To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 沒想到在九龍灣工商區有這樣高質素的茶餐廳。Set Lunch之一咖哩牛腩飯好味到不得了,有椰奶味的炆牛腩,加埋濃郁的羅宋湯,簡直有西餐廳的質素。另一茶餐廳常選是做沙爹牛肉公仔麵配炒蛋,這個都非常高質,色香味俱全。再來一個考功力的揚州炒飯,都絕不失望。平日很少在外追加油菜,既不化算又未必好味,但試完三道主菜已無需考慮的就order了「時令油菜」一碟。結果眾望所歸,下次會再有得留底。至於服務,明顯人手不夠,要搵一個侍應來招呼,就有點難道,不過餐廳選擇自己QRcode落單,其實都非常方便,而且很快亦已上菜。總結,值得推介俾在附近的返工朋友仔變飯堂

至於服務,明顯人手不夠,要搵一個侍應來招呼,就有點難道,不過餐廳選擇自己QRcode落單,其實都非常方便,而且很快亦已上菜。

觀塘海濱公園,我得閒呢就行下,幾舒服。 今次帶埋爸爸媽媽黎去海濱公園睇下人放狗,曬下太陽,唔洗成日屈係屋企。Hea 到黄昏時間,一出黎就見到間金記冰室,兩老就話食埋晚飯先返屋企。餐廳都幾多人,又多人叫外賣。呢隻用QR code 度單好方便,又準確。餐具又齊全。我地叫左XO 醬蝦球炒西蘭花、 韭黃叉燒炒滑蛋、咖哩牛腩飯同一份鐵板西冷牛扒。每碟份量都唔少,又唔貴,唔洗加一,好抵食。餐廳絕味不孤寒,啲蝦、叉燒、牛腩都好多。份西冷牛扒超大塊,大過手掌。幾碟野味道都好好,不得不提哩牛腩飯入面呢牛筋好腍,入口即溶。牛扒仲有得嗌幾成熟,口感適中。

原本是菠蘿油,但系統落到單到食完第一份菜餐,見好耐未上追單,店員先話賣曬,廚房無曬見到都要一早講啦,唔係要容人白等呀。
轉左鹹牛肉蛋治,蛋係幾厚架,唯鹹牛肉好炒,但即做夠熱有分加。

人均$35-$40食到tea 包飲品,算不錯了

今晚我和友人逛逛觀塘海濱,見到有間望落環境不錯的茶室,於是決定試試。主食方面,我選擇了鋸扒,所以點了鐵板西冷牛扒薯菜黑椒汁,配上五成熟的牛排,用鐵板的餘溫慢慢燜熟,不過過熟之餘,肉汁都會非常甜嫩。友人看見有招牌菜式,決定試試招牌鮮豬潤即食麵,湯底香濃之餘,配菜都好足,豬潤處理得好好,質量幾好。飲品方面,雪球系列幾特別,白雪公主和黑牛是新出產品,之前沒有見過,於是試完真係一直難忘。汽水可以自己慢慢加,飲落去解渴又新奇。甜品方面,金粒西多配雪糕,原本經油炸的西多會比較膩,但是配上雪糕,平衡口感之餘,更加能夠在粒粒西多上加上一層新滋味。

在家工作已經多天今天終於要上班了,所以急不及待去到找午餐的堂食。很久沒有吃本地茶餐廳,所以找來了金記冰室。其實一直都想試,但是沒有機會因為平時都很多人排隊,今天的隊伍不算很長,所以都等了5分鐘就可以入去。朋友介紹吃咖哩牛脷,於是我決定試試。侍應很快就將食物遞到我的台上,個人認為咖喱牛腩的外觀非常吸引,色香味俱全,而且份量非常多。咖哩有非常香濃椰奶味,不太辣,適合怕辣的人。而牛脷彈口惹味,又腍又多汁,真的不錯。另外點了一個羅宋湯,蕃茄和牛味很重 ,雜菜的味道香噴噴,熱辣辣的湯作開胃前茶也不錯。朋友的主菜點了叉燒炒蛋飯,炒蛋顏色未夠黃金, 但入口非常柔嫩細滑,叉燒香口 ,熱辣辣!叉燒的油分加入白飯中 ,再混合豉油 ,簡直是香港人的傳統口味!另外我們還點了蛋撻,蛋味濃郁, 批底口感鬆脆,而且新鮮出爐!! 熱辣辣!!

朋友介紹吃咖哩牛脷,於是我決定試試。侍應很快就將食物遞到我的台上,個人認為咖喱牛腩的外觀非常吸引,色香味俱全,而且份量非常多。咖哩有非常香濃椰奶味,不太辣,適合怕辣的人。而牛脷彈口惹味,又腍又多汁,真的不錯。
