今日老公來接放工,一見面就話好肚餓,要即刻去食嘢。醒起之前食過,一間韓國餐廳好好味,今晚就再幫襯下啦。間餐廳係一條好偏僻嘅街道,但去到時幾乎已經爆滿,坐低5分鐘之後,真係爆滿左。雖然好肚餓,但都忍住,只係叫咗兩個飯。其中個牛肉石頭鍋飯,真係極力推薦,因為撈完碟辣醬,再加上滿滿嘅青菜,小小嘅牛肉,就完美襯托出一味好好味嘅石頭飯。至於嗰碟豆腐雜錦飯,就失色左少少。牛肉得一夠咁多,豆腐又唔見得多,最後都係你用啲湯撈埋碗白飯黎食。但好彩冇貪心,兩個飯已經食到兩個人好飽。因為,呢度嘅嘅泡菜,係有有6碟咁多。仲要碟碟都咁好味,我哋將所有泡菜清晒。如果唔係因為太飽,分分鐘叫老闆再添多啲。

入面裝修簡單都幾好坐~

基本上餐牌入面都係一個個set,價錢都係一百幾十蚊,好抵食。


最最最令人驚喜既係鮮蠔紫菜湯(都係一set,配埋飯),本身都驚蠔會腥,但佢煮得好熱,d蠔又新鮮,份量好多!由於太好食,連相都唔記得影...

另外叫左個燒豬腩片,唔會好肥,好正!另外仲有個蜆湯飲!

是日友人想食韓國菜二話不說即刻諗到純子間餐廳位置唔係大街,灣仔警署隔離一間好唔起眼既鋪頭餐廳入面唔算好大…店員似係韓國人唔太識廣東話但都可以溝通通呢間已經熟到一坐底已經唔使睇餐牌就叫得菜例牌前菜有好多,成日都會跟時令轉泡菜都有兩款全部自家制,唔太辣味道幾好仲有芽菜、薯仔、菜、辣魷魚(比較少見)等等………如果人多或者見你食晒會比多碟好有心必食:煎蠔餅啲蠔又大隻又多汁份量又多仲要新鮮煎起拎出黎熱辣辣,加埋佢個秘制汁有少少酸真係好正,次次無論幾多人都會叫第二必食:炆牛肋骨炆到好淋又入晒味,唔會太乾同太濕岩岩好有啲掛汁咁入面仲有蘿蔔、紅蘿蔔、青椒…全部索晒啲醬汁連配菜都好好食…成煲無野係唔好食今次由於只有兩個人所以唔叫咁多佢每個菜式都有白飯跟人多另外仲推介煎海鮮餅:好足料好脆好大塊撈冷面(唔知確實叫咩名次次只係同佢講冷面有好多菜個個佢就明):好清加埋有啲切條既梨、菜同酸汁,甜甜地有少少酸好清新同開胃佢啲燒肉類係燒完鐵板上夾菜一流最後價錢唔算太貴,一人一個菜都係每人150左右值得推介

韓國菜,就算家庭料理也不能缺酒,我點了{濁米酒}(makgeolli,又稱農酒takju)(small $60)獨飮,奶白色帶甜津液主要以米為原材料,含6-8%酒精,原來韓國人愛在品嚐綠豆餅或煎葱餅時飲用.送上枱的米酒份量可不少,超過半公升吧,約莫支半至兩樽裝燒酒,飲下去很順喉柔和,有大量米釀沈澱物,起初還不察覺,笑説小兒科,不過後力強勁,到飯後搭地車時居然有些微暈車浪~~!!

{炆牛肋骨}(Galbi jjim)($180),我自詡是這個餸菜的烹調高手,不過發現味道和口感跟純子還有出入,莫非其中主因是牛肋骨厚度?肉身較一般市面略厚,在每件油脂部份切兩刀以防收縮,火喉掌控準成,肉質腬稠不散,部分居然似牛脷口感般濃厚~味道豐富帶甜,如果可以略減甜度更佳,始終南北民眾口味有異,蘿蔔,乾蔥,洋蔥盡吸精華,送白飯很好,我跟友人分別吃下一碗白飲呢!這餐韓食雖然菜餚點了不多,份量可夠猛,已經大滿足!

最後可能見我們已經飲飽食醉,未幾已把賬單送上,我們面面相覷,莫非九點關門??再看看其他顧客紛紛起身離去,大廚正在門口送客~~其實可能我們會錯意,韓國跟日本餐廳相像?只不過日本小店把單據插在竹筒上,價目向內,而純子把單據大喇喇攤在銀盤上,而又默不作聲,似在催促你食完好走喇~~反正我們又真的用膳完畢,就不作久留,帶著疑團離去..可是,下次應該問個究竟免生誤會..我到現在還有些許以為他們服務不夠親切..!!

Colleagues and I had a lunch in the restaurant during a weekday. We understand it was their peak hour, they would like to free the table as soon as possible for the next round, but we only had our lunch max. 40mins, till the old lady waitress started cleaning up the table without notice us. Even after I had indicated that we were not finished, she started yelling in Korean and grab the plate in my hand! I am not sure if this is how customers are being served generally in Korea but certainly not

Although the food are pretty tasty, I would not recommend to go for casual occasions.

I understand that Hong Kong is a city where restaurants always chasing people but this is too much.
Food was OK. Small dishes. Normally Korean restaurants serve some small dishes but theirs are really small which is normal in Hong Kong. Taste-wise is not bad.
But the service is really horrible.
Will never go there again.
