坐bar枱,有日本師傅係面前整比我地食,幾有特色,師傳好有禮貌又專業。但成個場就得兩個侍應,叫極無人應,態度差,又漏單,上菜又慢,另一個好似新人咁,問咩都唔知,叫我地等陣。食物味道方面不錯,我地叫左奄列,牛舌,大板燒,蟹肉煲仔飯,生蠔,蒸蟹蓋,etc. 全部都幾好味,至少正常。埋單Like Facebook page 有9折,大家都好飽,幾抵食不過有點不太衛生,有野咬好㾗。can try once , but won't come again .

叫了套餐。等了45分鐘。部長說不是他煑。沒有辦法。其中一個伙計说要快啲。服務好啲。去高级餐廳。他說此間是低级餐廳。所以服務是這樣。服務水平簡直連如街邊檔也不如。由於楼高度不夠。非常嘈。位置太密。坐的不舒服。鐵板燒應該是熱的。送上所有食物都冷的。原因簡單。因為煑的厨師做好放在一邊。等煑好全部,一次送上。另聽到好多客人追單。都是同一答案。不是我煑。沒有辦法。食物太多味精。絕對不要幫襯此餐廳。你只会買來氣憤。。。。

薄切立魚真係錚考刀功 你睇立魚魚身晶瑩剔透就知用料有幾新鮮 魚身乾身薄到好似燈影牛肉咁透曬光 食落口就一d都唔淡 唔會因為薄切而影響魚味 反而因為薄切 令到咬落唔會有筋 魚肉實淨得黎亦好香腍 正呀
至於蟹鉗同蟹腳 蟹味唔係特別濃 係慢慢咁喺個口滲出黎 唔錯唔錯

炸蟹蓋 佢有用蟹肉同大量椰菜絲做嘅炸蟹蓋 熱辣辣的確好惹味 不過因為椰菜數量多而且上面嘅茄汁味濃 所以都真係唔係好食到有蟹味 只係一個普通嘅炸蟹蓋 個人覺得蟹肉同椰菜嘅量太唔平衡 所以唔太食到蟹味

左至右分別係牛肉薄燒 炒雜菜 炙燒蟹腳 胡麻沙律 呢碟真係好正 左邊嘅牛肉薄燒可以話係成晚最正嘅一味 order嘅時候仲會問我地幾成熟 我就要左5成 5成真係啱啱好 因為牛肉咁薄身 上枱之後仲會要自己肉身嘅溫度繼續煮塊肉 所以叫生d係唔怕 牛肉肉味好香濃 仲包住入面嘅烤蒜片真係好惹味好香口
炒雜茶冇咩野好講 個人覺得可以落番d麻油令佢更香 不過淡口d都OK嘅
燒蟹腳就正過頭先上面嘅蟹腳喇
因為蟹腳燒左之後令佢味道更出 而且蟹肉幼嫩鮮甜 呢碟有四舊可以慢慢食 真係好正

呢個餐仲有兩隻燒生蠔 呢到又係可以話係最正之一 蠔味濃海水味足但唔會過重 冇咩金屬味啱我 相信蠔應該都係來至澳洲之類海水比較靚嘅地方 咁先會令隻蠔又大又肥美
(金屬味唔係講緊污染 好似法國嘅生蠔就出名重金屬味 咁係因為果到海水比較多微量元素啫 但係絕對乾淨嘅

銀鱈魚西京燒 啱啱前幾日(上一篇食評)食過間燒到燶嘅銀鱈魚西京燒 職員仲同我講係咁嫁 正宗唔食皮嫁 er...可能我今晚呢間嘅西京燒唔正宗啦(一定係除非唔係)佢嘅銀鱈魚燒得啱啱好 少少燶邊得黎仲保持到原有嘅魚色 而且今次就真係用真。銀鱈魚唔係鱈魚喇(上一篇食評),魚肉細嫩幼滑 魚油香 極品呀
如果塊皮可以再燒燶番少少少少咁就perfect喇 不過已經好正喇

最後最後 蟹肉麵豉湯同蟹肉飯 先講個湯啦 講真同出面普通d日式小店set嘅麵豉湯差唔多味 呢到我覺得仲咸d Tim 個人就唔係好識欣賞麵豉湯喇
呢個蟹肉飯唔係睇佢好似冇咩色水 應該會好淡冇咩味 咁就錯喇 諗深一層蟹肉飯冇咩色好正常 呢個應該係用鐵板將拆左嘅蟹肉同飯炒埋一齊 而且係快炒 因為蟹肉一絲絲 好易熟炒得太耐會過龍 快炒可以好快咁將蟹肉肉香逼出再混入喺飯入面 成碟炒飯亦唔洗落太多d味淋果類去提升味道 因為過多調味料只會搶左淡淡嘅蟹香 所以呢位師傅掌握呢個飯掌握得好好 唔需要炒太耐只要幾蟹肉味逼出 收緊飯粒嘅水份就搞掂 雖然講係咁講但整唔整到就唔係人人得喇

總括黎講 呢到雖然主力食蟹 但其他野嘅水準都好高 好似牛肉薄燒 生蠔咁 絕不馬虎 水準仲幾高 反而以一間主力食蟹嘅店黎講佢嘅蟹又唔係真係好頂級上曬神枱咁 當然啦可能我個餐唔夠高級 叫再貴d嘅可能就真係可以食到好正嘅蟹喇

餐廳竟然把我和另一食客的信用卡掉轉!!我現在要cut卡,還要改自動轉賬號碼,有些不知情簽了的賬單還要幫忙去銀行處理,就是餐廳的失誤,製造食客這麼多麻煩!!而餐廳知道後的解決方法是幫我們交換回信用卡(根本沒用的做法)而到現在都沒收到犯錯員工的道歉!所以我對這間餐廳極失望,不建議大家去用膳!!

蟹家本身都係我午市重點飯堂之一,今次叫咗一份蟹扒定食,一份牛扒定食同一份蟹炒飯定食,後兩者都係由鐵板燒師傅處理,個人覺得好似特別有鑊氣好味,蟹炒飯定食連嘅三文魚亦好肥美,同埋價錢不到100絕對超值👍🏻另外服務亦值得一讚,每次結賑都有九次couporn留待下次使用。

Lunch價錢大約只係,晚飯的三份一價錢(當然沒有晚餐那麼豐富)以lunch來說,份量同食物質素,都係CP值高,值得推薦!

最後餐廳回覆話問過其他客人無人反映有不適狀況~

話我係"個別事件" 仲問我係咪食唔慣生冷野=.=  
對話中不斷都話其他人無事,係我有問題,咁我同行朋友都有事,都叫"個別事件"?

我都明白除左大型食物中毒,又或者專登拎啲食物去化驗外~

其實都唔可以證明邊到出左問題~

所以我係到同大家分享依段經歷~

希望大家會考慮值唔值得幫襯依間餐廳。

呢間餐廳有好多唔同既套餐,花多眼亂,本來揀好左個有牛有蟹既,order既時候經理就提我地只有其中一本menu 既蟹係活蟹😱😱😱咁上呢d餐廳食蟹緊係要食活架啦,如果要食冰鮮既我上網訂都得啦。所以我同友人即時轉口太,改試活蟹套餐😂😂😂套餐有以下幾道菜:磯煮鮑好入味蟹肉蒸蛋鮮甜天婦羅粉薄,冇油味蒸蟹身比想像中鮮甜,蟹肉點埋d膏食好正什菜烏冬鍋冇乜驚喜,不過不失如果兩個人食呢間係唔錯既選擇,如果一大班人我就會揀灣仔間秋田,蒸蟹一流呀!總括黎講,服務態度好,環境舒適,食物質素乎合期望,想食活蟹既朋友黎呢間餐廳應該唔會失望。
