淳吟居酒屋佐敦文英街33號地舖<淳吟居酒屋> 喺北海道札幌係一間非常出名嘅居酒屋,開業多年口碑極佳,之前去日本旅行既時候都食過仲好回味,知道最近佢地黎左香港開分店,所以專登黎重温下。。餐廳位於佐敦近渡船街嗰頭,離遠已經見到門口掛住幾個紅色既燈籠,入到去鋪面唔算太大,裝修主要係木色系,感覺真係好似返左日本咁,同係當地既居酒屋一樣土手味噌煮日本黑毛和牛內臟簡單d講呢個就係日本和牛既牛雜, 估唔到好有驚喜,入面分別有牛腸,牛肚,牛肝,牛小腸同埋蘿蔔,知道餐廳係用左唔同既味噌 烹調左超過一日,所以非常入味,而且食落好腍身日本黑毛和牛(汁燒), 厚切牛舌串燒既選擇好多,我地最後揀左呢兩款,和牛既肉質好鮮嫩,入口充滿牛肉味,配合埋醬汁真係一流。。而牛舌都唔輸蝕,非常厚切,食落好有口感,餐廳燒既時候係牛舌表面再加d黑椒,即刻將味道更加昇華海鮮大阪燒成日覺得大阪燒只有係日本食先好味,估唔到係香港都可以食返日本既味道,係大阪燒上面鋪滿左木魚碎,而個餡亦都好足料混合左唔同既海鮮同蔬菜,口感一流另外,我地仲叫左葱吞拿魚腩卷同埋有殼 燒帆立貝,呢兩款都係推介item, 值得試試
