很多年前經朋友介紹下認識呢間餐廳,輾轉間亦轉手過一次,但轉手後食物質素亦都冇差度....雖然餐廳地方比較迫,有時還需預約才有位....但亦都冇打消唔去食的念頭呢.....首先會送上餐湯同沙律...送上磨菇湯時可加黑椒調味,味道都有濃郁菇菌味同埋有好多磨菇粒..!巴馬火腿味道唔太咸...冇腥味,配上哈蜜瓜味道剛剛好....主菜黎啦...有大大隻既虎蝦,全蛋闊條麵比一般闊條麵入口較韌。忌廉汁配上黑松露,味道都很香..!另一主菜是有機豬鞍...肉質鬆軟,口感更嫩滑而肉味更非常濃郁,亦都可配上黑椒汁...

唯一係這裏不好是店較迫但是食品質素還可以。

羊架係好食既,個汁都好香,肉質5會煮過火,有小小血肉既~

中學時期,雞地很多平價食肆。時至今日,那邊已經變作一條小小美食街,日本菜、泰國菜、西餐應有盡有。通常,我到雞地都是光顧那間狗狗CAFÉ較多,今日,朋友帶我去食JC ROOM… 昏暗的環境,加上微小的燭光,整個氣氛都頗浪漫餐牌上有很多東西都想試一下,+$35可以轉SET 配湯或沙律,另加飲品我選了煎牛肉配牛肝菌汁闊條麵好香,牛肉和牛肝菌汁好配合,雖然牛肝菌汁味濃,但並不會蓋過牛本身的肉汁 。另外,闊條麵口感稍硬此外我選了沙律,是薯仔沙律薯仔質感不錯,暇外面的是薯蓉,好像包著薯仔粒一樣,咬落口有兩種層次,very good,沙律菜就一般,有點苦 (燈光太暗相機難以對焦)朋友叫了漢堡及湯,七成熟的肉,肉味濃又juicy,薯條熱辣辣十分脆身,好味。但吃了半個就飽了,因肉很厚,頗膩。不過餐湯真的值得一讚,磨菇湯好creamy,又好重菇味,不是罐頭湯那種,而是用blender,整個感覺好厚身。

薯仔質感不錯,暇外面的是薯蓉,好像包著薯仔粒一樣,咬落口有兩種層次,very good,沙律菜就一般,有點苦 (燈光太暗相機難以對焦)
朋友叫了漢堡及湯,七成熟的肉,肉味濃又juicy,薯條熱辣辣十分脆身,好味。但吃了半個就飽了,因肉很厚,頗膩。
不過餐湯真的值得一讚,磨菇湯好creamy,又好重菇味,不是罐頭湯那種,而是用blender,整個感覺好厚身。

Other Info. : 因為JC ROOM 是相連舖位的餐廳,但我們進入的舖位仍是「開心小敍」的招牌,雖然裡面裝潢也是與鄰店一致,但如能統一招牌就更加好了

要做到色香味俱全並唔容易依個「北海道帶子紫薯意大利飯」$148就真係做到啦👍🏻單睇個賣相,已經吸引左我黎試不過早兩日去既時候係午飯時間檯上的只得set menu 卻沒有依個飯於是我問侍應有無依個侍應都好好話廚師幫我地整(當係散叫😆)傳聞中的相真係無騙人,賣相真係好靚,而且好香畢竟意大利飯多數都要用洋蔥煮所以食落洋蔥味較濃,而紫薯味就唔太覺但就食到個汁係有澱粉狀的感覺應該係因為用紫薯做汁,所以汁有少少粉粉地而兩粒帶子煎得好香,煎得岩岩好,入面仲係好軟身,好好味至於個湯雖然依個湯賣相普通飲落都係正正常常蕃茄濃湯味🍅點解仲要Post呢?因佢上菜時,個碗無論係碗邊都係好熱既相信係餐廳整熱左個碗先再裝湯依樣好細心既小動作,小妹真係好欣賞所以藉此表揚下😂P.S.凡Order主菜加$10就有蕃茄湯

要做到色香味俱全並唔容易
依個「北海道帶子紫薯意大利飯」$148就真係做到啦👍🏻
單睇個賣相,已經吸引左我黎試
不過早兩日去既時候係午飯時間
檯上的只得set menu 卻沒有依個飯
於是我問侍應有無依個
侍應都好好話廚師幫我地整(當係散叫😆)
傳聞中的相真係無騙人,賣相真係好靚,而且好香
畢竟意大利飯多數都要用洋蔥煮
所以食落洋蔥味較濃,而紫薯味就唔太覺
但就食到個汁係有澱粉狀的感覺
應該係因為用紫薯做汁,所以汁有少少粉粉地
而兩粒帶子煎得好香,煎得岩岩好,入面仲係好軟身,好好味

至於個湯
雖然依個湯賣相普通
飲落都係正正常常蕃茄濃湯味🍅
點解仲要Post呢?
因佢上菜時,個碗無論係碗邊都係好熱既
相信係餐廳整熱左個碗先再裝湯
依樣好細心既小動作,小妹真係好欣賞
所以藉此表揚下😂

時間岩岩好,職員就問我地要咩餐飲,我叫左cappuccino,友人叫了芒果茶。細心既職員提友人泡一陣先好飲,亦有主動加水,唔怕我地 hea 好耐都唔肯走。習慣返工既忙碌在這裡幫我放鬆了很多。亦因為咁,JC Room 贏得我第一篇食評,真心希望佢地可以保持用心既態度。

我絕對會推介此店給朋友,大家亦不妨一試。

同朋友食完晚飯,有個朋友話去飲野,終是入左呢間,佢食西餐既,但係都有野飲。 我叫左啤酒,朋友叫左紅酒,另外個朋友就叫左焦糖燉蛋。個焦糖燉蛋朋友話好食既,詳情點好食法就無問佢喇,哈哈!不過值得一讚既係果度d 員工,佢地會好細心咁招呼每一位客人,會問我地d 野好唔好食。佢見我地飲野仲送左d 麵包同脆脆條俾我地食。 佢有個自製香草芝士醬好好食架,將麵包點落去食好好味,好香芝士味。另外我見到隔離枱食steak 個賣相已經好吸引,下次會試下佢地既晚餐。呢度既氣氛同環境都好好,暗暗地好啱飲野傾計。 最後我地坐到差唔多佢地閂門先走,但d 員工都無趕住要我地埋單走人咁。

Happy Friday 繼續記錄生日飯:是的,繼 Atelier Vivanda 午餐後,夜晚在元朗還有一場生日飯,吃到肚滿腸肥! Chef's Stage Cafe (CSC) 成功細舖搬大舖,樓下舊址就由 JC Room 頂上。餐廳照樣夜間租下隔壁開心小敘的舖位,醒目媽媽當然預早訂下主店用餐。這裡據說與 CSC 是同集團,看餐單及麵包款式有點似,但不能確定。不同於 CSC,這樣已經領了酒牌,不過仍然免開瓶費,好天這晚就帶了一支冰酒來共享,甜甜的很合心~ 這裡沒有晚市套餐,不過所有主菜加 $30 都可轉套餐,會有指定餐湯/沙律及咖啡/茶。這晚三女生點了兩份主菜,都轉成套餐,都跟了沙律是三文魚沙律,味道與份量都不錯。 又點了一份 芝士肉醬釀大啡菇 Stuffed Portebello w/ Cheese & Meat Sauce ($58),一客有兩大件,芝香與肉醬交匯,多汁惹味,相當抵吃;但講高質,隔條街的 M Station 1 會更出色。主菜點了 香辣蒜片虎蝦炒扁意粉 Linguine Peperoncino with King Prawns ($138),一客有兩大隻鮮美虎蝦

最後還點上了 自家製芝士餅 (原價 $45,惠顧晚餐加 $20享用),成品帶點綠茶口味,其實還是Tiramisu 較好吃。點上別致的生日牌及蠟燭(要另收費),就是美好盡興的結尾了。
