偶爾路過,被招牌及放在門外的menu吸引,徒步進入,座位頗寛落,燈光柔和,食慾大增,望著menu有選擇性的困難,好似款款麵食都好吸引,飲品亦然,頗多選擇掙扎一輪,結果揀牛筋湯麵,蕃茄湯底,蜂蜜檸檬珍珠緣茶上枱時,湯麵presentation 好好,只單看鋪在湯麵上的牛筋,便知道對胃口喇!牛筋色澤鮮明,成半透明,一口咬落去,柔軟嫩滑,無筋,好豐富的骨膠原呀⋯⋯配搭的紅蘿白,入味,夠林湯麵彈牙,爽口,蕃茄湯清甜,沒有蓋過牛筋的香味,真是用心去做的湯麵珍珠綠茶,酸酸甜甜的,好好飲呀非常滿意的一餐

想試好耐的牛肉麵,
係大街好易搵,

名人效應的確是兩面刄,如果不是慕「超蓮」之名,也不會留意在駱克道這位置有賣臺灣牛肉麵。好像開業初期也「紅」過一陣子,但今天還是午餐時間,已沒多少人幫襯。店員安排我坐靠牆一邊,我一個人坐下不久,她安排兩名大漢和我坐同一檯。首先,店內真的還有兩、三張空枱,不知為何她沒有安排兩個男子坐另一張枱, 也沒有將我的枱拉開一點,為什麼不讓客人坐得舒服一些呢?先扣一分!跟着點餐,我要她介紹一個無糖飲品,她好像發緊夢咁樣,要我「少甜」,我已經說「冇糖」,有個較高級的職員過來,跟我說可以叫一杯凍檸茶。fine,但要扣分!因為我不吃麵,只叫了幾個小食,牛筋牛肉雙拼,肉燥青菜,仲有蘿蔔。蘿蔔一咬下去苦澀味有渣,又扣分。牛肉牛筋真的不知怎樣煮熟的,鹵水?紅燒?冇口感又冇味。只靠淋上醬汁的甜味,唔好食,又扣分!最後燙青菜,肉燥當然是機撹的沒有質感。用空心菜不是用台灣A菜也算了。吃下去竟然發現一些穢物真令人噁心我也沒有將事件弄大,只是叫他們取消就算了。侍應的態度也很散漫,分也扣冇可扣了!不知這店子還能支持多久,但本人就不會再幫襯了。

食台灣野一定離不開飲珍珠奶茶,呢度的珍珠係透明的,不是一般外面買到的黑色。食落有韌度,奶茶唔會過甜,因為太甜會蓋過奶茶的味道,飲完都唔會粘住喉嚨,好味!順帶一提,飲管係不銹鋼的,有消毒櫃消毒的,很環保,值得支持!

勿看明星效應下,以對台北本店比較而去嘗鮮。本人比較推薦No1🍜🐂照牌三合一紅燒牛肉麵:第一口湯頭口感清甜而不膩,搭配麵條吃起來還算不過不失,牛腩牛根牛肚爽彈,和香港本土的牛雜面相反,沒有它的入口即化的口感,對與追求者可能有點比較。但對於本寶寶還好☺️☺️☺️。No2肉燥燙青菜:肉燥的甜度加上青菜的清爽度,可以給一個「」不過份量小了一點。至於珍珠奶茶:茶底太淡珍珠也不 QQ ,和坊間的品牌不大一樣。唯一可取之處是用上不銹鋼飲管,為環保出少少力。

I ordered the signature  three in one beef noodle ($95). I chose the braised soup. Though it said was spicy, it wasn't spicy at all. The broth was pretty good. Rich and flavorful. There were beef brisket, tendon and tripe. All were nice t hick pieces. The beef was so soft, it literally fell apart. The tendon was soft like mush.

Everything was delicious but for $95, I didn't bowl me over as worth the price. There are a few places out there that serve a pretty decent bowl for cheaper. But it was quite delicious and I'd probably come back as the place was clean and I didn't feel cramped.

三合一即係牛腩、牛肚同牛筋。首先試下個湯底,據說用上大量材料熬足超過48小時,一呷牛味都算重,湯頭有層油但唔算厚,帶股酸酸尾尾味道,幾開胃,但係感覺同係台灣食過紅燒牛肉麵唔係好一樣,可能據之前新聞報道話因香港人口味調整過?而麵條係特別訂製,湯麵既麵條形狀係扁而窄的陽春麵條,食落軟硬度適中。至於主角牛既味道,牛筋,有三大條,有兩條口感一般,好粉,反而最後一條口感唔錯,幾稔身而又有嚼勁;而牛腩,都有8-10件,反而牛味唔重,有啲過老;牛肚就比其他兩者出色,口感爽脆亦掛汁

試左湯底,另外試一個乾拌,係用豆干粒、肉燥等10幾款配料做成醬汁,再加左少少紅燒牛骨湯拌麵醬汁,所以同紅燒湯底一樣都係偏酸,因為中式拌麵汁黎講以咸同辣居多,酸既反而係泰式會常見D,佢有少少似後者,但又唔係泰式,拌麵汁份量都夠,每條麵都沾得上。而麵條又會同湯麵既唔同,係形狀比較粗同圓既拉麵,食落比湯麵既陽春麵條彈牙一啲。另外,MENU 上都有得比你免費加麻辣醬同辣椒醬,我就試左個麻辣醬,味道好重好咸,唔加比較好食

我自己比較少飲冬瓜茶配珍珠,仲要再配上奶茶,所以就點黎試下,同埋係用白珍珠,即係用番薯粉搓成。飲落冬瓜茶味道比較淡,奶味有但唔濃,雖然係咁,但兩者既比例岩岩好,飲落好舒服,唔會覺得膩,而且白珍珠比起黑珍珠更有嚼勁更QQ,唔錯

整體而言,同台灣所食到既味道係有啲出入,可以做得更好,但以價錢同地理位置,加上老闆娘既名聲而言都值得支持,而比起佢既牛肉麵,小食鴨血同豆魚以及冬瓜珍珠奶茶更得我心
Other Info. : 餐廳用七彩顏色既膠杯提供水比客人,但呢款膠杯好易藏左啲味道入去,是次光顧既時候所提供既膠杯就係有股味道....建議改用玻璃杯會好啲
