首先我哋喺ig holiday smart見到呢度有飲茶放題,相入面環境又好食物又高質,於是就網上俾錢book位一去到環境同上有好大差距,同up dum 酒樓冇分別,天花又黃又發霉,一去到企咗好耐都冇人理,之後先問我哋有位未食物質素方面,所謂任食,原來蝦餃燒賣每人最多兩隻,蒸籠又黑又發霉,所有燒味食物都係凍嘅,最後叫咗木瓜凍,又酸又苦,其他蒸嘅食物我覺得都還可以啦,算正常但係同一時間,隔離有枱客人反映有碟餸有酸味,職員即刻除低口罩試味,話冇酸味,重點佢係推緊垃圾車,衛生意識好有問題而價錢係每位128, 同平時飲茶都差唔多,都算平嘅😅😅

最近很多宣傳攻勢的大閘蟹放題。真心的,如果只為食大閘蟹而來,大多會後悔。首先早已說明大閘蟹是3-4兩,所以一定不要期望太高。而蟹羔情況也沒有保證,當晚只吃了4隻,只有兩隻有少爆羔情況。而套餐食物,中規中矩啦,可以再食👍:桂花糕、炒飯ok👌: 鮑魚、燒鵝、椒鹽豆腐;失望👎: 花膠浸時蔬(沒有花膠)、鮮蟹肉燕窩羹(沒有燕窩)點心放題: 剛坐低想下單點心,男侍應(應該係稍高級的)便叫我們先食套餐先,有很多食物,怕我們吃不了…… 再過一會,找另一女侍應,成功下單。但只屬一般酒樓水準,原先以為尖沙咀區,應該會稍高一線吧!但事實真的不似預期,味道真的非常一般。很多人說這裡的服務態度很差,我認為還可以,部份女侍應其實不錯的,只要不抱著"尖沙咀質素"去衡量,用一般街坊酒樓水準去看待😅,其實還算可以。只係下單,有時真的有點亂,經常有漏單。

很多人說這裡的服務態度很差,我認為還可以,部份女侍應其實不錯的,只要不抱著"尖沙咀質素"去衡量,用一般街坊酒樓水準去看待😅,其實還算可以。只係下單,有時真的有點亂,經常有漏單。

話說琴晚book咗8:00,7:53達,當時問阿姐係咪會直接上大閘蟹,阿姐答我係⋯過咗25分鐘都冇大閘蟹上黎、就舉手問下~~但店員都係選擇性睇唔到你咁,到睇到時~阿姐即大大聲講‘’你唔出聲,我點知你⋯‘’態度極差,叫咗3次阿姐鬧足我哋3次,笫3次真係忍唔到,同阿姐理論,服務態度極差⋯個阿姐叫阿雲,仲有就係啲大閘蟹其中有2個係壞嘅~~貴公司如不再注重員工質數,只會越來越差⋯⋯

食完蟹想再點小小點心食 等左半個鐘都冇黎~可能因為我地8點要交台吾想比我地食啦,同埋last order唔會問您,自己望住個鐘食啦!

點心:不過不失,我地點左燒賣,鮮蝦菜苗餃,金錢肚,鳳爪,肚雞 (一般正常)

涼拌:青瓜,木耳(兩個都好食)

燒味: 叉燒,燒鵝,燒腩仔(燒鵝好肥,燒腩仔好乾,叉燒夠林不過個汁有啲燶)

成餐飯我覺得最好食係椒鹽豆腐。

總括,食過一次就夠。

題外話:卜位個陣佢不停話好多人卜左台,仲想叫我提早15分鐘離台,但明明我買卷寫明120分鐘,好彩我冇聽佢講同埋個日眼見係好多空台,所以唔知佢點解要咁講🤣

第三,態度差,原來枱下面俾左個啤酒筒俾我地放殻,完全無人提過我地既情況下,所以啲殻放左係碟上面,之後有個女既服務員態度好差咁話我地做乜唔倒落去筒到,其實我完全唔知有個筒,你可以用好啲態度去叫我地倒掛😅

從來未食過咁難食嘅大閘蟹放題,食十隻蟹有三四隻都係臭嘅,其餘六七隻啲蟹膏又水又散,仲有啲苦苦地,冇一隻係正常嘅味道。出蟹嘅時間都唔太耐,中間有大約10分鐘停咗一停,但如果啲蟹係好味嘅我都接受到,但越食就越激氣,因為冇一隻蟹係正常味道,浪費時間又浪費金錢,大家都食到一肚氣。即使任飲嘅薑茶都係冇乜味道,只係好過飲水咁解。從來未試過食大閘蟹放題食食吓已經唔想食😡。補充,另外佢仲有一大碟菜,蟹肉羹,鮑魚仔,炒飯,一份雞同甜品,有時會有啲點心喺出邊俾你自己攞,呢啲都唔太難食,不過而家嘅主題係大閘蟹放題,我通常都唔會食咁多其他嘢,留肚食大閘蟹。

星期日中午入坐,門口己沒有人帶位,自己坐下一張3人枱,枱只有一張點心紙因為任食,故點了二十幾樣,燒味都點左7碟點燒賣時都問係咪上3粒最後埋單變左散叫!職員話任食是另一張點心纸我話坐底你地又無問,加上枱只有一張點心纸,同埋點二十幾樣點會吾係任食!然後仲死撑最後趕時間照付!

This restaurant locates right at the middle of city. It opens everyday at 10am when most of other similar places are still not in operations. We saw the poster at the entrance for dim sum buffet and other promotions.
