今次媽子又話嚟呢一間食烏冬,佢念念不忘雞付骨,但係嚟到佢竟然忘記咗雞付骨。食咗比目魚烏冬,個比目魚烏冬又幾靚仔喎,不過啲魚就甜得甜咗少少,但係都好味,裏面啲配料十分之足夠,有蔥、薑同埋海草,仲要啲湯令上,真係10分周到,起碼啲魚唔會浸住。我哋額外都點多咗金菇牛肉卷同埋蟹竹崙天婦羅兩樣都唔錯。金菇牛肉卷雖然冇咩汁,但係都好夠味,裏面熱辣辣蟹同埋竹崙卷,佢仲要有好味嘅鰹魚汁另上,有少少喜出望外。佢做到25號,希望之後再嚟多一轉!

呢間烏冬店,雖然細細間,但就咁湯底烏冬都有好多款俾你揀。冷熱都有,又有半湯。仲有蛋撈烏冬都有。啲烏冬大大碗又彈牙。湯底好清,而且冇味精我哋最鍾意食鰹魚湯湯底,今次第一次試佢嘅牛肉洋蔥,一碗嘅份量都好多。自從吉野家啲牛肉已經冇咁好味,好耐未試過喺出面食呢款日式加上牛肉嘅餸啦。牛肉煮得好入味,又唔會韌。另外就一定要嗌佢哋嘅燒雞髀,火雞髀仍然係燒到好香好入味,雞肉仲係好嫩。餐具同嘢飲都係自助形式,有熱嘅玄米茶熱水同埋凍水。出差嘅速度非常之快。。

前排傾開計聽同事話公司附近有間隱世日式烏烏店好正,趁今日Lunch突登去一探究竟。一去到預左Lunch時間人一多,舖頭唔大都要排陣隊,不過我地算去得早,排左一陣就有位坐。入面舖頭細細,係一般木系日式風格裝修。入到去本身見到海報都想試下佢既撈烏冬,不過肚就得一個,都係坐低Scan qr code睇下個Menu再決左食咩好最後都係揀左同事推薦既豆乳雜菜豚肉湯烏冬(熱),個湯底重雜菜同秋葵既味道,好健康既感覺另外同事仲加左隻骨付雞食,見佢食得好開心

星期四晚放工後約咗朋友去鰹烏冬,本身都想食啲清淡啲嘅嘢,所以試下佢哋嘅烏冬,好期待😋。🍳 月見烏冬 一上檯就見到個生蛋黃靚到不得了,混入湯底後整碗烏冬變得更加滑溜。烏冬面條彈牙,湯底好清新,夏天食一流😌。🍠 山藥烏冬 呢個真係健康之選,山藥打成糊狀,淋喺烏冬面上,口感滑溜但唔會太黏。湯底一樣清甜,食完覺得好滋潤👍。🍗 骨付雞 原本以為只係細細嚿雞,但真係好有驚喜!大過手板嘅雞髀外皮脆,入面雞肉嫩滑多汁,每一啖都好滿足。配埋啲特製調味料同埋蜜糖,真係超正!😋大家有機會一定要試下呢幾款菜式,真係唔會令你失望!我朋友仲話,雖然價錢唔算好平,但性價比高,一定會encore~

成日都行過呢間~見到好多人食同同事早左食晏,就去試下呢一間喇!好彩我地早出去,排幾張到我地咁岩有呢個靚位坐,望到個街景食嘢叫咗個比目魚鰹魚湯烏冬烏冬配上海帶,薑,蘿蔔片湯是分開上一碗熱辣辣的湯配上同樣熱辣辣的烏冬避免烏冬浸咗湯中林晒湯底清澈,味道較清淡本身無咩期望,點知上到檯見賣相都ok比目魚扒中大塊,魚肉又滑魚皮煎到好脆,魚肉又啱啱好,好嫩滑烏冬份量啱啱好玉子燒上台的時候熱辣辣😋玉子嘅甜味正正可中和烏冬的鹹總括呢間餐廳OK,但就要早啲過嚟排隊🥹
