雖有污水影響海洋,但忍了一個月,還是控制不了吃魚生的慾望。所以約了友人吃omakase短聚一番。餐廳位於銅鑼灣,地點方便。免治雞肉粒和慢煮八爪魚八爪魚彈牙,鹹鹹甜甜的。雞肉粒有明太子餡,好味而且特別,有心思。脆紫菜包拖羅拖羅極度新鮮,配上紫菜的脆口,口感非常特別。北海道帆立貝凡立貝原本已非常新鮮和爽口,再配上面頭的柚子汁,吃落份外開胃。赤海膽配墨魚海膽鮮甜,原有的柚子配墨魚已非常好味,再配上海膽的鮮味,味道升華到另一層次。赤身赤身肉質厚實,咬落結實有口感。大拖羅大拖羅魚油非常豐富,炭燒過後,魚油更出更香。吃落淡淡炭燒味,魚油充溢口腔,非常好味。紫海膽海膽分量多,面頭再加上雪花的鹽粒,味道更有層次。赤鮑魚鮑魚爽口,再加上面頭的肝醬,味道有層次。蜜瓜雪糕日本蜜瓜清香,配上雪糕的香甜,好好的配搭。

吞拿魚腩手卷平時會用舊劣質的吞拿魚腩,所以有時食都會有筋,但這間的手卷就沒有,洋蔥混合吞拿魚腩得很配合,亦都沒有筋出現😬😬😬食得出餐廳對挑選每一樣食材都很有心思
