今日去食個生日lunch,之前係灣仔食過這間不錯,搬了去銅鑼灣都未試過,就今日去試試。搬了新環境都幾好,坐得闊落舒適,服務也不錯,不過都最後就一肚氣,之後再講。我哋同樣叫了行政套餐,價錢$438,包括有前菜丶蟹肉蒸蛋、麵豉湯丶松葉蟹天婦羅拼盤、毛蟹火鍋、雜菜和烏冬,最後係雪糕或咖啡,三個餐我哋叫了兩個跟毛蟹火煱和一個燒鱈場蟹腳,個人比較喜歡毛蟹火煱,蟹肉比較鮮甜,大家可以看看以下相片,也有其他lunch set選擇。因為有人生日,佢哋很貼心地在雪糕上加上生日牌和爉燭。👍🏼不過講回最後點解食到一肚氣,事情是因為佢哋三點鐘就落場,但book位或之前沒有人告知過我,當時三點前已經過來數次,同我哋講三點收工,未食完就上雪糕,又埋單先,都明白唔緊要,但其中有位服務員的眼光不友善,最後收枱時,不問一聲,未食完都收走,我真係忍唔住,唔明高級餐廳都可以咁趕啲客人走,起碼都比我哋食埋先,最後我哋離開嘅時間都係3點十分左右,遲咗少少都可以咁,真係唔好意思阻住收工🙈,本來食得好地地,最後攪到唔開心。希望餐廳能夠改善一下。總括來講,這間餐廳可以,不過大家預早一些去食,不要阻人收工,服務就會好一些。😣本人就不會

搬進一級商場 裝修低調奢華 一進門口 更大的蟹池 在燈光映照下 水更清徹 三款蟹 : 松葉蟹 毛蟹 鱈場蟹更鮮活

餐枱上竟還有一玻璃樽裝著一只迷你蟹!我問服務員 她說天天都餵他們吃烏龍麵條!

今次的晚餐非常豐盛 也盡慶 服務員比舊店更親切健談 一頓晚餐 吃的飽飽 聊得高興 在超過一年的疫情影響下 實在需要美食的驗慰藉及跟人的親切互動

我曾去其他的日本蟹專門店吃過 也只能說 再貴我還是要回來蟹膳 不只是值得
環境 食物和親切的服務員 這一切加起來 其實是超值!

店員有介紹,食個蟹天婦羅時,要配埋個抹茶鹽一齊食。話說我第一次食抹茶鹽,感覺係好單純一股有抹茶香嘅幼鹽,幾得意🤤🤤個蟹咬落啖啖肉個感覺真係好幸福,個皮炸得唔厚,都唔會炸到入面好乾,一啖蟹肉一啖白飯,jeng!

蔬菜籃嘅存在,正正可以將食完熱氣野個油膩感清零,成個餐既起承轉合齊晒。最後咖啡同雪糕,我揀左後者,因為想試下佢個薑味雪糕,值得一讚嘅係佢會用個雪凍左嘅碗黎裝雪糕,細細一球,食落就係薑味汽水嘅味道,大家能夠想像嘅味道,個人期望可以更重薑味!

天婦羅食法對小編嚟講真係別開生面,平時食天婦羅多數都係食炸蝦,今次嘅蟹鉗蟹腳真係少見,夠香脆就不在話下, 食落完全唔會覺得油,調味亦比上一道菜更濃,就好似一部電影去到最精彩嘅高潮 (職員特意提醒流心蛋黃要放入口一啖咁食,果然有驚喜)

凍毛蟹
前幾道菜主要都係食鱈場蟹同松葉蟹,呢道菜就好似一個中埸小休,以較清淡同冰凍嘅毛蟹分隔上下半場,雖然話係休息,但呢道凍毛蟹依然係極致享受,絕對唔會俾口腔同味蕾有休息嘅機會,小編個人就覺得毛蟹比較嫩滑、體型蟹肉都偏細小,另外兩款蟹就彈牙有口感,size亦都比較龐大,所以食落啖啖肉

職員煮好蟹肉火鍋之後就會問需唔需要倒入粥到一併熬煮,小編會建議倒埋落粥,因為呢餐已經食咗好多淨蟹肉,試吓粥嘅食法無妨。蟹肉嘅鮮味的確提升碗粥嘅層次,大逆不道嘅男小編竟然話「如果我媽煲啲粥係咁樣,我唔介意日日食粥㗎!」...女小編就已經食到好飽,然後先記起仲有甜品😱

鱈場蟹火鍋
兩人份量嘅鱈場蟹,有2-2.5kg重,師傅已經將蟹腳蟹身拆好,並有兩人份量嘅野菜盤,同埋蟹肉餃子。侍應亦有建議蟹肉碌3分鐘就可以食,按照佢嘅建議煮法,蟹肉啱啱好熟,不會韌,配有柚子醬油,帶出蟹肉嘅鮮甜!蟹肉餃子咬落去,充滿濃濃嘅蟹肉配紫蘇葉嘅味道,不過不失。值得一提,每一款野菜都好新鮮,可見食材一啲都唔馬虎。

最後侍應會將剩低嘅蟹膏、蟹身放入鍋度,加入白飯同雞蛋煮成粥。本身嘅清場火鍋湯底,已滲滿晒蟹肉嘅鮮味,再煲成粥,將火鍋嘅精華結合哂一鍋粥裡面😋!

至於另一半嘅蟹腳同蟹鉗就用咗嚟做天婦羅,喺未講隻蟹之前就一定要講佢嘅蛋,好食之餘,佢係流心㗎🥚至於啲蟹就炸得啱啱好,完全唔厚粉得嚟又鎖到佢啲肉汁,而天婦羅汁亦都唔會太咸🥸

//鱈場蟹火鍋//
食完頭盤之後就到火鍋啦,佢哋係用紙火鍋Serve嘅,入面裝住嘅係清湯。剩低嘅蟹身同蟹腳就可以用清湯烚煮,咁煮法可以食到最純粹嘅蟹味得嚟,又可以用唔同嘅調味去調整想食嘅味道,可以話一舉多得🤩而佢嘅清菜都好好食,可以話係平衡返頭先前菜嘅油膩感。另外佢哋仲有蟹肉餃子,一咬入去,啲蟹肉就咇曬出嚟,非常足料🤓

成個套餐嘅高峰就係呢碗粥,打完邊爐之後,佢哋就有專人落米煮粥,同時佢哋亦會將個蟹蓋連蟹膏落曬去,可以話係一滴都無浪費。我哋仲可以自己揀稀稠度,而我哋就㨂咗要杰身啲,食落去啖啖米香同蟹膏香,真係正到想食多碗☺️

最後嘅甜品我哋就分別揀咗咖啡味雪糕同薑味雪糕,兩者都恰到好處。前者有埋咖啡凍粒粒喺入面,好有咬口;後者就有薑味之餘又唔會太辣。作為點綴,用呢兩球雪糕收尾真係畫龍點睛🤩 大家去食的話,極力推薦大家揀薑味,有stunning嘅感覺!

今日適逢母親節,同屋企人一家去「蟹膳」共進晚餐。當我一星期前book位嘅時候,侍應冇同我講過有關於每張檯限制嘅用餐時間。而今日入座嘅時候,亦冇侍應同我哋再次提出有關於用餐時間。我哋本來都食得好盡興,喺set menu 嘅一道菜同一道菜之間,都有空閒時間去傾偈,因為要等下一道菜上菜。點知,去到食蟹肉火鍋嘅時候,突然間就感覺到佢哋越來越急嘅感覺。我哋都盡應佢哋嘅要求同步開始煮火鍋同埋煮蟹粥。但由於煮蟹粥需要最少20分鐘,當佢哋煮完碗粥嘅時候,已經距離所謂嘅「用餐時間」得返最後15分鐘!因此當上甜品嘅時候,就已經有侍應/主管每2分鐘過嚟同我哋講要食快啲。我哋都已經盡量將雪糕同埋薑茶倒落個肚,但始終非常之熱真係好辛苦。但仲要有侍應企喺我哋張枱側邊望住我哋飲同食。所以我哋反問,點解隔離張枱有兩位顧客俾我哋早15分鐘食完,而且佢哋嘅食物都已經打包好,仲要坐喺度不斷同啲侍應同經理傾偈,點解唔可以請佢哋先行離開呢?餐廳嘅答案竟然係因為嗰張卡位係坐唔到四個人嘅,但明明餐廳內嘅其他卡位就係四人枱!大細超都唔使咁嚴重呀?😤😤😤我明白餐廳想喺大時大節返多幾轉枱,但餐廳由頭到尾都冇同我哋講講過所謂嘅用餐時間係幾

我明白餐廳想喺大時大節返多幾轉枱,但餐廳由頭到尾都冇同我哋講講過所謂嘅用餐時間係幾耐!而成個set menu 嘅烹調同上菜時間都係由廚房去決定,我哋從來都冇插手或拖延。而我哋亦相信各位顧客都俾咗唔少嘅錢去享受呢一個晚餐體驗,無一位顧客會想俾人三催四請。所以我哋對於今次嘅餐飲體驗真係感到非常之失望。

澄清番先,今次嘅食物同埋飲食體驗其實係良好,蟹係好新鮮,同埋烹調手法都唔錯。另外我哋嘅侍應哥哥亦非常之有禮貌同埋好樂於解答我哋嘅問題。只不過係比最後尾嘅嗰一段體驗影響咗我哋對呢間餐廳嘅印象。
