聽聞啲烏冬好好食,試完有少失望揀湯底揀左好耐,因為唔係好吸引,本身都對湯底唔抱太大期望,因為佢始終出名係烏冬好食,最後都係叫左清湯諗住係招牌。上到枱果然真係好唔好抱有期望,係好淡既湯底差唔多同水加少少鹽咁,我要係咁加七味粉,但係烏冬係真係幾好食,偏粗又彈牙,只係奇怪做烏冬做得好又係招牌,點解唔改善下啲湯底,又可能係我係重口味人士叫錯湯底,人地淨係靠烏冬都咁紅一定有佢特別之處。唯一要讚既係骨付雞,好香蒜味同夠juicy又嫩。另外仲叫左個炸流心蛋,流心部分OK,炸粉都可以,如果可以有多少少咸味就更加對得住$20一隻既流心蛋。鯖魚正常質素,唔難食。最後係成間餐廳走日本風,的確個環境有少少令我覺得似係日本,但店員係比茶餐廳服務 ,最後賣單,個店員講完幾錢收完錢找錢就一句野都無講,多謝都無,只係掛住同個同事吹水係咁重覆「得唔得架」,我個下覺得自己原來係茶記食野。

鯖魚正常質素,唔難食。

最後係成間餐廳走日本風,的確個環境有少少令我覺得似係日本,但店員係比茶餐廳服務 ,最後賣單,個店員講完幾錢收完錢找錢就一句野都無講,多謝都無,只係掛住同個同事吹水係咁重覆「得唔得架」,我個下覺得自己原來係茶記食野。

想不到,長沙灣竟有這個水平的四國烏冬和骨付鳥。竹簾冷烏冬(8.5/10):店家自己用烏冬機在店舖內鮮製的。烏冬麵質較厚身,煙韌,極富彈性;掛汁,非常出色。建議選冷烏冬,才能吃到真正質感。骨付鳥(8/10):骨付鳥是日本四國高松名物。圖4-7是我在封關前在高松吃過的一間元祖級骨付鳥名店(圖5-7)。鰹烏冬做出來的視覺效果(加上擺盤)竟有85%似。可惜,味道方面就只有65%似。差距在於(1)調味不夠濃不夠惹味,(2)一分錢一分貨,不是採用日本新鮮地雞,因此不夠皮脆肉彈。但畢竟有努力摹仿,在香港能以這個價錢吃到這種水平,也算不錯。日本四國的元祖骨付鳥 for comparison: ———————————————————————————⭕️總評:想不到長沙灣竟有這個水平的四國烏冬和骨付鳥,會翻食 ✅ 💵Budget: $80-100 pp
