整體嚟講食物都好地道,日式炸串喺香港比較少見,而且味道同我喺日本食嘅非常接近,其他菜式亦非常高質,其中明太子芝士玉子令人印象深刻,幾乎每台都嗌。地點方面,銅鑼灣B出口一出行2分鐘就到,啱晒放工同朋友一齊吹吓水食吓嘢,再去銅鑼灣行吓希慎Time Square都非常就腳!

既然是炸串專門店,當然不能錯過炸串了;我選了日本雞蛋豬肉卷、大蝦及洋蔥。
這間炸串的炸粉非常薄,入口酥脆香口;沾上特制醬油後,口感微酸,更能減低油膩感。
大蝦非常大隻,味鮮肉嫩;洋蔥完全不會辛辣,香甜味突出,香脆可口;而雞蛋豬肉卷是我最喜愛的炸串,雞蛋切開一半,流心蛋黃超吸睛,而包著雞蛋的豬肉片亦軟嫩鹹香,非常推薦呢!
