想系tst 東吃中餐,周圍好多都試過,一系價錢偏高,一系就又所欠缺聽同事講,呢間野價錢合理又唔錯。放工同家人去試下。可能比較早,我7點到,見唔到餐廳有人食,入口位又怪怪甘(我系商場入)裝修好一般,就想,呢次麻煩啦。我地5個人,最初都怕怕地,只系叫左5個菜。鮑魚,燒鵝,一字骨,喊魚肉筋,魚fu勝瓜幾個普通菜都好好吃。連老人家都覺得好唔錯。味精應該唔多,因為無喝好多水。菜份量算可以。3-4個人一碟甘啦。後來我地再加多個菜,唔記得叫左什麼啦。飯後有個甜品,紅豆沙,味道都可以。起碼唔系“水”紅豆沙。服務算可以。每次都有多謝,唔該甘。雖然感覺唔多情願,不過tst 東,算好唔錯架啦。

味道嘛,大致上及格,比想象中好
。沒誇張,不少酒店婚宴,食物可以用「難吃」來形容,又冷,份量又少,付數百元「人情」吃得人一肚子火
,完全呼應主人家所言──「酒微菜薄招呼唔到」。誠然,我所說的及格,就是及格而已,與美味二字沾不上邊……啊不,魚蒸得挺好的,同行友人 C 說,火候恰到好處

朋友約我飲荼在港潮樓, 初時以為食潮洲嘢. 原來是潮流的意思,但又唔覺佢哋有乜另類點心. 我最鐘意研究菜牌及點心紙,所以當我拿點心紙剔的時候,驚喜它有很多花款. 因為第一次到所以叫咗幾款例牌點心如蝦鮫,牛肉,蘿蔔糕,腸粉試下先. 首先d 蝦鮫皮薄蝦鮮好有水準, 蔥花腸就糊口d. 其他兩樣一般啦. 跟住叫咗一籠壽包, 呀! 又估唔到皮好軟熟d蓮蓉甜度啱啱好, 一籠4個包,2個蓮蓉另外2個麻蓉少少咸咸地幾特別. 又再叫咗一窩魚湯肉碎飯, 有d似潮洲肉碎粥. 但呢個魚湯好濃魚香味唔覺有落味精, 有d肉碎有d方魚碎好好食. 看見菜單上重有好多特色點心想再試但實在已很飽,唯有留在下次

Went there to celebrate mom's birthday. Had some nice Dim Sum - quite creative and innovative. Also the main dishes are quite good.Also quite quiet and can talk. Really enjoy this place with good tables and nice food. Very scare of crowded Dim Sum place. Will go again =)

好似新開不久, 試一試午餐飲茶, 入去時感覺服務水準幾好噃, 食物有待驗證, 牛拍葉, 不知為甚麼放在廚師推介, 不夠熱, 也不覺有甚麼特別, 奇怪, 咖啡榚, 幾好, 但略甜了些, 腐皮卷, 脆呀, 蝦彈口, 义燒餅, 又是不夠熱, 材料少又肥, 粉果皮厚但尚算做得彈牙, 糯米雞材料與口感皆不錯, 糯米一粒粒又夠熱.
