一家人去咗九龍城開餐!爸爸之前讚過「江南美廚」啲嘢好食,我同老公當然要睇吓係咪真係咁好啦!餐廳環境唔錯,我哋九個大人加一個BB獲安排喺玻璃房內用餐,坐得幾舒服!只係……洗手間太少廁格……唔記得影餐前小食,九個人,有三小碟前菜(每碟$10),其中兩碟係花生,一碟係菜莆。我一向鍾意食菜莆,呢碟醃得唔錯,唔怕太鹹,我都食咗唔少,如果將其餘兩碟花生換埋做菜莆就好喇,嘻。叫咗以下嘅嘢﹕砂窩雲吞雞 ($108/半隻)﹕碗湯味道普通,飲唔到咩雞味,雲吞亦唔見得好滑……食過合江小鎮嘅雲吞,更覺其他地方做嘅只係一般水準……花彫醉雞 ($50)﹕酒味頗重,但又唔會覺得好苦,算係唔錯,略嫌隻雞唔夠嫩滑。雞絲粉皮 ($48)﹕味道ok,其實呢道菜好難整得難食。鎮江肴肉 ($48)﹕一睇賣相已經扣哂分,啫喱部份完全唔得晶瑩剔透,食落感覺好實……蒜泥白肉 ($48)﹕睇落去好似好多咁,其實下層鋪滿粉皮。至於味道,只屬普通。南翔小籠包 ($28)﹕叫咗兩籠,味道一般,我那一件唔知點解一早已經被刺穿,所以冇乜湯汁可言……但只談餡肉,呢到都只係一般,食唔出有咩出色之處。擔擔麵 ($30)﹕叫咗一碗唔辣同一碗中辣,唔太食

擔擔麵 ($30)﹕叫咗一碗唔辣同一碗中辣,唔太食得辣嘅我,完全唔敢掂中辣嗰碗,只食唔辣。呢碗擔擔麵係我食過最難食嘅!首先,我唔知正宗擔擔麵應該係點,但我未食過咁粗嘅擔擔麵,我真係忍唔住要對嘅正宗式存疑。其次,啲麵煮得好鬼淋,淋到有啲過份,加上啲麵又粗,好似食緊一pat嘢落肚咁……就連個湯底都好 一般,呢碗嘢收成$30,絕對唔值!
蒸銀絲卷 ($18)﹕我冇食過,不予置評喇。
上海粗炒 ($62)﹕冇食到,所以又係不予置評喇。
茄汁蝦仁鍋巴 (其實唔太記得個名,更加唔知價……)﹕鍋巴整得好脆,我細佬好鍾意食,我就因為個人口味,唔太喜歡佢炸到萬年油味都食到咁滯……至於個sauce,sorry,唔係我杯茶,我唔覺得好食……

樟茶鴨 ($98/半隻)﹕爸爸激讚嘅一道菜,的確呢到嘅樟茶鴨唔會好似其他餐廳咁整到乾哂柴,鴨肉juicy之餘,又唔會又淋又霉,有咬口得嚟又不會韌,口感一 流!只係……作為樟茶鴨,佢嘅茶味卻嚴重不足!唔好提食落冇茶味,反正好多餐廳都係聞到食唔到,呢到就慘到連聞都唔太聞到茶味……嚴格嚟講,佢都唔太算係樟茶鴨喎!

估唔到一心去食上海嘢~~竟然仲有其他中式點心食 原來哩度最近開始07:30-16:00有點心即叫即蒸呀!!酸辣湯拉麵~~ 酸辣湯好味!!野菌素齋餃~~ 餃皮ok & 好夠料(好多菇+木耳)~~正!!素菜包~~ 可能我本人近期鍾意食菜,所以哩個包趁熱食嗰陣.真係覺得特別正^^春風得意腸~~ 哩個腸粉.超得意..起初未食仲以為係一般既炸兩, 點知食咗啖至知.原來裡面係脆既蝦春卷,下次必定再食^^懷舊豬潤燒賣~~ 睇見有少有既"豬潤燒賣",當然要試吓, 兩片爽豬潤+燒賣肉.入口都唔覺膩, ok ok!江南糯米雞~~ 哩個糯米雞.又係好創新, 完全估唔到係唔用荷葉.用咗白糯米+黑糯米.裡面有D雞肉粒+蝦粒.喺糯米上面再加上木魚, 味道都OK!!

懷舊豬潤燒賣~~ 睇見有少有既"豬潤燒賣",當然要試吓, 兩片爽豬潤+燒賣肉.入口都唔覺膩, ok ok!
江南糯米雞~~ 哩個糯米雞.又係好創新, 完全估唔到係唔用荷葉.用咗白糯米+黑糯米.裡面有D雞肉粒+蝦粒.喺糯米上面再加上木魚, 味道都OK!!

為了購買我認為是最美味的糖果,所以專程開車到九龍城廣場,在商場買了我的最愛糖果後,肚子也開始餓了,找到這家算像樣的酒樓就決定在此晚饍,看了餐牌主要是一些上海菜為主,由於要留肚食糖水甜品,所以不能食得太飽,只叫了冷盤燻魚($48),咸肉百頁津白($68)及鱔糊湯麵($50)燻魚做得不錯,甜中帶酸,而且甜味及酸味適中,魚肉咬下去也有魚香~咸肉百頁津白朋友說略微過咸,但我覺得還可以,因為是咸肉的緣故吧~這種咸肉是上海風味那種,咸香得來有肉味,不像廣東那種臘肉偏硬,百頁是豆腐皮,吸了咸肉的咸香,變得不再淡味了,最後就是津白,可能煮久了,略腍,沒甚口感了~鱔糊湯麵的鱔糊不夠多韮王,只得芽菜,而鱔肉除了份量少之外味道也不怎好,肉質偏腍,沒鮮味,至於麵就更加麻麻,湯底淡而無味,麵條也不彈牙,還標磅是自家制拉麵,有點失望~

咸肉百頁津白朋友說略微過咸,但我覺得還可以,因為是咸肉的緣故吧~這種
咸肉是上海風味那種,咸香得來有肉味,不像廣東那種臘肉偏硬,百頁是豆腐
皮,吸了咸肉的咸香,變得不再淡味了,最後就是津白,可能煮久了,略腍,
沒甚口感了~

肉質偏腍,沒鮮味,至於麵就更加麻麻,湯底淡而無味,麵條也不彈牙,還標

這夜我們一行4人去九龍城的九龍城廣場江南美廚做晚飯。地方企理,都幾好坐。奇怪週末晚上也坐不滿。我們吃了﹣醉雞:很香花調酒味,雞肉嫩。生煎飽:好吃,底脆面軟,裡面多汁!蘿蔔絲酥餅:皮鬆,內面有很多鮮甜多汁的蘿蔔絲,好吃!咸肉百葉湯:百葉入味,不過湯過鹹。擔擔麵:麵好食,新鮮拉的;擔擔麵湯底很香,好食!排骨湯麵:新鮮拉的麵不會難吃到哪裡,好食!排骨一般,肉乾了點,兼沒什麼肉味。水煮牛肉:很辣,吃得辣才叫;很香辣,牛肉肉質算嫩。我們都很滿意這餐晚餐,食物好吃,服務也算不錯,價錢又不貴,我們會再來!

很久沒有和未婚妻到九龍城找東西吃,又很久沒有吃過上海餐,看到 OPENRICE 推介這間「江南美廚」,自然要試一試啦!放了工,晚上七點前到達。唔駛等位,正!雖然自己有點不適,但仍點了以下一些大路但十分美味的食物:(一)小籠包:雖然不是太熱,但汁(湯)極豐富。正!(二)醉雞:一貫水準。十分入味。我咳咳都要飲飲那些花雕!一流!(三)干扁四季豆:很大碟,炒得很入味及夠鑊氣。送飯一流(雖然我地沒有叫白飯仔……)(四)生炒糯米蟹:這道菜才是今晚的重點!全碟色彩鮮艷已記一功,糯米飯香而不油膩,蟹足足有八両,蟹肉仍然保持鮮味,十分難得!最得意的是我竟然以這一道菜,教曉了未婚妻怎樣吃蟹腳和蟹鉗內的肉!真是不可多得!總括來說,這一餐十分滿意。希望下次可以帶未來外母來試試!

雖然自己有點不適,但仍點了以下一些大路但十分美味的食物:

最得意的是我竟然以這一道菜,教曉了未婚妻怎樣吃蟹腳和蟹鉗內的肉!真是不可多得!

總括來說,這一餐十分滿意。希望下次可以帶未來外母來試試!

星期日,十二點半,間間茶樓都大把人等位,見倒呢間江南美廚唔洗等位,即管試下啦。叫左小籠包 ,皮都算薄,味道一般啦生煎包,普普通通,無乜特別半隻雞,唔記得叫咩名,好多汁,都OK菜飯,好多油,但幾好食至於服務呢,明明落單時叫左兩個白飯,一個菜飯,都講左兩次。兩個白飯好快上左,等左好耐都菜飯都未來,就問下個黑色西裝友啦:『差個菜飯呀,唔該』咁佢就叫落單個阿姐check,然後又等左一排,半碗白飯都差唔多食完,個阿姐走個來話:『係咪要菜飯?而家同你落單。』漏單就度度都有架啦,都唔緊要,可能我講得唔清楚啦。想走果時問阿姐有冇信用卡有優惠,又答唔知呀。哦,咁就叫西裝友埋單啦,求其一張信用卡。之後走時去到門口見佢寫住DBS 9折,有DBS卡架wor,咁就覺得唔抵啦,係咁問下西裝友:『我地有DBS卡架,做乜埋單唔問我地有冇DBS卡呀?』(通常D餐廳場單都會問架嘛)佢居然啤一啤我地,就黑口黑面完全無應無采我地,差到呢。又唔係要問佢拿錢,無禮貌都極點,果然就係埋左單就唔係客。Black list,以後唔去,大把上海野好食還佢,服務好過佢,裝修靚又有乜用?九龍城大把地方又好食服務又好!.

半隻雞,唔記得叫咩名,好多汁,都OK

菜飯,好多油,但幾好食

至於服務呢,明明落單時叫左兩個白飯,一個菜飯,都講左兩次。
兩個白飯好快上左,等左好耐都菜飯都未來,就問下個黑色西裝友啦:『差個菜飯呀,唔該』
咁佢就叫落單個阿姐check,然後又等左一排,半碗白飯都差唔多食完,
個阿姐走個來話:『係咪要菜飯?而家同你落單。』
漏單就度度都有架啦,都唔緊要,可能我講得唔清楚啦。

想走果時問阿姐有冇信用卡有優惠,又答唔知呀。哦,咁就叫西裝友埋單啦,求其一張信用卡。

在九龍城找上海菜館,有點難道,在 KCP 見到江南美廚,入去一試。晚上七時已經要開始等位了。店子很少,人太多,跟友人被安排坐近後門座位,倒沒所謂。見晚市有孖寶,半隻雲吞雞+松子魚才賣$198,但見鄰桌松子魚的賣相不對辦,不試好了。我們二人點了:香脆素鵝、生煎包、外婆肉燒蛋、炒鱔糊、砂碢咸肉菜飯。上菜速度頗快。生煎包 ($28) 做得底脆有肉汁。香脆素鵝 ($48) 份量略少,外層鬆化,包著菇絲。外婆肉燒蛋 ($58) 上海的家庭菜,醬油炆腩肉和炸蛋,炸蛋未夠入味。炒鱔糊 ($88) 很對味,濃油赤醬,醬汁夠厚身,下飯一流。單尾砂碢咸肉菜飯 ($55) 為全晚推介菜式,菜飯做得乾身不油,菜粒爽脆,配上咸香的咸肉。埋單 $325,送一張小籠包贈券。下次平日再光顧,少d人。

店子的酒牌未續, 所以我們只好自備紅酒. 點了清炒蝦仁, 辣子雞, 酸辣麵, 小籠包. 在商場電梯間有 coupon 派, 食滿 $250 可減 $50.蝦仁個樣吾錯, 但炒得不夠爽. 辣子雞成碟辣椒但一點都吾香. 只是一般的炸雞味. 酸辣麵講明加辣, 可是都只是少辣. 酸辣味不夠, 很淡口. 小籠包個皮算薄, 但個包頂都是厚了一點. 整體來說, 四樣個賣相都吾錯, 但味道則有待改進.

呢間野, 一句其實已經講哂, 唔掂..不過, 都要同大家講講食後感, 首先, 食物方面, 落漏單, 個排骨麵無嚟, 算啦, 但係要追到第三次先有得食, 伙記都係發緊夢 小籠包賣相唔係好差, 之但係女便的湯好少, 仲好淡, 唔好食的, 生煎包就叫做最ok的食物了碟上海粗炒都係無味的, 肉絲都只係得三幾條, 落多少少料都可以啦如果都係唔好食, 好快就消失喇, 事頭婆要檢討一下呢
