今次嚟到呢間叫大頭蝦南風海鮮酒家,係東涌一間較隱世嘅大排檔。今次係平日去食 到咗夜晚食飯時間都坐到7成滿,環境夠大闊落 幾適合一大班朋友一齊傾計聚腳。📌四川麻辣雞煲 (半隻)第一樣嚟咗呢個麻辣雞煲,食落唔會太死辣 仲有雞肉都夠嫩滑,好足洋蔥同香料。兼且佢會有個爐比埋煮住食,越食越惹味。📌避風塘茄子平時食避風塘炒蟹多,但估唔到呢個避風塘茄子都有驚喜!炸粉冇話太厚,仲要做到外脆內軟。再加埋避風塘香料炒埋一齊,真係食唔停口。📌南風小炒王呢粉小炒超足料,除咗韭菜花,仲有腰果、蝦、帶子、蝦米同魷魚。炒到好爽口又唔會太油,啱晒攞嚟餸飯食。 continue reading

東涌地膽朋友介紹係逸東村搵食,來到位於北大嶼山醫院🏥旁的「大頭蝦南風海鮮酒家」🍴,其位置十分癮世,鑊氣小菜、秘製燒鵝、麻辣雞煲,同朋友啤一啤🍻就最開心😃。設有室內卡位雅座,又或者可以到室外吹吹自然風,大排檔格局,風味十足坐得舒適。南風小炒皇:不同食材的質地和口感各異,比如肉類的鮮嫩,蔬菜的爽脆,鮮艷的色彩,給人以視覺上的美感,增加了食欲。點少得新鮮魷魚鬚,爽彈 。蝦干咸香,腰果的nutty感,仲有醃蘿蔔粒的爽脆,層次豐腴。麻辣雞煲:用上gas爐助熱,麻辣雞煲使用四川花椒、辣椒等辛辣調料烹製,形成獨特的麻辣口感,讓人食後回味無窮,同時又唔會太辣,反而香氣十足。雞肉經慢炖而入味,肉質非常軟嫩,入口即化,絕對不會口感乾澀,湯汁濃郁鮮美,非常入味。加入青椒在慢煮的過程中保持了蔬菜的脆嫩口感。 麻、辣、鮮、香等不同風味完美融合,形成獨特而豐富的口感體驗。避風塘炸茄子:外酥內軟,茄子經過油炸後,表面形成酥脆的外層,咬下去能感受到內部鬆軟的口感。這種口感反差非常有特色。炸制的過程中會吸收大量香料,如蒜末、辣椒、五香粉等,形成濃郁的鹹香味。仲有一些辣椒,因此會有一絲微微的辣味。這種辣味並不強烈,而是非常恰到好處,能突出茄子的鮮甜。茄子本身就含有豐富的膳食纖維、維生素及其他營養成分,經過炸制後保留了這些營養。總結:東涌癮世鑊氣酒家大推麻辣雞煲 堪稱東涌麻辣大皇 continue reading

今日陪男朋友上咗佢個fd東涌嘅新居house warming,佢朋友推薦呢間大頭蝦南風海鮮酒家一齊食晚飯😋本身聽到係大排檔嘅形式都好驚會好熱,始終而家夏天天氣熱辣辣🥵不過原來佢有室內位置係有冷氣嘅😌如果大家唔怕熱,或者下次冬天嚟食都可以試吓坐出面,更加有風味😌講返嘢食先😝我哋四個人嗌咗四道菜~好吸引呀有胡椒豬肚雞煲 (半隻$258)😆首先一嚟即刻飲啖湯先😋湯底濃味得嚟又唔會太鹹,一飲就知冇落味精😉我哋雖然只係叫咗半隻雞,但雞嘅數量都好多🤩而且雞肉仲好嫩滑,配埋豬肚一齊食好夾😋配料仲有啲枝竹同娃娃菜,令到成個雞煲嘅味道更加平均🤗另一個叫咗京蒽芥末牛柳粒 ($118)~本身我話想食大排檔必嗌嘅薯仔牛柳粒,但男朋友話見到呢個芥末牛柳粒咁特別,出面未見過所以就話要試吓🤣食落芥末味好香,但又唔會太過攻鼻,調味啱啱好😌而且啲牛柳粒好嫩,唔會整得太老咬唔開🤩叫返個菜食吓先~欖菜肉鬆四季豆 ($88)係大排檔必嗌嘅小菜😋四季豆炒得香口得黎又唔會太油膩,連埋啲肉碎一齊食勁惹味😋嗌得太多濃味既餸,最後決定嗌個清淡啲嘅勝瓜肉碎浸魚肚 ($98)清一清味蕾🤣勝瓜同魚肚吸收哂上湯嘅精華,食落好清甜爽口🤩佢哋嘅小菜份量都好多,四個人食嗌四個餸已經勁飽🤣好彩我哋冇嗌白飯,如果唔係實食淨好多🤣聽講佢哋嘅燒味都好出名,下次嚟一定會試吓🤗 continue reading
