今日帶auntie出銅鑼灣食燒鵝,選銅鑼灣是因為「甘饕」是由鏞記第三代長子打理的燒味專門店,可以吃到有水準的燒鵝。店鋪不是好大,座位還算闊落。燒鵝瀨粉($83)賣相討好,外皮棕色帶紅,色澤均勻,肥瘦適中,味道也適中,油脂甘香,確是有水準的燒鵝。瀨粉爽滑,湯底清甜。大少叉燒煎蛋飯($88)用梅頭豬肉厚切的大少叉燒非常軟腍,醬汁是洋蔥汁,比普通豉油汁多一份層次,加上半熟流心煎蛋,非常好送飯。白飯口感偏硬,飯粒分明,加上叉燒和煎蛋,色香味俱全。例湯:冬瓜豬骨湯($0)夠曬火喉,很濃郁,飲完好舒服。

我最鍾意就是一些老字號,這間餐廳是由已故鏞記第二代掌舵人長子打理的燒味專門店。質素應該有點保證,為大家試吓🥰🥰🤩鵝肉鵝皮啡色帶點紅色,代表火候均勻,而且很酥脆,有肉味又有脂肪香味❤️❤️❤️🤩糖心皮蛋說到鏞記,不能不提他們的糖心皮蛋,我特地叫了皮蛋,果然做到糖心效果😍😍冇令我失望🤩滷水豬耳豬耳爽口,滷水味香,作為配料送飯唔錯🤩菜心為了健康,唔食咁多肉,也要叫碟菜哈哈🤩瀨粉雖然瀨粉好像很普通,但這裏的瀨粉經過湯浸了一陣子後,仍然保持彈牙,值得一讚。🤩例湯今天的例湯是紅蘿蔔粟米湯,用料十足☺️☺️

第一次去,叫了個燒鵝瀨。菜有蟲已經沒有投訴,燒鵝更是衹有2塊胸肉(鞋到咬不到)其他便是肥膏加骨。。。瀨粉湯完全沒味道,問要醬汁,待應姐姐説衹有 豉油。。。。隔離位伯伯叫肥叉飯,他投訴了3次叉燒乾到咬不開。收銀姐姐話:叉燒用瘦豬肉整 ,已經俾肥個D位你。(但我一望又乾又瘦,同我塊燒鵝一樣勁鞋)另外一個又話:肥叉賣哂咪俾呢啲位你食囉。。。我心諗伯伯成7x歲,點咬得入好似塊紙乾一樣嘅叉燒。。仲要態度超差!永不再左幫襯!大家唔好比打手呃

這間位於銅鑼灣的燒鵝飯店,由鏞記燒鵝後人甘健成長子開設。環境乾淨企理,坐得舒服,一邊食一邊見到不少人買外賣回家加餸。點了一客燒味飯套餐,套餐跟老火湯或熱飲,如想轉瀨粉補錢就可以。🦋燒鵝髀瀨粉 (售完即止)燒鵝表皮香脆,未吃已經看到油香十足,鵝肉飽滿軟腍,肉汁豐富,肥瘦適中,配搭酸梅醬令人食指大動。瀨粉爽滑彈牙,湯底不算太濃,不會搶走燒鵝的味道。是日老火湯是花生雞腳湯,睇得出非常足料去煲,隨餐的酸薑皮蛋更是最愛,皮蛋選用溏心皮蛋,酸薑脆嫩無渣,兩者酸鹼產生中和作用,味道融和獨特。

是日老火湯是花生雞腳湯,睇得出非常足料去煲,隨餐的酸薑皮蛋更是最愛,皮蛋選用溏心皮蛋,酸薑脆嫩無渣,兩者酸鹼產生中和作用,味道融和獨特。
