📝呢到食材新鮮、價錢相宜、性價比都ok,師傅風趣又夠nice!個人認為缺點係始終d食物比唔到客人有驚喜感覺。

我們㸃了
1)海鮮魚生飯-看得出魚生非常新鮮,同事 都讚不絕口。

我很快便幹掉了整碗。
3)Beef sukiyaki-牛肉味香濃,配日本飯一流。
4)滑蛋吉列黑豚肉飯-豚肉炸得非常香脆,我都忍唔住搶吃了同事一件😂。

另外我亦喜歡這裡的環境特別是balcony 位置很有日本庭園的感覺,優雅寧靜,只是充電完畢又要努力工作了。

坦白講, 呢間野真係令我好失望。鰻魚本身就係一樣好難會整得難食既野,但呢間野竟然整左碗我成世人食過最難食既鰻魚飯出黎,同其他同事share左少少,大家都覺得好難食真係無諗過d鰻魚可以燒到咁乾,完全無汁, 仲要有陣燒焦左既味..我係想食鰻魚, 唔係鰻魚乾…個飯都係一樣, 乾爭爭, d飯痴埋一舊..又勁硬全部野都係極度overcooked最後要同事比d sukiyaki既汁我撈黎食碗鰻魚飯 佢既鰻魚份量都幾多, 我最後都食剩左唔少, 乾到咁我真係唔想繼續食。其實間野環境幾好, 但個鰻魚飯要$220+10%真係一d都唔值,要食平d、更好味既鰻魚飯有大把其他選擇。

So tried this one and managed to secure 2 seats at the Sushi Counter just 3 days ago! We ordered 2 Deluxe Sushi Set (10 pieces). The sliced pickled gingers were very thin slices and were not spicy at all. In fact, they were a bit sweet. I think they tasted a bit like pears! I liked them! The 茶碗蒸 was of very average quality. The rolls were really fully stuffed of super toro! Yummy! 

Overall, the quality of the sashimi was decent and there was no complaint except for the really tiny size of the sushi. When we left we were just full but I soon turned hungry after 1.5 hours. If I had to say something more, it should be the lack of surprises in the types of sashimi recommended as we had tried almost all before. May not come back again.

My understanding of Kitcho is that a few of the ex Sushi Kuu chef and manager went upstairs and opened this new Japanese restaurant. I think the whole taste and presentation of the food here is quite similar to those of Kuu, however, I think the ingredients used are not as good as Kuu (which becomes reasonable when the price is also lower than Kuu). But I wouldn't really consider this to be a fine Japanese restaurant. I think it's fair to say that this is a little brother of Kuu, the casual and cooked dishes are very similar and priced a little cheaper than kuu, but forget about the sashimi it's not the top standard in Hong Kong and anyone who's serious about sashimi.

However I think I like the environment better than Kuu it's certainly less noisy and I like their little balcony! I do think this place will give you slightly better value than Kuu, paying $700 each will already give you a lot of food. I thought the portions were decent.

Came here for dinner and had the Omakase set.  The sushi was very fresh and the presentation was very good.  Each piece was delicately made and it was exquisite.  The tuna was fresh, as was the haddock.  My friend had a wagu rice dish and he said it was very good too, nice and soft and supple.  The sake was good too.  We asked for a dry one, and it was very flavourful.Overall a very good experience.  The service was good too.  A little on the expensive side, but that's what you expect in Central

被安排坐在壽司吧枱(電話預訂時還被問是否介意?!應該是反過來沒有吧枱坐才問是否介意吧?!),如往常一樣不拍照。

a. 茶碗蒸: 温度不太熱但可接受,内裏配料煮太老

1. 鮃(九州): 結實不特別彈,也不甜,一般類香港鮨店午餐的水準。醋飯用醋是白醋,飯温可以,一般的硬度酸度,只可以説是令你專注食材的舍利。

2. 縞鰺: 偏瘦及切比較簿,還不是旬,出些其他時令的不行嗎?

3. 針魚: 明明春天是旬,但也是瘦。

4. 帆立貝: 很軟。

b. 麵豉湯: 不知道為何這時候上,奇怪。

5. 牧丹蝦: 軟糯但少甜,其中較佳的一貫。

6. 鮭魚子: 不太甜,魚子膜壁很軟。

7. 赤海膽: 滿滿的不錯,惜餘韻不長。紫菜頗脆,吃來也不太干擾,也算是今天較佳的。

吃著來到中場不太滿意,突然想吃些漬物於是叫旁邊小師傅要了牛蒡。

c. 牛蒡伴芝麻: 論味道本人認為是今天最出色的。

8. 中拖羅: 極有油香,是養殖的鮪,油量似大拖羅,吃下頗水的,完全没有中拖羅的微酸與肉感。

9. 海鰻: 醬汁節制,但亦突顯其瘦及無水份。

10. 蛋: 不是蛋糕派(我不是鍾情蛋糕派的),冷的也不太香。

d. 鮪魚配蘿蔔蓉紫蘇葉卷: 鮪魚蓉太少,説要點秋葵但無主動提供。

e. 湯烏冬: 兩三口份量,就是大家平常吃來的味道。

食材以中價壽司店來説也是弱。整餐要説不錯的就是飯温,也是靠飯温提高配搭了平凡食材的壽司質素。
