經過朋友們嘅極力推介,滿腔期待去試呢間烏冬店😚,可惜可能👧🏻+同事叫錯食物啦,都幾失望下🥹,大家要試呢間烏冬記得要叫凍烏冬,唔好好似👧🏻咁蠢叫熱烏冬🥲。🌟半湯鰹魚烏冬 配 天婦羅雞件半湯烏冬比起普通鰹魚湯烏冬比較濃味+少湯,不過👧🏻就覺得唔算特別濃味,所以叫左普通鰹魚湯烏冬嘅同事就更加悲慘😵‍💫,湯底淡如無味。烏冬用熱湯上,上菜時已經輕輕浸腍咗,唔算太彈牙,更何況浸湯越耐,烏冬質感變得更軟身,食到尾段試過一夾即斷😵‍💫,呢個絕對唔係買一碗$40幾蚊淨烏冬應有質素。其他配料eg: 魚片、昆布、天婦羅碎,表現正常。至於天婦羅雞件🐣更係成餐飯嘅敗筆🤪,雖然雞件Size極大,但外層炸衣質感並非合格天婦羅質感,濕𣲷𣲷重麵粉質感,雞肉極度重胡椒味,唔知係炸雞特色還是意圖掩蓋雞肉雪藏味😩,真係唔太討好。平心而論,試咗同事骨付雞(用七味粉、蒜蓉🧄醃嘅雞脾),味道唔錯,Juicy又嫩滑,難怪係餐廳嘅招牌菜!最衰當日最特別嘅茶味/海苔/柚子冷烏冬全部暫不供應,否則唔會咁失望🥲。
