今次媽子又話嚟呢一間食烏冬,佢念念不忘雞付骨,但係嚟到佢竟然忘記咗雞付骨。食咗比目魚烏冬,個比目魚烏冬又幾靚仔喎,不過啲魚就甜得甜咗少少,但係都好味,裏面啲配料十分之足夠,有蔥、薑同埋海草,仲要啲湯令上,真係10分周到,起碼啲魚唔會浸住。我哋額外都點多咗金菇牛肉卷同埋蟹竹崙天婦羅兩樣都唔錯。金菇牛肉卷雖然冇咩汁,但係都好夠味,裏面熱辣辣蟹同埋竹崙卷,佢仲要有好味嘅鰹魚汁另上,有少少喜出望外。佢做到25號,希望之後再嚟多一轉!

再咬一啖嗚門卷,腦中出現左第二個問號:點解塊嗚門卷硬既?😳唔單止凍冰冰(雖然我都知係食緊凍烏冬😅),仲要係岩岩冰箱攞出黎未解完凍、未煮過既口感(正常應該係軟得黎又有彈性既口感,有啲似魚蛋/片)
即時吐返出黎(因為每次食未煮過/熟既食物我都會腸胃炎😔)同話俾侍應姐姐知,佢都即刻換過一份煮熱/熟左、正常既俾我(個姐姐唔知咩係嗚門卷,不過其實都正常既😅)
至於主角烏冬,感恩都仲keep到以前既質素👍🏻

腦中充滿住問號咁食完哩一餐埋單(大約12:25pm),平時食完未夠12:30pm,門口已經排隊排到出晒樓梯(仲經常排到落埋地下),今次離開門口同入黎一樣係冇人,個場一樣咁空,落到樓下先見到幾個人走入黎。

以前哩度既烏冬真係唔錯,我都相信店主有去四國學過整/煮烏冬,不過而家煮烏冬既變晒姐姐(臨走見到)、味道差左、客人又少左好多…
希望店主可以改善返食物質素,回復返昔日既好味,我都希望可以再次係度食返接近金都比羅表參道(自己覺得有七成)質素既烏冬🙏🏻
