事先訂座,宴開兩圍。冷盤熱菜各半,湯水、包點、甜品,加送水果拼盤。總的來說,冷盤略勝熱菜:燻蛋溏心,火後剛好,賣相誘人,邊吃邊可嗅到香濃煙燻味;膳絲貌不驚人,偏偏吃下去有驚喜,酥脆甜香,令人欲罷不能。熱菜無論葷素,大多不失不過,但有東坡肉以一己之力,力撐半壁江山,雖是意料中的油膩,仍不得不承認它入口即化,肥瘦合襯,烹調入味。甜品高麗豆沙,我是很怕撒滿白砂糖的甜品的,但這家出品撒的是粉紅砂糖!(我只見過粉紅岩鹽好嗎。)沒抵抗住粉紅誘惑,吃了一個,質地偏硬,略帶鹼水味,有點後悔。眾口難調。上海菜不辣不酸不鹹,原料好廚藝高,才能讓這麼多人吃得皆大歡喜。組織者確是頗下了一番心思的,佩服。 continue reading

只招待會員既餐廳,第一次食🫢前菜叫左燻蛋, 鎮江餚肉, 無錫脆鱔燻蛋整到溏心蛋咁,味道不錯👍鎮江餚肉就正正常常,唔算好特別。無錫脆鱔,炸到脆卜卜,味道酸酸甜甜,好特別、食落又開胃,推薦大家試🤤🤤干燒蝦,蝦肉爽口,個汁酸酸甜甜。鴛鴦沙鑽魚,兩種煮法,炸魚炸得香脆,炸皮一d都唔厚,出色。另外清炒,魚肉嫩滑,而且冇骨。正!蜜汁火肪,好特別既菜式,包埋一齊食,個汁係甜甜地既。四寶片皮雞,呢碟餸超大碟超誇張🤣炸子雞外皮又係炸到香脆,雞肉好滑。仲有炸豬肉同炸番薯,廚師擺盤好有心機!高力雪糕,入面係雲呢拿雪糕。同平時高力豆沙煮法一樣,不過入面轉左做雪糕。但雲呢拿雪糕偏淡,覺得都係放豆沙、甜甜地會好食d🫠 continue reading

走進這家餐廳,初嚐的燻蛋,煙香撲鼻,只覺得傳統小食也能玩味千百種🍳;燻香逐漸融入味蕾,蛋白固然不算最滑,但那蛋黃,既不流泻也不乏味,正中平衡。轉頭來勁辣肴肉,肉質結實有咬勁,酸甜黑醋調和,倒也是不錯小食🍖。再來一碟清爽馬蘭頭,咬一口,真係爽口得滯,炒功十足,俾馬蘭頭唱主角,伴隨百葉同行,簡簡單單就有驚喜味道⭐️;接著話說醃燻乳鴿,呢度份量足,皮香味美,不過咬落去有啲實在,唔夠啖啖肉嘅綿軟。脆鱔來了,表皮金黃酥脆,醋香微妙,令味蕾撲騰開合🐟;好似初戀咁興奮,回憶中嗰種直指心底嘅美味。鴛鴦沙鑽魚更加,解構重組,一炒一炸兩重奏,兩種口感歡樂弄潮兒。最後啖喝火朣雞湯,清新滋味,湯色清澈如水晶,入口後,清甜津白同鮮味雞肉嘅完美搭配,實在係要喝上一碗先算對得住自己嘅嚼勁和味道嘅享受。轉個彎,蔥油大餅,外厚內軟,一咬蔥香四溢,口口都係幸福感滿滿🥟。所謂美食,不止味覺,更加係那種實質同幻滅交替嘅細膩享受。呢度,就係咁簡單直接嘅滿足。 continue reading

這間餐館會員制,只招待會員,聽說入會好像也不簡單 !不管了,難得今日有會員帶入去食飯 。 點都要試吓味道如何 ,聽聞大閘蟹嘅質量仲唔差 ,於是除咗叫小菜之外,仲叫咗兩輪大閘蟹 環境都算優雅,地方唔係太大,不過有兩層 ,所以坐得都好舒服 。首先食幾個涼菜開開胃先, 燻蛋有淡淡的茶燻香,面上面有少少鹽嘅物體,蛋黃好溏心,有啲黏黏地嘅感覺。另一個係 紅燒牛塊 ,的確炆得好腍滑,牛筋骨膠原好重,因為係好腍,味道剛好。脆鱔入口香脆鬆化,微甜,十分香口。令人食完再想食。清炒蝦仁,蝦肉質清爽不油膩,配上毛豆感覺好清新,淡淡嘅口味。食完啲清淡小小嘅菜同冷盤,就可以上今晚嘅主角大閘蟹, 隻隻都好大隻, 而且啲膏仲好靚, 好香滑、甘香惹味,肉質鮮甜。 喜歡食醋的話,加少少更加惹味。清蒸鰣魚, 呢種魚比較多刺,真係需要慢慢食細細品嚐。鰣魚用酒糟、雲腿片、冬菇片、和魚同蒸。雲腿片、冬菇片等會間竹咁夾在魚上面,令魚更鮮甜肉滑,魚肉再加上呢啲嘅汁,慢慢細嚼去食,令人回味!呢個蜜汁火舫,好有物味嘅甜度,剛剛可以中和呢個肉片嘅鹹香, 配搭埋包夾住嚟食香甜好食,而且嗰啲嘅蓮子白果十分之腍滑, 又甜甜地。不錯。生煎包,包皮鬆軟,肉餡新鮮,包底脆脆地。 continue reading
