金潮都係葵芳數一數二餐廳,以前經常與兩老及家人用餐,味道好出品穩定,最重要係老闆待人處事都好有人情味!有一段時間未有到訪金潮,是晚特意帶同家人前去。到達餐廳後由於未有訂座情況,walk in 去到只提供門口檯二選其一,當見到場內有三至四張空檯時主動詢問可否轉轉入邊檯,此刻收銀女士態度其差地拒絕並說已有訂座,然後再同旁邊一位員工講,唔食由佢地!呢句一出,即刻帶家人離開!其實做街坊生意大家明白體諒啦,自己有小朋友都係想問多句你唔得咪算啦,你唔憂無生意都唔使咁既,打開門做生意我來消費唔係受你氣睇你面色!呢啲餐廳真係比呢啲富二代做壞晒,以為自己餐廳大把生意唔憂做,最慘既浪費老一輩心血,連最基本禮貌都無,真係祝你生意興隆!

金潮都係葵芳數一數二餐廳,以前經常與兩老及家人用餐,味道好出品穩定,最重要係老闆待人處事都好有人情味!

有一段時間未有到訪金潮,是晚特意帶同家人前去。

到達餐廳後由於未有訂座情況,walk in 去到只提供門口檯二選其一,當見到場內有三至四張空檯時主動詢問可否轉轉入邊檯,此刻收銀女士態度其差地拒絕並說已有訂座,然後再同旁邊一位員工講,唔食由佢地!

呢句一出,即刻帶家人離開!其實做街坊生意大家明白體諒啦,自己有小朋友都係想問多句你唔得咪算啦,你唔憂無生意都唔使咁既,打開門做生意我來消費唔係受你氣睇你面色!

呢啲餐廳真係比呢啲富二代做壞晒,以為自己餐廳大把生意唔憂做,最慘既浪費老一輩心血,連最基本禮貌都無,真係祝你生意興隆!

呢間餐廳喺葵芳都屹立咗接近20年 由以前係街鋪變到係商場地鋪 咁多年來我都幫襯咗唔少次😗 坦白講食物質素好 但係由於當時比較受歡迎啦 有唔少人特登搭車跨區過嚟食㗎 當時嘅服務質素唔好 有啲似而家嘅壽司郎 等咗幾個鐘位就係為咗食佢嗰個半鐘 值唔值得就真係見仁見智啦😯 干炒牛河對呢度嘅小炒好有信心😝 因為呢度嘅大廚煮嘅食物都好有鑊氣 今次係午市但係都絕對唔會令人失望 乾炒牛河上色均勻 牛肉質素正常 唔會過分醃製口水雞飯口水雞飯見到隔離枱食都好吸引 所以我都嗌一碟嚟試吓🐥 口水雞係鹹咗少少 但係送白飯真係一流 加上口水雞係辣嘅 好惹味🌶 我就冇食層雞皮 雞肉就唔算太肥膩 尚算可以 熱檸水正正常常冇乜特別咁啦🍋凍奶茶冇嗌到少甜但係個味道都幾好😮俾我揀我會鍾意食口水雞飯多啲😂 可能係因為我本身鍾意食辣嘢啦 雖然乾炒牛河夠晒鑊氣 但係我都係覺得口水雞吸引我多啲🙉

朋友試過金潮小廚幾次,大力推介餐廳的小菜出色,但提醒要早點到達餐廳,否則可能要等上一陣子。為避過人潮,我和朋友就在平日的下午6點左右到達餐廳,幸好不用等位就能入座。環境是一般港式平民餐廳格局,但基本上都是乾淨企理,坐得舒服。招牌黃金蝦 ($135)朋友表示這個是必叫菜式。蝦炸得酥脆,表面舖滿大量鹹香的起沙蛋黃。但有一兩隻蝦不是太新鮮,肉質較霉。拔絲黑豚肉 ($115)豬肉肥瘦適中,炸粉不太厚而炸得嫩滑,表面的調味醬味道甜甜的,吃着很開胃。日式牛柳粒 ($140)牛柳粒份量頗多,調味適中,不會炒得過靭,又非常有鑊氣。鹹菜胡椒豬肚湯 ($115)胡椒味十分足,加上份量很大,四個人分着喝,每人都喝了幾碗才喝光,下次可能要多人來才點。

前天下午,我的朋友一早打電話去店裏攞飛,然後大約6:30已到店等候,當時枱號叫到32,但之後已不再是跟飛號而是所有入去跟太子女打完招呼嘅人,太子女一有枱就叫佢地,請問公平嗎?如果不能跟飛號入,為何仍然要派飛😡,等到一肚氣,以為人哋話佢的野食有幾好味啦,做生意做到唔憂做咁,其實D小菜咪又係不外如是,胡椒蜆湯啲蜆韌到爆,最有名嘅荷葉飯亦一般,不如為何仍有那麼多人願意幫襯這麼不公平又一般嘅食店,真係食完都一肚火,奉勸各位,如想要幫襯這間店的話,要先有被打尖的心理準備
