之前經過土瓜灣,行過呢間咁有特色嘅舖頭,所以決定訂位,今天來試一試,我們其叫了其中一個是蝦多士,味道非常爽脆,有很多新鮮的蝦肉,非常出色,功夫都要做得好,其實炸得外脆內有肉汁,其實是很有功夫的,另外我們叫了一個牛柳粒,外面很脆,而且蜜糖味也很重,但是黑椒味道和蜜糖不會大家掩蓋,能是互相輝映,所以這個餸菜也非常出色,有口感,能吃得到黑椒的香味,但又可以發揮到蜜糖的甜味,我很喜歡這個餸菜,另外點了一個芝麻雞,它的肉非常鮮嫩,不會有很乾的感覺,而旦感覺上不油膩,很健康另外我們叫了一個原個菠蘿咕嚕肉,可能本身我喜歡吃咕嚕肉,口感也非常不錯,因為不像有一些舖頭只是着重麵粉,裏面的肉,,肉質非常鬆軟,而且還有一些新鮮菠蘿做配菜,値得推介我們還點了一個椒鹽白飯魚,這個感覺,因為可能白飯魚本身很有無咩肉,所以吃不出來,感覺像吃一些炸粉,本人覺得這個麻麻哋,但整體來說我覺得這個懷舊中菜廳是很不錯的,我也希望有更多的人可以過來土瓜灣。這些地道風味,它是士瓜灣一個出色的菜館。。

一日前預訂了芝麻雞,蝦多士,爵士燉湯,順便預留埋蜜椒鱔球同甜品炸米糍。七點入坐時樓面阿姐細心安排,加單叫咗必食嘅家鄉蓮藕煎餅、鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉,可惜陳村粉已經賣晒,有點失望。招牌菜式芝麻雞、蝦多士、蜜椒鱔加腰果水準高,推介臘味炒飯,估唔到炒到似糯米飯咁出色!第一次食芝麻雞,有點兒期待,雞皮香脆,肉嫩好味,沾埋芝麻醬特別好食,值得再食。最特別個甜品炸米糍,裡面有紅豆或黑芝麻。順帶一提,呢度好多特別招牌菜要預訂,所以訂位時要睇清楚餐牌。

我哋一行10人去喜滿樓聚下舊,雖然話隱世,但其實識路就好易去到,土瓜灣站C出口高山道直行,好快就到,好彩我哋有訂位就唔駛等。芝麻雞外皮夠脆唔油膩,肉質嫩滑唔膩口。招牌欖角骨絕對值得一讚,一字骨肥瘦適宜,一食就知用靚骨。黑椒茄子牛柳,蒜頭配料太多,牛柳都算嫩滑。椒鹽鮮魷係我呢餐最鍾意嘅,外脆內軟,新鮮味濃脆得唔油。值得一提係蝦多士,蝦滑鮮甜仲夾有原隻蝦,多士夠脆口,甚有口感。呢度少鹽少油少味精,碟碟鑊氣十足。

跟咗YouTuber馬先生嘅介紹,黎試咗幾款菜。有梅子芋頭鴨,錦鹵雲吞,枝竹豆腐火腩鱔煲,芝麻雞。好食嘅有鱔煲,正常嘅煲仔菜都有少少嘢未,所以如果難食嘅就執得。錦鹵雲吞,我覺得正正常常,汁唔算太酸,正常生炒骨嗰啲汁,雲吞入邊得隻蝦,其實冇乜驚喜。佢哋嘅金牌芝麻雞,我就真係唔覺得有咩好食,芝麻冇煎香,隻雞又冇咩雞味,完全被芝麻味冚咗。最慘係梅子芋頭鴨,個梅子汁其實冇乜梅子味,只係少少酸有啲似生炒骨汁,成隻鴨啲味俾個汁蓋過晒,芋頭又唔係好入味。結果主菜雞同鴨都唔理想。可能各花入各眼,不過我覺得有好多舊排檔都好食啲。

昨天我寫了一段喜滿樓港式早餐的食評。我想必定是因為相片所拍的是光盤,顯示不了甚么食物就不被通過。今天我再自攜食物盒去買同樣的蕃茄濃湯豬肉絲米粉及炸魚柳,配餐肉煎蛋和絲襪奶茶。我是真的想再食,不是為了寫食評! 結果既有失望,也有驚喜! 10:30 蕃茄濃湯已經賣光! 我順其自然點了豬肉絲及防鮑魚絲加火腿絲雙拼米粉,另加一份炸魚柳早餐。回家後發現仿鮑魚絲不見了,只有豬肉絲及火腿絲,但這个喜滿樓自家制作的湯底卻超越了一般茶記,讓我一再驚喜地光 盤。炸魚柳還是昨天的味道,這份炸魚柳無論是份量或質量都超越了三家有名氣的連鎖快餐。我除了白醬汁之外也是光盤! 絲襪奶茶也超越了一般茶記,但在我咀裡只能夠算是是第二級。一般茶記只有三到五級之間,又或甚至不及格。我需要一提就是我選擇這个雙拼就讓仿鮑魚絲和火腿絲取代了一塊厚吐司和餐肉煎蛋。先不說店家漏了給我仿鮑魚絲,綜合其他,我下一回一定不會再點雙拼。

今日得閒睇番手機D相,好耐冇寫食評,呢間土瓜灣店純係直覺揀,主要係西鐵延長線可以不用轉車可達😃先講鋪面,真係唔起眼,似快餐廳。叫咗惹味欖角骨,來到見是用腩排,肉不乾也不太咸,五個人很快掃清。再來是焗魚腸,一般都是重胡椒,這個屬清淡不腥也𠕇果皮香,不過我稍愛重蛋香的。叫了清炒豆苗,可以。反而砵酒焗蠔有些失望,酒香稍遜甜味太重,上桌時也不夠熱,還是喜愛用錫紙包著上桌才𠝹開的吃法😋。見旁邊叫招牌芝麻雞也叫了半隻,可以,不過除多了芝麻也沒怎樣味道突出,下次試叫燒雞。因為不好飯,叫了個豉油王炒面,這個好吃可以encore👍🏼👍🏼埋單時用開飯訂座有9折,總的來说,不錯。

以前一家人成日去山林道太湖食晚飯,最愛食佢地嘅芝麻雞同焗魚腸。雖然太湖已結業好耐,仍然好回味那種味道。朋友推介去土瓜灣喜滿樓食飯,喜出望外呢度都有芝麻雞同焗魚腸。焗魚腸限量供應,好彩仲有一份留比我哋食。我哋分別叫芝麻雞、古法焗魚腸、雞油炒豆苗、椒鹽白飯魚、水煮東星斑、臘味炒飯。整體味道出品好、價餞合理,值得推介。招牌芝麻雞係招牌菜,皮香脆肉鮮嫩,原來雞都可以黏上芝麻,再黏上芝麻醬有入口即溶的味道。古法焗魚腸味道一流沒有腥味,仲有陣陣果皮香。最驚喜係個臘味炒飯炒得乾身香口,仲以為食緊生炒糯米飯。好難比較味道,但呢度絕無去錯。

整體無論地道懷舊菜定創新菜式味道都好好,款式同做法亦特別唔常見
價錢唔貴,大排檔小菜價錢但有酒樓嘅水準,性價比高👍🏻
環境裝修走街坊平民路線,好似一般茶記咁,人多可以上閣樓坐大圓枱
另外一提呢度唔收開瓶費同切餅費,同屋企人/長輩嚟慶祝生日都好適合

同啲朋友相約晚飯,嚟到喜滿樓,點知⋯⋯第一次嚟,亦係最後一次!冇驚喜之餘,仲要食到一肚火!環境一般,普通茶記咁,已經點左唔少餸,但係每過15分鐘,就會有侍應問要唔要加餸,如果真係唔夠嘅話我哋會加,問題係唔需要,已經夠晒食,多次表示唔需要再加餸喇,仲要問完又問,真系認真煩!係覺得我哋點嘅餸太少,定係想趕客走呢?而且啲食物出品好一般,啲價錢又貴,服務態度又唔好,咩好嘅心情都畀佢掃晒興,絕對唔會再有下一次幫襯!
