前幾天上網搵搵比較出名好食既燒味店記得強記飯店是十大推薦之一難得今日外出吃LUNCH, 於是行遠少少黎到天樂里,品嚐一下強記既蜜汁叉燒。由於我去到既時候已經兩點,有下午茶加上好耐好耐冇食過瀨粉了~於是叫了個蜜汁叉燒瀨,連凍飲$40。蜜汁叉燒瀨蜜汁叉燒:的確這間的叉燒唔錯。冇特別要求,但上來的叉燒都唔肥, 亦唔會硬口。蜜汁好夠, 叉燒肉質好。瀨粉: 幾滑幾好食。加埋個湯底都唔錯,不會太咸或者唔夠味,剛剛好。可惜瀨粉份量少左d, 雖然是下午茶, 諗住四十蚊應該都不會太細碗嘛~肚餓的話就感覺不太夠吃了。凍奶茶凍奶茶:一起初飲的時候覺得都ok,不會太甜。但係飲到中間覺得味道有點奇怪,有d洗杯消毒水味,最後冇飲到。下次有機會都會試埋湯品和其他燒味,不過應該會選擇外賣。大家若是肚餓的話還是叫返正常份量好點~不餓的話才試試下午茶份量吧

蜜汁叉燒:的確這間的叉燒唔錯。冇特別要求,但上來的叉燒都唔肥, 亦唔會硬口。蜜汁好夠, 叉燒肉質好。

瀨粉: 幾滑幾好食。加埋個湯底都唔錯,不會太咸或者唔夠味,剛剛好。

可惜瀨粉份量少左d, 雖然是下午茶, 諗住四十蚊應該都不會太細碗嘛~肚餓的話就感覺不太夠吃了。

凍奶茶:一起初飲的時候覺得都ok,不會太甜。但係飲到中間覺得味道有點奇怪,有d洗杯消毒水味,最後冇飲到。

下次有機會都會試埋湯品和其他燒味,不過應該會選擇外賣。

大家若是肚餓的話還是叫返正常份量好點~不餓的話才試試下午茶份量吧

今日諸事不順,心裡面好唔開心,約咗幾個朋友就一起到強記飯店食飯,放鬆下心情。奶茶都是比較正正常常咯,飲落都覺得幾絲滑嘅,茶味俾其他店嘅要濃翻小小,不過感覺味道更清新,我感覺比較新鮮。雲吞麵嘅麵條都算手工嘅吧,因為覺得口感俾市面嘅更加之要彈牙,好正,而且煮得岩岩好。雲吞都算多餡啦,食落扣就覺得味道岩岩夠味,而且分量都算好多喇,夠曬飽。水果沙律都麻麻吧,沙律覺得唔新鮮,連味道都覺得有小小酸酸地,怪怪地,唔系好鐘意,唔推薦。好在價錢好抵,服務都算咁喇,人都比較多,要排隊。

We always pass by this place with the bright red signs and Michelin's recommendation posters so finally decided to give it a try. Service wasn't too bad as we sat down right away and started ordering. 中午同同事出到去灣仔食, 揀咗呢間飯店, 一入門口都唔算太迫, 好快有位坐一睇餐牌, 就知呢度係食燒味好啲, 價錢嚟講都叫中上, 我叫咗碟"招牌叉燒煎蛋飯", 食下係咪真係咁好味先.上菜速度都唔算太耐, 大約15分鐘.上菜啦, 個樣好似黯然銷魂飯咁, 呢碟有兩隻蛋, 一隻半生熟, 一集全熟, 蛋醬撈飯本身都幾好味, 反而啲叉燒我覺得一般, 因為佢除咗層皮有啲燒到脆卜卜的口感外, 只係普通豬肉塊...我唔係食到層脆皮, 都唔知自己食緊叉燒, 可能我食得少叉燒啦...總括嚟講, 食物質素還可以, 呢間係主打食燒味, 但未發現有咩食物係值得獲米芝蓮推介喎
