天氣開始熱喇,所以唔怕食湯烏冬……呢間餐廳經過過好多次,終於入左去試。我本人好鍾意食蕃茄湯底既麵/粉,見到有蕃茄湯底系列,當然要試下啦個湯底又真係唔錯喎!食落係好fresh既感覺,唔會係用茄膏溝水做成既湯底,絕對可以當湯飲晒佢!雞扒都煎得幾香,都唔錯!另一個係地獄黑豚烏冬,個地獄湯底唔算好辣,應該好多食開辣既人都handle到,黑豚就無咩特別,fair啦!小食就叫左個汁燒雞翼,上枱既時候熱辣辣,而且燒得幾入味。呢間餐廳既食物整體黎講都OK,但性價比我個人認為低左少少,如果價錢再便宜一點會更好!

呢個個湯底就普普通通。唔係會好濃。
生牛肉都唔錯。

話說火山石其實都幾耐吓,約5年前已同朋友食過今晚突然諗起石鍋烏冬就決定重臨舊地,緬懷吓過去到店時已經係晚上9點幾,但居然仲見到有人等位,有冇咁誇啊?一條冷被安排坐係最入嘅檯湯底有唔少選擇嘅,除咗豬骨湯,仲有蕃茄湯、咖哩湯。我揀咗黑豚豬骨湯烏冬冇錯,烏冬嚟到嘅時候仲翻滾梗嘅。可惜水準一般,先講湯底,冇味嘅😶,其實我真係好怕冇味嘅豬骨湯😶再嚟黑豚。。我完全唔覺得有黑豚味⁉️有食過黑豚嘅朋友好清楚,黑豚號味道有幾鮮嘅,well,呢到我覺得係普通豬肉,唔係黑豚重點係,雖然個湯底冇乜味,但我晚上回家係極口乾,直至我第朝起身情況仍然持續,咁你明喇但整體而言,碗烏冬都可以合格嘅

HK Munchies! - Kazan Seki

Hidden in the Ladies market (Fa Yuen Street) of Mong Kok is a little shop called Kazan Seki and if my memory serves me correctly this shop has been around for over a decade.
They specialise in stone pot udon and they offer a variety of different choices with 5 broths to choose from (pork stock, curry stock, tomato stock, hot stock and Kelp & Bonito stock).
In addition there are various snacks you can choose from.

As the udon arrives the staff reminds you to be careful of the hot stone pot, I didn't need reminding twice as the broth can be seen still boiling and bubbling.
The thick cut pork udon in pork broth lived true to its name, there were 4 pieces of moderately sized and THICK cut pieces of meat. The udon was chewy with a great texture and the pork broth complimented the overall dish nicely.

As for the deluxe seafood udon, I was pleasantly surprised by it.
The tomato stock is a little sour for my taste but I assume this is probably because they added tomato paste when making the stock. That being said, it's a great dish to have in summer as the tomato stock helps increase your appetite even on those very hot days.
There was a generous amount of toppings too, with scallops, mussels, shrimps and a large oyster. Definitely worth a try.

The grilled scallops were average and nothing extravagant about them, cooked just right and not too small in size.

So if you're ever in Mong Kok and looking for somewhere to grab a bite, this place is a good idea to check out

今晚同老婆大人睇完戲,去左女人街搵食。因為天氣凍左,我地決定去食碗熱辣辣嘅烏冬。八點半去到等左15分鐘左右就有位坐,好快我地就點左兩款豚骨湯烏冬同一份炸餃子。湯底其實無咩豚骨味,烏冬好彈牙,扺讚!豚肉都幾入味,不過得四舊仔,比較孤寒。其實全靠個照燒汁,又係得四小舊,雞肉質地普通。炸得都尚算香脆,有少許肉汁,配以餃子汁提升不少肉味。價錢又相議。總括黎講質素尚可,最緊要個湯食到尾都保持到溫度。價錢亦比尖沙咀赫德道嗰間好出名嘅烏冬店平。店內亦有其他湯底選擇,下次試其他湯底再評。

早幾日到了通菜街這家火山石石鍋烏冬吃tea,點了一客上級牛肉石鍋手打烏冬試試,下午茶價錢比午市和晚市便宜不少,$39就可以了(凍飲另加$3),他們有3種湯底:豚骨,辛辣,醬油木魚,我當日想嚐辣就點了辛辣!上枱時石鍋中的湯還在沸騰,湯底幾香,只有微微辣,牛肉質量不差,烏冬彈牙煙韌,配菜也有不少,不少粟米和菜苗在鍋裡。這個熱騰騰的烏冬在天冷的天氣下真係幾正!不過可能因為是肥牛的關係,吃吃下湯底變得好油膩,直情明顯有一層油浮面。。可能不點牛肉會好點吧。

細細個既時候,當你有事想搵人傾訴,你會發現身邊有好多兄弟/姊妹陪你。但當你長大成人既時候,仲會有幾多個可以係你有事既時候,第一時間出黎陪你呢?如果有⋯請珍惜呢d人,因為 真係好難得嫁好~入番正題~ 今日屈小姐約左個朋友食飯,呢個兩日突然天氣轉凍,最岩就係打邊爐不過,2個女仔食唔到咁多野⋯⋯所以屈小姐就揀左呢間石鍋烏冬!食完真係暖笠笠嫁屈小姐揀左 : 蕃茄濃湯石鍋海鮮烏冬 (3.5星)- 蕃茄濃湯雖然係有蕃茄肉,但個味道食得出唔止淨係由鮮茄整出黎,應該有加蕃茄味道既調味料既- 海鮮有青口X2,蠔,帶子,蟹柳同蝦。青口同帶子都係急凍,冇乜味既,不過尚算爽口!蝦雖然細隻,但幾彈牙!蟹柳都食得一絲絲,唔錯!反而蠔就有d腥⋯ - 烏冬好味好滑,但比較淋身而屈小姐既朋友就揀左:豚骨濃湯石鍋吉列鰻魚烏冬 (4星)- 豚骨湯都好濃,豬骨味好重,比蕃茄湯濃味啲- 吉列鰻魚係重點!估唔到又幾好食喎!外面炸到好脆,而且粉皮夠薄!入面鰻魚仲係彈口鰻魚肉既質感!味道仲係保留到蒲燒鰻魚既味,而餐廳仲會主動分開上嫁另外,大家食既時候要小心石鍋既高溫呀!佢一路食仲一路滾緊嫁,食到尾d烏冬同湯都仲熱辣辣,加上一路滾緊既

好~入番正題~ 今日屈小姐約左個朋友食飯,呢個兩日突然天氣轉凍,最岩就係打邊爐
不過,2個女仔食唔到咁多野⋯⋯所以屈小姐就揀左呢間石鍋烏冬!食完真係暖笠笠嫁


屈小姐揀左 :

蕃茄濃湯石鍋海鮮烏冬 (3.5星)

- 蕃茄濃湯雖然係有蕃茄肉,但個味道食得出唔止淨係由鮮茄整出黎,應該有加蕃茄味道既調味料既

- 海鮮有青口X2,蠔,帶子,蟹柳同蝦。青口同帶子都係急凍,冇乜味既,不過尚算爽口!蝦雖然細隻,但幾彈牙!蟹柳都食得一絲絲,唔錯!反而蠔就有d腥⋯
 

- 烏冬好味好滑

- 豚骨湯都好濃,豬骨味好重,比蕃茄湯濃味啲

估唔到又幾好食喎!外面炸到好脆,而且粉皮夠薄!入面鰻魚仲係彈口鰻魚肉既質感!味道仲係保留到蒲燒鰻魚既味
,而餐廳仲會主動分開上嫁


另外,大家食既時候要小心石鍋既高溫呀!
佢一路食仲一路滾緊嫁,食到尾d烏冬同湯都仲熱辣辣,加上一路滾緊既關係,屈小姐最後啖湯係變成蕃茄蓉咁濟!!!


呢餐食完真係超暖呀!希望你人暖,心更暖啦!

朋友推介食火山石午餐。午餐抵過晚餐。選擇都很多。芝麻雞翼木魚湯石鍋烏冬*芝麻雞翼夠香口 但炸得over左少少 外面硬左d 裡面肉質都OK. 手打烏冬好食 QQ得黎唔會太硬 而且用石鍋盛住 食到尾都會熱。木魚湯好清甜 唔會太咸。但朋友既豚骨湯惹味d 好香口。環境就比較擠迫 服務一般。

芝麻雞翼夠香口 但炸得over左少少 外面硬左d 裡面肉質都OK.

手打烏冬好食 QQ得黎唔會太硬 而且用石鍋盛住 食到尾都會熱。

木魚湯好清甜 唔會太咸。但朋友既豚骨湯惹味d 好香口。

環境就比較擠迫 服務一般。
