My colleagues and I booked a table for six at 12:30PM for our group lunch. We arrived on time and ordered 6 cold and hot dishes. The dishes didn't come until 20 min later, which was fine, however, they handed us the bill at 1:15PM, which was less than 30min after we started eating and rushed us to leave asap. 最先上來的是韓式鍋貼,雖然說是鍋貼,但形態卻比較像煎餃子,一碟四隻賣$40。賣相不吸引,看起來很油亮,摺位像快要散開的樣子,入口軟叭叭的,分不清外皮和內餡,亦嚐不出裡面是豬肉還是魚肉,算是今晚的一大敗筆。

紫菜卷壽司的份量頗多,內裡放了紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、蟹柳條及煎蛋,一條卷成兩寸半闊,再切成八件,其實光吃前菜和這個已經夠飽了。韓式壽司卷講求不浪費,不似日式的卷物着重賣相,所以頭尾兩件的外型不會刻意修剪整齊。餡料所夾的蛋絲呈輕微半生狀態,入口蛋香很突出,不過米飯有點過濕,影響了口感。

今餐我們在份量上大失預算,像炸醬麵,$95端來的是一大盤,已經足夠二人食用。碗中只看見滿滿的、黑漆漆的醬料,有點像紅酒燴牛肉的顏色,完全把麵條都蓋過了,跟記憶中韓國友人為我煮的不太一樣。嚐一口,以為味道會很鹹,但卻出奇地淡,比較像茨汁,軟軟的麵條沉在底部,需要翻攪才能均勻的沾上醬汁,內裡加入了肉絲、魷魚、洋蔥、整體除了飽肚感,似乎沒法有其他感想。

如果知道麵的份量有那麼多,便不會點這個石鍋什景飯了。端來的時候附有一隻溫泉蛋,但還未欣賞流心效果,店員就已經很迅速的加入大量辣椒醬,然後幫忙拌勻。石鍋飯加入大量蔬菜和蛋汁,米飯嚐起來比較濕潤,雖然說是「雜錦飯」,但除了蔬菜和牛肉,嚐不到有海鮮,材料似乎沒有我們想像的豐富。

在韓國餐廳竟然看不到韓籍店員或阿豬媽,令人不禁有點悵然若失。外籍店員只懂一點廣東話,基本上要以英語溝通,態度不算特別親切,唯有以微笑化解言語的不足。是日只有前菜和紫菜壽司卷較為令人滿意,埋單連加一盛惠$401,賬單上夾有幾顆糖果,最逗人發笑是那台舊式的碌卡機,手動刷咭時會發出咔嚓一聲,難怪叫「碌卡」了。話說回來,四月已經有十多年沒有見過這種機器,應該算是古董了吧!

小妹向來喜愛韓食,當中有個主因是喜歡它們自家製的各式餐前小食,種類很多,這兒送上了6小碟的前菜,分別是韓式泡菜、芽菜、菠菜、豆腐、蘿蔔絲及我最喜歡的薯仔。一般的韓式餐館的泡菜都是自家醃製的,這兒的充滿韓媽媽的傳統手藝味道,不會過鹹,菜兒爽脆,辣度剛好。芽菜及菠菜味道普通,蘿蔔絲有點過鹹,而最得我心的當然是薯仔,味道濃郁,輕輕的鹹度入口惹味,軟硬恰好,6個前菜中小妹最欣賞的就是薯仔。

先來的燒豚肉,店員先把兩份醬料及生菜送來,橙色的醬料甜中帶輕辣,另一份則是鹽味很重的油份醬料,豬豚肉烤得焦香,把剛熟的豚肉放在生菜上,加點甜辣醬來吃,豚肉入口柔嫩,肉質蠻鬆化的,跟爽脆鮮甜的生菜配搭出具層次的豐富口感。

特制鹽味牛肉也很出色,肉質鮮嫩,牛味郁香,肉汁豐富,伴隨的洋蔥片亦燒得軟香,沾上醬汁,包上爽嫩生菜,十分美味呢,傳統韓國人吃烤肉是以生菜包著烤肉沾醬來吃的,原因小妹不甚了解,但中國人則覺得這樣的吃法可以減少烤肉帶來的熱氣,亦真的不錯呢。

中午来到湾仔和女友吃饭,无意间发现了隐藏在谢斐道的这家韩国餐厅。点了两个套餐,烧黑山羊和牛肋骨。等待主餐中,老板娘(韩国人哦)在我们台面上摆满了各式各样精美的小菜,虽然我们就两个人,但是分量超大方的😬😬味道也很赞!尤其是烧土豆和泡菜,太正点了。胃口大开后主菜来了!羊肉一点都不膻,牛肋骨烧的很入味,很嫩,再配以韩国烤肉的酱料,真是太地道啦😜😜

家庭式經營的韓國料理店位置於比較少人的橫街,食身的質量一般沒有太大驚喜,燒牛肋骨牛肉的偏咸煮得有點過火肉質變得不juicy... 人蔘雞湯不錯但蔘味淡不喜歡中藥味太濃的朋友可接受。  前菜清爽,菜上得快,但比起香港同等價格的韓式料理有點差距⋯⋯但置於香港區韓國家庭式經營倒是可以接受的。飯後有水果和結賬有糖果:)

朋友生日飯, 想食韓style, 上openrice搜尋, 看見普遍評價不錯, 於是決定一試。7時到達,餐廳內約有10張臺, 是家庭式經營,有2位侍應,應是韓國人,內有很多鮮花,環境不錯。2人點了牛肋骨,炸醬麯, 及煎餃子,等了約15分鐘,餸菜上臺。期間,看見鄰桌有Kimchi食,叫了侍應,送來6小碟。  鄰桌大多點了牛肋骨,相信是招牌菜,一碟10多塊,連生菜包在一起吃,點一些豆板醬,味道還可。 煎餃子一碟6隻,每隻餃子很細,略微乾硬。炸醬麯充滿黑漆漆的醬汁,賣相不敢恭維,可能韓式炸醬麯是這樣子的。食完6小碟,見鄰桌可加添,於是叫侍應,告知只有酸辣味泡菜,其他派哂,心想 : 唔係吓,派哂?  隨即鄰桌又有6小碟,火都來埋,唔想送咪隨便找一個不成理由的藉口。 之後,叫了2次加水,都沒有人理會,見已食完,餐廳內已越來越多人,埋單走人。總的來說,名過其實,服務不週, 唔會有下次!

因為約咗朋友係灣仔,佢未食飯,又介紹不如食呢樹啦,咁我又好耐無食韓國菜,又未試過呢間,所以就黎咗幫襯。其實諗著兩個人,叫2個菜就夠啦,所以叫咗一個景林飯(希望無記錯個名),一個辣豆腐煲。點知…只係2個人,上咗7碟餐前泡菜,仲要係好好食既!景林飯似石頭飯,但係無個石鍋,佢另外有個叫做石鍋景林飯,會更加似石頭飯。辣豆腐煲唔算太辣,個人黎講,更辣更佳!

今日為左睇話劇,特登陪女朋友仔去灣仔搵野食!唸唸下我地就決定再去「純子」一轉!呢次呢,我地點左兩樣野,分別係燒牛舌同埋燒羊肉!主菜未到,多款前菜先行,以咸魚仔為首,得確令我地更開胃(雖然我覺得呢個泡菜的味道仲可以濃一點)牛舌到,配埋醒胃既酸汁,送飯一流!牛舌有鐵板既香味,而肉質還算幼嫩,但略嫌肉汁鎖得唔夠實,未能係口腔留下油脂既香氣!至於燒羊肉,可以放係生菜卷埋食,因為羊肉汁偏濃,配清新既生菜,確有異曲同弓之妙!羊肉夠(穌),肉質比較厚,質感有d似駝鳥肉,送飯都係一個唔錯既選擇!總括黎講,去純子食燒牛舌($90)或羊肉($120)都係唔錯既選擇,但要留意兩人用餐可點一款肉,再配其他小吃,效果比兩款肉一定更好!

The food at Joon Ko House is 'home style' - not fancy or fast. It is cooked up in a small noisy kitchen by a couple of Korean ladies, then served by Nepali waitresses. In Korea this restaurant would not stand out from the crowd, it just isn't exceptional enough. However, the food is tasty, though not as cheap as you might think (especially if you compare prices with Korea). But in the end Wan Chai is not exactly packed with good Korean eateries at the moment, so this remains a haven for those who work in the area.

On this visit I had galbi dang (beef soup), which comes with rice and assorted banchan. The tasty is proper, though the beef is not great quality. The bibimbap is also worth a try. The kimchi gigae is OK but lacks depth and subtlety of flavours. The menu is extensive, probably too much so. I wonder how much of it can be delivered quickly to a high standard? I'd stick to the simple basic dishes.

This is my fourth visit to the restaurant this week. The side dishes are authentic and in right portion, which open up my appetite .I’ve ordered the signature dishes: beef rib soup. The beef is toothsome and tender and the soup is amazing tasty but not artificial ( I don't think the chef has put MSG). The watermelon is juicy and sweet. I’ve ordered the signature dishes: beef rib soup.
The beef is toothsome and tender and the soup is amazing tasty but not artificial ( I don't think the chef has put MSG).

一入餐廳,看到KBS 的韓國電視劇,便覺得到了韓國。店主說食物是每天新鮮制作,牛肉湯喝到最後一口還是很美味,而且味道並非停在口角,乃留在心中,回味無窮,配菜十分地道,餐廳內的鮮花擺切,感覺很雅緻。
Other Info. : 本周已試過四款湯:牛骨湯,牛肉湯,海藻湯,辣豆腐湯,各有特色,味足且地道,一啖便知廚師功力!
