上片皮鴨嗰時,個侍應專登將個片皮鴨放隔籬枱,唔知係咪張枱太細啦!我離遠睇,隻片皮鴨皺皮嘅,開頭不以為意,我自己又同客一齊,費事講,佢又拎開咗去片,片完個鴨架又唔俾返我,話要加$100就可以做多個生菜肉鬆或者涼瓜鴨,算啦咁。片皮鴨點知一食,凍嘅!一啲都唔新鮮!我個客都冇乜點食,幾尷尬!!隔籬枱嗰啲片皮鴨上菜時隻隻脹卜卜,熱辣辣!佢哋可能都知道唔新鮮,個鴨架費事俾我睇到。我後尾諗返起好後悔,一定要比差評!唔會再返嚟,一生黑!

公司老闆係外國飛過黎, 當然香港同事要同佢食餐lunch洗塵通常呢D情況, 就緊係揀酒樓最穩陣, 仲要揀正公司樓下個間反正都係開公數, 當然就食盡佢- 有優惠既片皮鴨~叫!- 燒味拼盤~叫!- 蝦餃燒賣~叫!片皮鴨既味道幾好, 個皮夠脆, 不過淨係包肉, 鴨殼冇得二食有D可惜燒味拼盤好食! 燒肉既皮夠脆, 叉燒有燶邊點心既水準就一般茶樓既水準反面叫左個湯飯同個炒面整得幾好, 湯飯夠味, 飯粒又唔會化開曬, 炒面脆口得黎唔算硬, 整得幾好本身諗著普通既酒樓公司午餐, 點知比到驚喜我, 野食份量足, 味道好外國人老闆都好滿意今餐!

片皮鴨既味道幾好, 個皮夠脆, 不過淨係包肉, 鴨殼冇得二食有D可惜
燒味拼盤好食! 燒肉既皮夠脆, 叉燒有燶邊
點心既水準就一般茶樓既水準
反面叫左個湯飯同個炒面整得幾好, 湯飯夠味, 飯粒又唔會化開曬, 炒面脆口得黎唔算硬, 整得幾好

本身諗著普通既酒樓公司午餐, 點知比到驚喜我, 野食份量足, 味道好

今天同事Farewell,又來個團伙聚餐 ...訂了一煲老火湯,“赤小豆粉葛鯪魚煲豬橫脷”,湯固然鮮甜,湯料豐富,豬橫脷粉嫩,豬腩肉還有點咬勁,鯪魚肉還很香,沾點豉油,還算是一道美食。一條兩斤的黃皮老虎,做兩味,第一道“西芹炒球”,底味做得很好,拉過油,夠香,煙韌,有魚味。這道“紅燒斑頭腩”,我更喜歡,炆過的魚腩、魚皮,香、滑、惹味。“烤牛肋骨”,應該慢煮過再烤,有焦香,嫩滑但還有點彈牙。“燒鵝”,正常。“啫啫通菜”,料頭超香,把已很青脆的通菜提升了兩個層次。

Kong Chiu Lau was having a promotion of $188 for an order of peking duck. Good deal but of course couldn't expect much lol. Big portion, enough for a family to share, but the team was too busy and left behind the duck for too long before skinning. The duck skin was crispy, the meat was a bit dry but acceptable. The pancakes for rolling the duck and veggies were served hot. We also ordered ginger scallions mud crab, which was overcooked and greasy. But I'd say this is the average quality you get

尖沙咀加連威老道100號,科學館附近(港潮樓),是傳統粵菜酒樓,個人覺得味道挺不錯,價位屬於中高,人均500元左右。可以嘗試一下,食完飯酒樓周圍可以逛街,購物天堂同旅遊勝地。
