疫情後,首次到訪。一疊腳到“加太賀”街道及食場氣氛已經被佢吸引😍,街道佈置及侍應的服飾笑容,已經感覺到日本情懷,情緒即時高漲😚先來一隻刺身船,有吞拿魚、油甘、甜蝦、帶子、三文魚、魚子.....每一款入口都感覺新鮮甜美再來龍蝦卷、蠔餅、壽司、天婦羅、炸帶子....天婦羅脆漿,非常香脆可口,美中不足係蠔餅,媲美潮汕蠔餅真是天淵之別。再來一客日式炒烏冬及鰻魚炒飯,真係大飽口福,結帳都是當年風格送上雪米糍。

假日想周圍行下,上網見到加太賀呢間日本料理,個景有點似日本,但食物好似幾伏...諗左陣唔試過又唔知咩料嘅,甚少去呢頭順便行下。去到加太賀,有點兒迷惘,因為差唔多成條巷都係加太賀,似乎有幾個area,店外佈置上帶點日本異國風情,同一時間又好多人係條巷打卡影相,睇真啲似乎係旅行團(最後發現真係有呢個團.......)。行行下見到門口有個侍應即帶我地入去。內堂面頗大,裝潢甚有和風之感,坐的是卡位,感覺闊落舒適。餐牌,出名是花之戀,假日的午市時段,有Set lunch。雜錦魚生飯定食,$62。見到個賣相,大約都估到咩料,刺身份量適中,但乜冇味,真係一般。跟餐的漬物及味噌湯。三文魚骨,跟餐+$12,太油,口感有點硬同唔太香口。環境取勝,食物味道一般,價格正常,服務態度幾好。既然來到就周圍影下先。

小女仍然是一個以食飯為主糧的小朋友,最好就是叫一個香口的炒飯同佢分享,大家就不用擔心佢出到剩唔肯食野。我點了一個黃金螺炒飯,以新鮮螺肉碎再加上海鮮及肉雜料炒出來的飯,上碟時再混了蝦子,令到整個飯鮮味十足。再者,份量巨大,我加兩個小朋友最後食唔晒,要打包。

國慶節朋友book到間房,即刻call 到9個人一齊過節,有傾有講有私隱,聽講已屹立土瓜灣很多年,對於香港嚟講,日本餐廳已很多,不過對於宜家無得旅行,嚟呢度打卡影下相當去左一次日本🇯🇵土瓜灣站行過嚟都係10分鐘充滿日本風情金箔花之戀刺身,三文魚很新鮮沙律份量好多,叫左兩份反卷好味,配埋沙律醬唔夠花之戀,再order多碟,如果唔係點夠分魷魚不過不失牛肉包住好多蔥,正,牛肉好嫩加多個燒餅,仲有一碗煲咁大嘅烏冬,燒三文頭好正,好大個。飽飽😋

三十年老字號,花之戀始創店,日式風情一條街,呢啲見證住加太賀的光輝歲月的稱呼,好耐之前已經聽過,雖然香港年青人好喜歡食日本野,但係加太賀係好多年輕人心中似乎形象有點過時,而我雖然經常路過,但係感覺冷清的加太賀一條街,同埋看似陽春的彩色噴墨打印餐牌,令我一直都缺乏試一下的興致。直到有一次心血來潮想試一下,想不到竟然有驚喜,店內環境比想像中好同乾淨,彩色打印的餐牌雖然不太美觀但是餐牌是每星期會轉的都算有誠意。第一次光顧就試了日式雜錦魚生粒飯,食物實物比餐牌上的照片好看,魚生配上蛋絲芝麻,日式碗筷,賣相出奇的好,味道方面魚生不腥,魚生份量多,魚生甚至多過飯,食完飯都未食完魚生,缺點是吞拿魚有筋,章魚比較韌。除了主菜,跟餐的麵豉湯似吉野家的味道是我喜歡的味道,味道不錯,最後有一粒細雪米滋作為甜品,因為叫了多飯,食完都幾飽,魚生飯都只是62蚊,算好抵食了。

其實都真係歷史悠久,由細食到大,有時又真係唔需要佢進步,只要維持不變就得,只係希望食返童年嘅味道。叫咗個滑蛋豬扒飯定食,跟麵豉湯同生果,生果係橙,仲有一個醃青瓜。老實講真係以前好食d麵豉湯就不過不失,普通麵豉湯,味道還可以。生果都正常,唔算特別酸。但醃青瓜真係太鹹,即使同飯一齊食都太鹹。滑蛋豬扒飯紫菜唔夠脆,有d淋。滑蛋味道正常,白飯都夠熱,兩樣嘢都幾夾。不過豬扒較為偏乾身,肉質偏薄,冇咩咬口。所以覺得價錢偏貴。

嘉太賀真係黎過唔少次,每次都係一家大細一齊黎聚會。壽司同刺身都ok,最近先知原來花之戀壽司係嘉太賀創始的。難怪特別好食,呢度的三文魚魚腩都特別好食,而且好大件,擔擔肉。其他也是都中規中矩啦最開心係最後有糯米滋雪糕食ga!每次都拎一籃入黎,我地屋企個個好似抽獎咁,好野我抽到芒果味!好野,我收到香芋味…..感覺好開心。可能嘉太賀已經好多年,所以就比較久,如果可以翻新下咁就好啦!不過我都會再黎,因為屋企的來人家很喜歡黎呢度食嘢!幾錢合理!

最開心係最後有糯米滋雪糕食ga!每次都拎一籃入黎,我地屋企個個好似抽獎咁,好野我抽到芒果味!好野,我收到香芋味…..感覺好開心。
可能嘉太賀已經好多年,所以就比較久,如果可以翻新下咁就好啦!不過我都會再黎,因為屋企的來人家很喜歡黎呢度食嘢!幾錢合理!

【名過於實!普普通通日本料理】加太賀呢個名字相信大部份香港人都由細聽到大,一直以花之戀馳名中外,今日同屋企人嚟到試下佢其他日式料理,感覺名過於實!「小日本」嘅街道的確好有氣氛同感染力,好似去咗旅行咁。環境都舒服、闊敞,但食物有待改善! 🐟 雜錦魚生船魚生款式的確多籬籬:三文魚、油甘魚、魷魚、八爪魚、海螺、三文魚籽、蟹籽、帆立貝,都算應有盡有。各款都唔算好突出,好鮮味,反而好似雪到冇晒魚鮮味,亦冇魚油香,有少少失望。🥗 鹿兒島黑豚松露蟹籽沙律蟹籽份量多,觀感的確唔錯。用上沙律醬其實有少少膩,可能換成黑醋更好;沙律份量1-2人份左右,略嫌少少偏貴,但可接受。

🐟 雜錦魚生船
魚生款式的確多籬籬:三文魚、油甘魚、魷魚、八爪魚、海螺、三文魚籽、蟹籽、帆立貝,都算應有盡有。各款都唔算好突出,好鮮味,反而好似雪到冇晒魚鮮味,亦冇魚油香,有少少失望。

🥗 鹿兒島黑豚松露蟹籽沙律
蟹籽份量多,觀感的確唔錯。用上沙律醬其實有少少膩,可能換成黑醋更好;沙律份量1-2人份左右,略嫌少少偏貴,但可接受。

加太賀記得以非常出名,成日係某三色台見到佢地既廣告,順便比佢地宣傳一下自己。最常人地提起口邊就係某某名星獲得二萬件花之戀壽司,心諗而家食完未呢?笑話一則。講翻正題,今日同朋友係紅磡做野。撞正lunch時段食飯,嘩成個紅磡都好多好多人,排曬隊。同同事有理無理就入左呢間餐廳,心諗今日就食貴啲啦(因為印象中都算貴)。點知一入到去睇睇餐牌,個lunch又唔算貴,我點左個魚生飯份量都正常,叫佢加飯佢地都肯既。整體黎講不過不失,有機會要試下晚餐可能有驚喜。
