早前見網上好多foodie介紹呢間餐廳,打算生日飯去食,4個人叫左生蠔、沙律、生牛肉他他、Deluxe butcher’s cut(逐位計)、生肉飯同埋米酒雪糕首先個沙律真係平平無奇,酸汁又過酸,開胃菜都變得唔開胃。生牛肉他他落既生蒜過於辣口,但都可以接受咁到上肉啦,店員就咁擺低完全冇介紹過啲肉既款式,同埋以人頭計嚟講果一舊肉仔真係唔夠食,仲要收$980,見到都呆左。仲要唔知點解其他枱既客人都有店員幫忙燒肉,我地由頭到尾都冇人幫過手,態度又唔好,同茶記差唔多,食到一肚氣。明明啲店員大部分識講中文聽到我地講野都扮冇反應。之後我地追加左一份日本和牛同埋龍蝦尾,追加時已同店員講可以上個飯,上左肉之後已經等左好耐,問店員仲有個飯要上佢先話知道會幫我地上,咁我頭先講嚟做乜?龍蝦尾同佢講未整就唔要啦,最後又等左勁耐,無啦啦攞嚟擺低話頭先已經整緊cut唔到。咁好啦擺低左我地唔識燒就叫店員幫手,先斯斯然走嚟幫手燒,問佢有冇汁先去攞個蒜茸牛油汁出嚟,唔問佢好似唔打算提,咁你個汁整嚟擺架?舊龍蝦完全無味,好似超市買果啲急凍龍蝦咁,真係唔知佢地入貨果個人係識唔識既最後,個飯嚟到,店員會將個牛骨髓倒落啲飯撈

咁好啦擺低左我地唔識燒就叫店員幫手,先斯斯然走嚟幫手燒,問佢有冇汁先去攞個蒜茸牛油汁出嚟,唔問佢好似唔打算提,咁你個汁整嚟擺架?
舊龍蝦完全無味,好似超市買果啲急凍龍蝦咁,真係唔知佢地入貨果個人係識唔識既

最後,個飯嚟到,店員會將個牛骨髓倒落啲飯撈勻,店員啲手勢好快,快到好似大牌檔啲師傅拋鑊一樣
個飯味道合枱略嫌係太油。食完在座各位都痾
索價$480,係米芝蓮中菜既炒飯都唔洗咁貴,用料又唔係特別靚,真係諗唔明佢點樣定價


頭先提到最後有個店員同我地燒肉,之後就問我地飲唔飲soju,攞左啲自製既人參soju比我地試,er,可以入口既,不過大家都係濕一濕口就擺低,見我地唔岩飲又問其他口味中唔中意?唔係好明佢係咁推介我地soju既意思係乜

埋完單就走嚟問係咪有朋友生日,幫我地影一張即影即有,係咪想係呢度加返啲分數?但係sorry呀,你呢間餐廳已經負左分
明明好多店員係度騰嚟騰去,仲有專人企係枱到幫手燒,真係唔明點解我地搵親人都冇人幫手?

Located in the centre of LKF we were expecting that it would be on the pricier side. However the food did not meet expectations. The egg dish was burnt and had a bitter taste. Portions are very small as well. Not worth it. Would not recommend this place.

🥩6oz 45 Days Dry Aged USDA Prime Ribeye Steak
呢個係主菜,其實食完啲前菜已飽左7,8成咁制,但黎到扒房點都要食下佢地啲熟成牛扒🥩
餐廳自己有個熟成櫃,分別有西冷同肉眼。
熟成呢個工序可以將牛扒美味層次加倍提升,有助鎖住牛肉内部既水分,同時令牛扒肉質更嫩,油份更集中。
呢件肉眼夠曬嫩,外層仲有少少焦脆,就咁食已經好好味,亦可以加少少喜馬拉雅山鹽,或者用紫蘇葉、蒜片同韓式辣醬包住肉黎食亦另有一番風味。

先點了半打生蠔,不算特別大只但爽脆,配點檸檬汁跟調好的醋汁,清爽開胃

🥘Sundubu Stew
傳統大醬豆腐湯,有不少的材料:脆肉瓜、香菇、蝦子、八爪魚等等,帶微辣味道偏濃

🐙Seafood Pancakes
就是讓吳先森說出還不錯的一道,的確是能入選我吃過頭二最好吃的,海鮮很足料,因紅粉漿很少不會覺得很麵粉感,酥脆好吃~

🐥 Korean Fried Chicken
不錯之二。蓮藕很脆很好吃,雞的皮炸到金黃色卡滋卡滋的,咬開居然還可以剛好熟透,嫩滑還帶有肉汁,再淋上微甜的焦糖醬,應該要來杯啤酒了

🐙Australia Octopus Tentacles
燒烤類會由店員服務,由原條開始燒,之後會剪開再按照厚薄再烤,烤完的八爪魚腳帶點焦香有嚼勁。是不錯之三

🐷Korean Jeju Pork Belly
吃韓式式烤肉必點的五花肉,滿滿的油香,店家特別配制了個酸酸辣辣的醬汁,可以降低油膩感

🍜Korean noodle soup
店員即席烹調的韓式麵條,麵條彈牙有口感,湯頭是溫潤的鮮甜,是最近天氣開始轉涼,或是喝完酒最後用來暖胃的一道

🥂House Infused Soju - 蝶豆花
這個我當天就即時發了限動,本來是藍色的,加了另外小杯酒時就變成紫藍,酒勁不強,自己就可以輕易喝完一份

🍨Ginseng Ice cream
豆香十足的雪糕,好像還有人參跟米酒的選擇
