星期六係大圍食飯,選擇不多,而呢一間都算係中菜之中嘅首選,平民價錢食心機客家小菜。今晚叫左三味菜一個湯。湯方面叫左腐竹豬肺白果湯,煲完出來奶白色賣相吸引。飲落口腐竹、同豬肺嘅味道搭配非常,濃香滿口。而佢啲湯渣有豬肺同豬肚,全部都係心機之作,剩係洗乾淨都搞半日。鹽焗雞係客家菜必食菜色之一,鹽味基本上每一家餐廳都大同小異,最緊要係雞嘅質素。而呢度鹽焗雞做得岩岩好,唔會過熟雞肉略帶經,肉質滑溜,而雞本身亦好有雞味,同鹽焗嘅味道十分之夾。紅燒豆腐係另一相對健康之選,起碼冇咁啖啖肉。最後就係米芝連咕嚕肉,開頭俾佢個名搞到期望太高,但係食落又覺得冇乜特別,外面肯定會有比佢質素更好嘅咕嚕肉。

剛剛探完病從仁安坐車落來,打算吃返個小炒熱熱地, 見到有閒港式飯店看落都幾好甘, 就打算試下啦,入去老闆推薦左個茄子班頭楠148, 自己叫左個鹽焗鷄半只118,海鮮雑菜煲98。 D菜都算可以接受既,都有鍋氣,老闆同班老夥計都算熱情。但係埋單既時候, 收銀話466, 我心想, 搞咩?我有吃甘貴咩?我叫收銀拆返條數給我睇,因爲係無收據又無落菜紙,距好Q快甘在一張白紙寫下364咯,又在計算機上打埋42(3個白飯+3個茶位), 再來個加一,米466咯, 由於我見距十分嫺熟迅速操作, 又吳想太過阻住人地, 所以米拉拉琳科水啦, 吳通仲會有錯咩。 去完個小便上埋車, 一計(364+42)*1.1=446。 你老闆啊,居然收多20蚊, 一間茶記野又收加一已經吳多爽,而家仲無拉拉吳見20鷄,真吳愉快。 後來細心一想, 都吳知係米故意多收既,如果我當場計埋給距睇,距咪最多講聲音sorry, 然後備返我,如果無講,咪又袋袋平安咯。下次幫襯呢d飯店真係吳可以怕麻煩要計清楚, 特別係個d又無單又無入菜紙d餐廳。

6個人食左4個菜$800其中3個菜沒有看餐牌叫埋單時發現蝦仁炒蛋原來160蚊 一d都吾值菜同茄子都貴又難食。另外白飯和茶錢加一罐汽水兩枝啤酒,連雞附上的醬油加起都要另收300!埋單時竟然要一千多,但沒有什麼落過肚。呃錢飯店!不知何時會收檔摺埋!

只是人冒數少,所以只能點了幾個: 霸王雞、三鮮牛骨髓和豆豉鯪魚炒油麥菜 。

這個霸王雞真的是兒時味道! 而且雞很香滑,連嫩雞胸肉也很好吃

之前有傳媒講過呢間鋪有八寶鴨,聽阿媽講過話已經好少地方有,有都唔一定好食,所以團年食就黎左呢間大圍老飯店食。叫左隻雞,啲肉好嫩滑,而且本身夠哂味,唔洗點其他野都好味!到主角八寶鴨,第一次食呢個煮法,齋睇已經知要好多功夫。面係酥皮,好鬆化。入面係隻無骨既鴨釀滿哂糯米,仲有其他配料釀埋喺入面,超好味!十足係隻特大足料糯米雞!煎魚腸,一啲都唔覺腥,不過份量少左啲。煎豬肉餅,好明顯係自家製,醃到啲豬肉入哂味,煎完好香,唔會好實。

早前同左屋企人出去食飯,見大圍有間由1988年就開始營業的傳統客家菜餐廳。我同細妹都未食過客家菜,所以就一齊去試試。先黎一份「手剁豬肉煎釀豆腐浸客家蛋角」,煲仔上的菜式,有香濃的湯浸住菜、蛋角及釀豆腐。蛋角有預先煎香,就算浸住湯都無阻它的香味及口感。蛋角內都有釀到肉。另外,個煲仲有手剁豬肉釀豆腐。我們仲叫左碟「原條洪興釀鯪魚」。餐廳先將整用整條魚肉拎去釀,再將釀魚肉砌返一條魚形。魚肉無骨唔腥,煎得好香!個汁仲非常襯tim!「揚州炒飯」都幾有鑊氣,配料足炒得又均勻。「金銀蛋時菜」味道鹹左少少,不過皮蛋同鹹蛋都好足料,唔似其他餐廳得幾片。主角「酥皮八寶鴨」到了!係香脆的脆皮內,就係鴨肉及香軟糯米飯。份量非常大入面仲有鹹蛋黃tim!呢間味道都唔差,如果去開附近值得去一試,因為好多手工菜式係市面都好少見。另外,大家去食飯記住㩒定cash,因為餐廳只係收現金架。

呢間味道都唔差,如果去開附近值得去一試,因為好多手工菜式係市面都好少見。另外,大家去食飯記住㩒定cash,因為餐廳只係收現金架。

偶然入大圍食個午餐,選了這間客家菜。出地鐵站行五分鐘,好方便。是日賽馬日,有十多人睇緊賽馬!好彩仲有位。坐底見午市套餐平平無奇,但後來見午市都超大份,夠兩個女仔分,尤其雞飯午餐,蒸魚套餐都好大份!下次要試午餐!而我地卻叫了白果豬肚湯。足夠我地五個人,每人兩至三碗。好多豬肚,白果,好味!另叫了紅酒糟炒米粉,微甜,幾好味,第一次試紅酒糟可炒粉。另外,豆鼓鯪魚炒油麥菜,幾好味!最後當然餐八寶鴨!外層炸得酥脆,內有鴨肉,粟子,眉豆,咸旦黃,糯米/粘米。好好味,間中一間油油地,都ok 啦!

另叫了紅酒糟炒米粉,微甜,幾好味,第一次試紅酒糟可炒粉。

另外,豆鼓鯪魚炒油麥菜,幾好味!

最後當然餐八寶鴨!外層炸得酥脆,內有鴨肉,粟子,眉豆,咸旦黃,糯米/粘米。好好味,間中一間油油地,都ok 啦!

突然好想食客家菜......冇啦啦比我搵到呢間老子號野, 但可能location問題, 冇咩人食咁, 一去到就有位, 又唔洗等位, very nice! 叫左我最愛既牛骨髓三鮮, 呢味餸真係愈來愈少地方食到 ! 入面仲有我最愛既鵪鶉蛋 牛骨髓入唒味, 好淋, 仲有香菇, 粟米心, 其實係好簡單既一味餸, 但我真係好鐘意 ! 跟住仲有客家菜必點既煎蛋角, 呢到仲可以加埋釀豆腐一齊, 叫做肉碎煎釀豆腐浸客家蛋角, 一味餸滿足唒我2個願望咁, hahahaha 最後就係呢個霸王雞, 好多蔥花好靚, 雞半隻黎講都唔算小, 不過雞有唔夠滑, 但雞味都好good ! 3個人仲有一碟炒通菜唔記得影, 炒得好有獲氣, 好香口 !!!就係鐘意簡簡單單既晚餐
