呢個小炒好香口,咸肉既味道帶到落韮菜身上,食落帶有份咸香感,但又不失韮菜既香味,整體亦岩岩好,吾會過咸

巴蜀川味烤魚
魚夠大條,但有得簡半條定一條,半條份量都好足夠,魚肉滑,而且煮得耐,好入味

秋涼行山係指定動作,睇完芒草當然要去醫肚,但東薈城食黎食去又係果d連鎖式餐廳,就搵下有冇其他好野食。今次就俾我地幾個為食鬼搵到呢間隱世大排檔。好家庭式既小店,有室內同室外,門口重可以泊車。首先斬左個燒味雙拼-燒鵝配切雞,兩份都係脾,啖啖肉。燒鵝好香鵝味,唔算好肥。而切雞肉質好滑。小炒皇-腰果香脆好食,有蝦乾既鮮味,韭菜花又嫩口無渣。冬陰功湯煮蜆-冬陰功惹味開胃,可以空口飲,蜆肉鮮甜肉厚。蓮藕豬肉餅-呢個藕餅比較腍身,食都有粒粒既蓮藕粒,似係半煎炸,有啲脆邊。酸菜煮原條鯇魚-天氣涼,食返個熱辣辣,煲下煲下既酸菜魚,又暖身又開胃,而且條魚十足斤兩,泡過油,但唔影響其肉質既嫩滑,呢個煮方重撇除咗鯇魚既草腥味。而且重有芽菜豆卜等做配料。

「酸菜魚」原條呈上,由於事前曾煎過,令魚的狀態有點硬向上🤭 (但外觀好靚)食到尾聲要繼續煮尾部才可食用,酸度剛好,令配料更正,更入味,豆卜,大豆牙👍🏻食不停口。

依個好出色!我同男朋友認為可以入全港十大椒鹽魷魚好食之一😋因為出面多數細舊又無乜肉🥺啲粉同魷魚炸得岩岩好,唔會話齋食炸粉,而且都大大舊,有成個手掌咁大舊😱啖啖都係肉超滿足😌
