽彈。雖然海南島的白切文昌雞也叫海南雞,與咱們所熟悉在新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國等東南亞地區的海南雞名字相同。然而白切文昌雞入口卻較有嚼勁,至於雞種則因產自不同的區域,今天香港大部份只能吃到冰鮮貨,故而味道自然有所不及了。

沙薑東山羊把羊肉切成長方狀的薄片,宛如打翻了的骨牌一層又一層地重叠展現,上舖小許的䓤蒜。單看賣相已是美侖美奐。一啖入口發覺羊肉鬆軟幼嫩,沙薑的強烈香氣去掉羶膩。食家嫌之不夠羶香,怕羶的朋友則樂此不疲。

酒香和樂蟹端的是酒香四溢,在蟹底鋪了一層海南的抱羅粉,吃之有點似是較幼身的米線。抱羅粉完美地浸淫在白色的蟹膏與花雕之中,每一口都醇厚甘濃。至於蟹肉方面雖然未算結實新鮮,但和以濃濃的酒香仍是甘甜可口。

其它的美饌尚有野菜雞油飯,無論是雞油或是豬油飯都屬魔鬼的誘惑,縱然不太健康,卻是無可抗拒。經雞油、豬肉碎與各式調味料炒熟的米飯,上面鋪滿了海南五指山當造的鹿舌菜。豐富的青菜中和了雞油飯的肥膩。不過小的還是較喜歡單純的雞油撈或是豬油撈飯,沒有太多的花巧,卻更能帶出簡樸純淨的民間況味。

香酥魷魚眾人稱許,沒有厚厚的炸粉外皮,卻是火喉十足,每一條都香酥鬆脆。還有許多的菜式如燒鵝、乾煸小黃牛、豆乾野菜、牛肚等不勝凡舉。

最後的甜品小的選了椰子清補涼,出場時卻發現這完全非屬咱們所認知的傳統清補涼。卻是以椰皇外殻承著椰子奶凍,上鋪以芒果、木瓜與西瓜。味道好是好,卻絕無清補涼的功效。

小的最崇拜的偶像也曾謫居瓊州,滯留當地卻愛上那裡的華山麗水,愛上當地古樸純厚的民風。縱身陷危難依然隨緣處樂。今天嚐一趟瓊菜,追憶已逝的故人,多情應笑我,一尊還酹江月。

今晩約咗很耐無見朋友相聚一下,就選擇翠園,當晚七點左右到,加上用咗手機電子取飛!很快就有位,又不用當現場實地等,既方便又可預算時間。服務員很快就安排好坐位,之後就問我們想開邊款茶,很快地擺好餐牌給我哋參考,之後就叫咗下面圖片的美饌!不過不失,很有水準菜式方面原本上湯浸時蔬可選菠菜,但之後落完單先知買晒,要改另一種叫了白菜仔,而甜品雙皮奶,落單不用等好耐就送上,當然咁快到一定不能好,但品質及熱度是很高,不是馬虎又不會太甜

菜式方面原本上湯浸時蔬可選菠菜,但之後落完單先知買晒,要改另一種叫了白菜仔,而甜品雙皮奶,落單不用等好耐就送上,當然咁快到一定不能好,但品質及熱度是很高,不是馬虎又不會太甜
