疫情越來越嚴重,大家都盡量留在家中不到處走走,但每日返工離家始終左所難免,放工後多數也盡早回家,但平時放工回家煮飯已經太夜,所以最近多數買外賣回家比較方便快捷。屋企附近餐廳食店已經吃到有點悶,今晚決定在公司附近買外賣回家,轉換一下口味。原來附近有間川菜酒樓,外賣自取有77折,還有老公最愛的口水雞,一於買幾個小菜回家吃。估唔到酒樓外賣都包裝得非常好,每個盒都包上保鮮紙,防止漏汁,好貼心喔!蒜泥白玉麻辣香味四溢,豬腩片中間夾住青瓜片,沾上麻辣醬汁,蒜泥香蔥等等,入口軟嫩惹味,青瓜清甜味可以中和麻辣辛辣味,麻辣味香濃又不太辣,不錯不錯!招牌口水雞(半隻)一打開外賣盒麻辣香味已經直撲入鼻腔,份量十足,紅紅的醬汁顏色非常吸引,雞肉鮮嫩入味,麻辣味香而不太辣,一食就令人食不停口,超正!京蔥爆牛肉京蔥吸收了大量醬汁,鮮甜又美味,牛肉肉味香濃嫩滑,非常有鑊氣。

今天是第一次到金公館食午餐,成日以為這裡只有小菜,不太適合食午餐,後來才發覺這裡是有即叫即造的點心!這裡可以用App 攞飛,比較方便,但裝修方面比較簡單,大部分都是中size 的圓枱,適合4-6人。我們一共四個人,要了懷舊原籠馬拉糕($23)、南乳花生豬手($23)、蜜汁叉燒腸粉($22)、生煎菜肉包($25)、蘿蔔千絲酥($25)、蜜汁叉燒包($23)和酸菜魚(小辣)($92)。原則上所要的點心也不過不失,最令我們失望反而是最貴的酸菜魚,店員說魚是用鱸魚,魚片不是很多,薯粉有點過分煙韌!因朋友不太可以嚐辣,所以要求可否「走辣」,但店員説至少要揀「小辣」,若你是不太受「辣」的人,千祈不要點這款菜式,因朋友結果也是受不了,所以變成唯一一碟吃剩的!茶錢是每位$10,連埋加一,埋單剛好是$300!

北京烤鴨並非堂前片皮,感覺稍差。見到了半隻烤鴨的份量後,覺得好似偏少了;原因在於每片鴨皮要保持方方正正的長方形,所以浪費了烤鴨不少部位,難怪要加 $78 才可以將烤鴨餘下來的部位炮制第二食。不過,如果只是單單講烤鴨皮的賣相,就非常吸引,直逼高級京菜館或官府菜 ⋯⋯ 但如果講北京烤鴨的整體上菜賣相,綜合了餐碟設計、鴨皮鴨肉的舖排、醬料及配料的配搭各個環節,就只是一間普通京川滬菜館的級數了。

只有一籠饃饃皮,但很薄身,份量其實不少,足夠半隻烤鴨做成鴨皮鴨肉卷。饃饃皮薄身、綿韌、又沒有黏結在一起,做得相當好。烤鴨採用傳統的皮肉分家片皮片肉方法,鴨皮香脆、脂肪分量剛剛好,有鴨油香味;但鴨肉就完全唔得,粗嚡、鴨味淡。同一隻烤鴨的質素好壞參半,很難下判語。

「金公館」轉型之後,同一間普通京川滬菜館差不多,雖然迎合大眾化口味,但反而沒有了原本的地道川菜特色;而且,味道又唔見得特別出眾,競爭力如何?拭目以待。題外話,雖然獲安排了四人枱,枱面面積亦夠大;但餐枱設計有個嚴重問題,其中兩邊的餐枱枱腳因為要配合摺檯設計,多了一條橫擔,坐得好唔舒服。
