To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前日朋友提議到高山道附近喜滿樓菜館食生日飯,來到這裏果然有料到。看到餐牌,有好多款式的小菜,也有懷舊小菜。我哋點了招牌菜芝麻雞、梅子荔芋鴨、煎墨魚餅,鹹魚茸炒白菜仔、芥末虎蝦球同黃金鮮魷。對於最鍾意食雞鴨鵝嘅我,個芝麻雞同梅子鴨真係有料到,其他地方未食過。雞肉很嫩滑芝麻沾滿全隻雞,雞味適中,又香又脆皮。梅子荔芋鴨係懷舊菜,梅子汁夠酸甜,食落唔會油膩,開胃好味。呢度仲有其他雞選擇,有大漠風沙雞、脆皮炸子雞,下次再嚟試下。

入門前喺門口已經覺得環境麻麻,普通酒家都唔似,真係一間茶餐廳咁,不過已經訂咗檯,就照舊入座,之後安排坐最入,電話都收得好弱,先叫芝麻雞,芝麻係痴得幾均勻,不過鹽就唔係,大半隻無味,一係就好咸。之後畀多次機會,叫咗風沙鱔,呢味就鱔無鱔味,炸咗咩魚都無乜分別,之後就走,唔想再試,,味道普通,咁嘅環境,好多選擇。最終都無畀過9折,原來好多嘢食都係無折,仲有網上訂座係要早一日再打去先計,否則會當你自己取消訂座

總結,直升機店,對象應該係區外慕名而來人士,同豪華餅家一樣,街坊自己睇路。

補充,間食店好細,冷氣又唔夠,見啲姐姐係咁捧餐出去,應該有隔離或樓上偏廳。

衛生方面:普通茶記嗰啲情況,無乜特別。

服務方面:招呼就無乜,因為太忙,又送餐出去,又執外賣,又多人入嚟要安排座位等等,但整體態度唔算太差,但亦絕稱不上親切,例如無得碌卡,老板娘都只係神情冷漠咁望住我,話晒得2個人都食咗$700+,酒樓都會講多謝晒,呢度係無嘅,我諗張單唔夠大,同佢哋真係太忙,宣傳太成功啦。
