整體黎講.$45 樣樣都有D,仲咁大碗既,,加埋碗湯.如果係晚飯價既,,都OK 既..係德興食.都差唔多..間唔中一次都OK..
PS.佢比你柸茶..記得飲,起碼飲得過..

無可否認呢間店既環境同裝修真係整得唔錯既..

今天又試新野,雲吞麵...雲吞好似有五粒,皮好簿,多蝦。麵底少梘水味。個湯算少油,而且少鹽同味精,所以我飲多左幾啖。整個portion不太大,價錢算可以。偷了同事一件半肥廋叉燒,都幾好食。但同事讚個豉油汁,又一個新目標。

今天又試新野,雲吞麵...

雲吞好似有五粒,皮好簿,多蝦。麵底少梘水味。個湯算少油,而且少鹽同味精,所以我飲多左幾啖。整個portion不太大,價錢算可以。

偷了同事一件半肥廋叉燒,都幾好食。但同事讚個豉油汁,又一個新目標。

我巳在金華食了好幾次, 今日同同事下午去食. 我地除咗叫招牌叉燒外, 仲試咗雲吞添! 好奇怪, 我有睇過好多金華食評. 但從來都無人話d雲吞好唔好食. 我可以0係到同大家講, 我從來都無食過咁好食0既雲吞. 蝦又大隻, 皮又薄. 仲有d湯真係好香, 飲完都番尋味. 叉燒又夠蜜汁. 菜又靚. 下次一定會再去.

Haven't been there for a couple of years. Had lunch there today.....ordered 叉鵝飯As the saying goes..the best foods should have 色香味 all 3 elements. Here's my comments on my 叉鵝飯Rice.....so dry that I almost choked. I prefer rice that's a bit dry but this was extreme. As the saying goes..the best foods should have 色香味 all 3 elements. Here's my comments on my 叉鵝飯

Rice.....so dry that I almost choked. I prefer rice that's a bit dry but this was extreme. Rice was also lukewarm

Both 叉鵝 were room temperature..BBQ pork tasted quite good, but it does not have 色香, because they didn't BBQ it enough and it was lukewarm.

鵝 did not have 色,香, or 味. The skin was dull, sign that it has been sitting there for a long time, surprising given that it's only lunch time. Meat was tough, and did not have the goose taste. Skin was not crispy.

The sauce had nice 色, but I can't smell any 香 and it did not have any 味. It was interested to also see that the sauce was thicker than most sauce used for BBQ rice.

For $45....I will not go back there again.

星期五上堂前又系搵食既時候,今日好想食燒味,突然諗起之前睇完阿蘇幫襯過幾次既金華,所以系中環食完先再落銅鑼灣上堂。要左碗肥叉燒皇飯,叉燒第一件食落口同上次幫襯差好遠。肥都算夠肥,但比起上次d肉實好多。始終叉燒都系中意林d既。而且外表有點兒唔夠燶,唔夠香。如果燒得燶返少少更好。另外,附著的菜芯苦得不得了,最終都吃不下。上次離幫襯都仲比得落笑口,今次比唔落了。今次我只覺得是普普通通的一碗叉燒飯而己。

聽說這裡的叉燒不錯,連老豆也說以前在中環是出名的。望望餐牌,一碗燒味飯三十多元、一碟就要四十多元;燒味粉麵,如要燒味另上,需要加$5,我多口問問,原來並不是份量多了,而是額外多一點點功夫,所以要加錢。其實這價錢並不大眾化,我要的叉燒撈麵也要$45,但相對份量較多些,可惜一點不好食,完全不是枚頭的肉質偏稔、入口鬆化,口感只有又實又口,又沒有甘香的蜜味,屋街市的燒味檔比他還好。老公的豬潤粥,所謂的黃沙豬潤,一點”沙”的感覺也沒有,只是有點爽口而已。還有白灼芥蘭,算是較好食的,爽脆嫩綠,承為$16一碟。

本人之前已經多次去呢間野食!我已經係今星期連續2日去食!Day 1 其實都係覺得一般,但點解第二日都要去呢?一碗普通雙併飯$33,但唔明點解?一碗燒腩雙併要$70/單叫$45唔明點解雙併要加$25!覺得會有特別之處!所以去多次!結果.....我兩日都係收工18:30去左食,白飯只是有少少暖,飯香全無!(基本動作都做唔好!)燒腩肥瘦不平均!(過肥!)賣相又唔得!好似係雪櫃出黎咁!(全無肉味!)成間鋪最得既就係:湯和茶下次去知點叫啦!叫自己做燒腊大王!好笑

番左香港第4日今日同細佬食完tea本身想去買楚記俾媽咪食,點知佢早收媽咪又話想食bbq pork飯一試金華媽咪想試下佢既燒雞肝,嗌左雞肝&半肥瘦bbq pork飯見佢o係碟度拎左隻大雞肝thick cut,再拎左舊半肥瘦切左成10件8件仲有條菜仔,用既盒係microwavable既box行3分鐘拎上媽咪度一打開,比一般食開既燒味飯盒大得多肉既份量係super架跟住2樣都拎左一件黎食,bbq pork係食得出用honey黎燒,肝雖然係干左dd但係都好入味佢個價係$31 for2favour.$27 1個favour的確唔係話好平,但水準好好,好用心既燒味,一定有下次=]聽講墨魚都好出名,有機會都想食下下次同埋daddy食先ps.見佢menu有分瘦,半肥瘦同肥bbq pork3種,有preference既一定要自己提出呢=]
