天丼都有好多款、花心想試多啲唔同款式炸物嘅我就揀咗「江戶前天丼」、因為呢一款有日本人稱為穴子的星鰻,相比起一般的鰻魚,穴子的脂肪較少,肉質更甘口鮮嫩,炸後酥而不膩。本身都鍾意食鰻魚所以想試吓!

魷魚天婦羅食落去非常軟熟容易咬開!炸蔬菜口感好特別、我食唔出係荷蘭豆定係枝豆!但係又幾清新 😹 第一次食炸豆天婦羅 😹

珍珠米口感煙銀、份量都唔少!再配合埋甜甜地嘅醬汁真係越食越多 😮‍💨

炸蛋口感外脆內軟、一咬濃郁嘅蛋汁爆曬出嚟!當然係日本蛋!

配菜有漬物白蘿蔔、同埋昆布薑!食炸物配白蘿蔔去油膩、感覺好清新!我鍾意食呢度嘅白蘿蔔、問職員可唔可以俾錢refill,職員話係唔使錢就可以refill Lu 😹 追加多一碟俾我!

麵豉湯裏面除咗有昆布仲有豆腐!湯料都幾多!

我欣賞呢度嘅抽風系統以為食完會成身油淋淋嘅油煙味好彩一啲都冇 😹

下次再想食同類型嘅嘢都會返嚟 😄

呢間天婦羅飯的舖頭有其可取之處,首先佢哋提供特別的黑豆茶,食物份量比較大,飯嘅醬汁同烏冬麵都好好食,如果嗌烏冬重有得無限添加配蔥、昆布、柴魚等等。又可以無限添加蘿蔔同薑,溫泉蛋亦都好好食,價錢亦都唔算太貴,最可惜佢嘅天婦羅同埋炸魚係唔好食一睇就知魚同蝦嘅表面炸得太過燶,食落去就發現佢哋所用嘅材料唔新鮮同埋唔係用啲好靚嘅油。尤其是隻蝦有少少霉味,白魚冇味而且入面唔係太熱,完全食唔出有炸過。炸蘑菇係唯一比較好食嘅食物,希望佢可以改善一下佢哋主打嘅食物如果唔係真係冇需要返轉頭
