打開飯蓋時,發現鰻魚顏色與期望中有落差。但原來是因爲旁邊提供了鰻魚醬汁給大家自行調味。吃的時候再加入手磨芝麻伴著飯吃,令味道更香。
鰻魚與平日吃到的有點不同🐟,肉質特別柔軟,沒有平日鰻魚的油膩感。下面的飯加上鰻魚汁,味道濃郁,十分好吃😋。

提起斧飯,每次都會想起銅鑼灣的《奈良斧飯》,因為實在太想再去日本旅行,再去奈良!店舖外面非常特別,雖然店內不大但坐得舒服,而且侍應們態度都好好。已經不是第一次來,所以都好熟悉,很快便點好菜了。前菜都好吸引,但我們都不吃牛,所以換走了碟牛,職員好好地比我們任選換什麼喜歡吃蟹的友人A當然要點蟹肉斧飯,一打開滿滿的蟹肉已值100分!而我當然點了最喜歡的海膽飯,滿滿的海膽加上入味的飯,正!食到最後仲有飯焦友人同我都好欣賞呢到,有機會真係要再嚟「奈良」

Came for dinner before 7pm, and no needa queue but get seated near the entrance. Got pretty annoyed when the door keep opening when the hot air outside flush in throughout the meal. Heard about this place for quite a while, finally get to try! I ordered the salmon n salmon roe rice, the appetizers with many small plates, a mouthful each is pretty to look at and tartare fair nothing much surprising. The salmon rice came in a huge portion, can’t finish it... but definitely good for sharing lol The

Heard about this place for quite a while, finally get to try! I ordered the salmon n salmon roe rice, the appetizers with many small plates, a mouthful each is pretty to look at and tartare fair nothing much surprising.

The salmon rice came in a huge portion, can’t finish it... but definitely good for sharing lol The salmon is not too fishy n it’s smoking hot just how I like rice to be served

難得約到小學同學聚餐,於是揀左都近對方既餐廳聚餐。揀到呢間食日本料理,好彩訂左位,如果唔係就要揾過另一間啦,因為入到餐廳都幾多係已留座既。坐底之後發現茶杯同筷子托好得意,係櫻花圖案!👀👀感覺到好有心思!之後同小同睇左餐單,終於決定鰻魚同和牛釜飯。感覺都幾得意,有少少似港式煲仔飯,但又有分別,無論味道,或者外表都唔錯既。我自己食鰻魚飯,感覺有少少膩,而且鰻魚唔算多,但都夠入味既,反而飯就感覺多左少少,因為我到最後食唔曬。有機會係個6小前菜已經霸左我個胃啦😂😂我最愛既係茶碗蒸,同蕃薯,真係好好食,材料豐富,味道甜而不膩,食左甘多款小前菜,我除左白羅卜無食之後,其他都入晒我肚,搞到我食主食都食唔曬😂😂🙈但其實整體都ok,服務都好,環境方面,就比較有少少逼🙈🙈

我自己食鰻魚飯,感覺有少少膩,而且鰻魚唔算多,但都夠入味既,反而飯就感覺多左少少,因為我到最後食唔曬。有機會係個6小前菜已經霸左我個胃啦😂😂

我最愛既係茶碗蒸,同蕃薯,真係好好食,材料豐富,味道甜而不膩,食左甘多款小前菜,我除左白羅卜無食之後,其他都入晒我肚,搞到我食主食都食唔曬😂😂🙈

但其實整體都ok,服務都好,環境方面,就比較有少少逼🙈🙈

真係只可以用不過不失形容呢餐飯。透過Openrice訂位有主餐牌7折優惠,我就叫左個WASABI貝柱釜飯,朋友叫左個奈良7色釜飯,同埋一份天婦羅蟹腳。6小碟前菜相信大家都睇到好多review話好食過主菜,但係我可能比較picky,所以我淨係覺得前菜中既蒸蛋係叫做好食D。黎到主菜既貝柱釜飯第一啖食落有wasabi香味但無味道的,之後食到既係醬油加海鮮既甜味,飯底想有飯焦,但最多只係一塊硬硬地既飯,脆口感欠缺。但係個飯有如圖禁多既貝柱係覺得唔慳皮的,但食得多就驚消化唔黎...朋友既7色飯原來有3色都係sashimi,其中鮑魚食到中間有D硬硬地...可能果個位太厚都比較難整熟,另外隻生蝦肉梅梅地,真係唔多ok。最後個蟹腳真係有D失望,3隻大約食指長度折實要$78,而且無蟹味..總括黎講,欣賞既地方係地方坐得都算舒服既,服務員態度好,會經常加茶,個茶碗蒸好食,貝柱釜飯夠多料。至於可以進步既空間就例如個價錢...

前兩日係Openrice 見到好多人介紹奈良上釜,見到啲食物相幾好所以就book 左枱今晚食。叫左個蟹肉套餐同七盛套餐,總括嚟講都幾好味但係個鮑魚就過硬,要用九牛二虎之力將鮑魚咬開, 套餐包一隻海蝦,但係就唔入味,好似就咁將啲蝦煎熟。不過都值得試一試。

黃金芝麻仲可以自己磨完加入飯度,增加香味同口感。

豚肉係腩位,好香又濃味,加埋溫泉蛋令豚肉有另一種香,滑滑的一層口感,撈飯更加係一流!
另外有七味唐辛,如果想要多點刺激絕對要加!
