約咗兩位大人物,一個超級忙,一個最近好得閒!三個人選了K11呢間《Kaiyo》來個短聚晚餐。餐廳以黑色為主,冷氣比較涼,燈光比較暗,梳化位的咕臣又好舒服,舒服到我唔係幾想郁,如果換著平時的我,面對咁多美食,一定多角度影好多張!不過今次有點慵懶,每道菜都係影一張算數。食物質素當然好!除了極品刺身之外,最鍾意就係和牛燒,原汁原味薄切五成熟(其中好得閒嗰位大人物不能見血),否則可以試medium Rare!不過五成熟都好好味,太熟就唔建議了。有個特別啲嘅叫《月見雞肉棒配溫泉蛋》,雞肉棒有些小粒粒雞軟骨,感覺幾特別,溫泉蛋就無得頂。餐廳準時90分鐘就提醒我哋last order了。呢個組合下次再見,應該要等一段時間了,所以我珍惜!😌
