我今日放工後,順道約同好友去位於荃灣眾安街68號千色匯3樓3013號舖的古今二食日本菜,環境舒適開揚,坐得舒服。我點左個M19的金龍卷$98,A16的龍卷風沙律$76,A8的雜錦天婦羅$88,T6櫻花蝦茄子燒$68,及A29的芝麻雞翼(2隻)$38。金龍卷的賣相不錯,卷飯中的炸蝦非常香脆美味;龍卷風沙律有沙律菜、蟹柳絲及蟹籽,味道清新可口;雜錦天婦羅有炸蝦3隻、秋葵2個及日本甜薯3個,好好味;茄子燒得香,櫻花蝦可口;芝麻雞翼皮脆肉嫩,好味又好食!

荃灣附近有好多親子嘅遊樂場,玩完就係附近搵食,見到有間和食都啱小朋友,份量都夠多,一於去試下。龍卷風沙律🅰️🅰️🅰️🅰️:份量極多😱,上層可見蟹柳蟹籽份量跳都不在話下,下面仲唔係只係舖菜,而係仲有中華沙津係底,好多嘢食,我個小朋友食得好開心。不過呢個沙律有少少辣,呢樣要有少少留意(不過我小朋友鍾意辣😂)超級龍卷風🅰️🅰️🅰️🅰️🅰️蜘蛛🅰️🅰️🅰️🅰️:我地叫左兩樣創意嘅手卷,可以一齊講講🥰。食材配搭唔同當然係亮點,鰻魚、芝士配脆蝦;泡菜同軟殼蟹,睇嚟佢地都好擅長玩唔同嘅味道同口感配合。呢一點令我對佢地其他飯團有信心。👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻雜錦天婦羅🅰️🅰️🅰️🅰️最後講一講天婦羅,話哂都係創新嘅餐廳,天婦羅都有特別,其中就想講下秋葵,因為估唔到裡面有蝦膠,幾有驚喜🧐,秋葵軟身加蝦膠彈牙,唔同嘅口感幾正,不過我覺得蝦膠再咸多少少會好d。呢間居酒屋走中價價位,但係做出嚟嘅菜式有創意,份量足,會同出面一式一樣嘅日式居酒屋有分別。又唔會話為左創意而味道奇怪,呢間幾推介大家嚟試下d創新料理。

呢間居酒屋走中價價位,但係做出嚟嘅菜式有創意,份量足,會同出面一式一樣嘅日式居酒屋有分別。又唔會話為左創意而味道奇怪,呢間幾推介大家嚟試下d創新料理。

大家好今晚去左荃灣既古今二食日本野呢度既壽司卷都幾有創意首先吃一個龍卷風沙律都係一個龍卷風型狀既蟹子沙律菜都幾新鮮仲有好多蟹柳同蟹子跟住就食兩款壽司卷第一款係金龍卷外表都似一條金龍其實就係包左炸蝦既壽司卷再放左三文魚炸蝦炸得好香脆配三文魚既軟滑口感仲有加左一些脆片另外一款超級龍卷風同樣都係炸蝦既壽司卷不過係夾埋鰻魚 芝士同一些脆片都係軟同脆既配合都幾特別跟住再食雜錦天婦羅炸蝦炸得好香脆裏面仲保留好嫩滑既肉質天婦羅仲有青椒釀左蝦肉有少少似日式既煎釀三宝同埋另一舊天婦羅紫薯就系外脆內軟唔太甜最後就係櫻花蝦茄子燒加左好多既櫻花蝦令到燒茄子更加惹味總括呢間古今二既食物都唔錯其中新派既卷物仲好有創意

首先吃一個龍卷風沙律
都係一個龍卷風型狀既蟹子沙律
菜都幾新鮮仲有好多蟹柳同蟹子

跟住就食兩款壽司
第一款係金龍卷
外表都似一條金龍
其實就係包左炸蝦既壽司卷再放左三文魚
炸蝦炸得好香脆配三文魚既軟滑口感
仲有加左一些脆片

另外一款超級龍卷風
同樣都係炸蝦既壽司
不過係夾埋鰻魚 芝士同一些脆片
都係軟同脆既配合都幾特別

跟住再食雜錦天婦羅
炸蝦炸得好香脆
裏面仲保留好嫩滑既肉質
天婦羅仲有青椒釀左蝦肉有少少似日式既煎釀三宝
同埋另一舊天婦羅紫薯就系外脆內軟唔太甜

最後就係櫻花蝦茄子燒
加左好多既櫻花蝦
令到燒茄子更加惹味

最愛這一碟,非常惹味,甜甜的XO醬汁配香口的櫻花蝦,鋪得滿滿的,每口茄子都必疜食到櫻花蝦,第一次吃這配搭就愛上了
