😋😋 雖然之前在好幾家米芝蓮餐廳吃過的炒飯都很出色,用料一點也不吝嗇,但也不及香田這客每口都是蟹肉絲來得誇張🤣 

飯粒比中式炒飯乾身彷彿是日式炒飯的特色?爽口的飛魚卵讓炒飯口感更豐富,相較之下,中式炒飯以松子或蘆筍增加咬口好像更勝一籌,不過那是中菜與日菜選材方面有別,不能 apple to apple 比較。

原價 $988/位,限時優惠買一送一(初時很懷疑:真的嗎?有這樣便宜?)埋單連原價加一約$600/位。以這家店的新鮮進口食材水準,加上服務非常周到,每道菜都有細心逐一介紹,又主動推薦將不夠鮮的象拔蚌換成日本生蠔,如此美食如此服務,CP值高到不能置信 😋😋

三者都烤得啱啱好,豚肉與青椒烤至微焦,釋放了香氣,豚肉質地鬆軟,而青椒仔的微幸我鍾意。

絕對是今晚亮點之一,享用前先來一小杯檸檬雪葩清清味蕾,夠窩心。

牛肉以和風木盒送上,揭蓋時冒起裊裊輕煙,香氣四溢,牛肉中間位呈嫣紅色,滲出些少血絲,入口軟腍,肉味濃郁,水準之作,而大家一定不能錯過伴碟的蓮藕脆片,香脆可口,佐酒一流。

選用了金目鯛,以淋油方法令魚鱗豎起,咬落魚鱗脆卜卜,非常可口,而昆布包裹了野菜去蒸,基本上會選用時令日本菜蔬,而今次是迷你肉蔥、沖繩粟米筍、鹿之谷南瓜、靜岡蕃茄、山芋及長野菊芋,每款質感不同,但有一樣是肯定的,就是每款都吃得出食物的原味,純粹而甜香、輕盈,吃得太多重口味,正好清清味蕾。

Food is very good although the place is on the pricey side. Attempt to charge 中環/金鍾 prices in 旺角 is always a challenge.The restaurant staff team provides excellent customer service, in particular Leo and Yoyo. But the key person is Terry Chan who, in my opinion, maintains a network of customers to keep going back to the restaurant as well as constantly updating the menu to address the requirements of customers.No hesitation to re-visit the place again on another opportune time.

Most of the savoury snacks are Japanese-inspired and they taste good. There is an Elizabeth Arden flag on top of the mini burger which makes it Instagrammable. 


Pastries 

* Blackcurrent and dark chocolate mousse cake
* Strawberry cheesecake
* Lime and ginger madeleine
* Caramel macadamia nut chestnut tart
* Green apple and blood orange mousse 


The cakes and tarts are visually appealing. My personal favourite is the dark chocolate mousse cake. The bitterness of dark chocolate, the crunchiness of wafer and the sourness of raspberry all mix together to create a sophisticated dessert.

Served with clotted cream and rose strawberry jam


These are the must-have traditional scone flavours. An afternoon tea is not complete without scones - don’t you agree? 😉


To our surprise, the tea set also comes with free vouchers to redeem Elizabeth Arden trial kits!


Also I’d like to mention that I’m very happy with the service provided by waitresses and waiters at KOUDA. They are responsive and polite.


Overall a pleasant afternoon tea experience.

下圖由左至右為象拔蚌柚子造、北海道蒸毛蟹、根室海膽。毛蟹份量足,飽滿的蟹肉肉質鮮美,令人十分滿足。來自北海道的海膽肥美濃郁,更加俘虜了整個口腔和舌頭。但如果說最令人驚喜的食材,我覺得是看起來平凡的象拔蚌。十分之爽脆,每一咬都是「索索」聲,鮮甜的味道配上開胃的微酸柚子調味,感覺清爽極了,非常適合夏日。

【爐端燒】是串燒二品,可選鰻魚、豚肉、小青椒。配酒是「玉乃光純米吟釀 酒魂」。

另一選擇是【煮物】立鱗燒伴昆布蒸野菜。配酒是「久美之浦 祝 純米酒」。這道菜需要先將魚肉煮至半熟後吊起,再用滾油淋魚皮,令魚鱗像爆發般突起。厚身的魚肉保留了水份和嫩度,而魚鱗則非常酥脆。旁邊伴以時令日本直送蔬菜,以昆布綑綁清蒸,清新健康。當中包括清甜的粟米苗、爽口的長野谷芋、甜又多汁的洋蔥、菇類、南瓜、蕃茄等。

此時來杯久美之浦 祝 純米酒,清脆乾爽,且帶有一絲絲橙皮的酸澀,更突顯魚鮮。

伴以當日時令日本直送的新鮮蔬菜(有南瓜、高糖蕃茄、迷你肉蔥、長芋、粟米芯),以昆布綑綁清蒸,香氣撲鼻之餘更保留了鮮蔬的原汁原味。令我最驚喜的是粟米芯,原來只要剝開最外層就可以食用,粟米衣、粟米鬚、粟米芯是何其爽甜﹗

3層高的下午茶,最頂層的漢堡同最下層的都係鹹食。中間同最上層的慕絲係甜食。另外重有一碟4個迷你鬆餅配果醬及牛油。跟餐有咖啡或茶或特飲。
鹹食方面,最好味的係北寄貝牛油果沙律最中餅
麻麻地的有迷你豚肉生薑燒漢堡,真係漢堡唔係牛肉,總係覺得差DD的。另一個麻麻地係松葉蟹肉豆腐;我覺得完全冇味道的。
甜食就好D,基本全部都好好味,最鍾意係黑加倫子朱古力慕絲蛋糕,因為係朱古力,對朱古力控黎講,有朱古力就係好味。另外重有一個好味的係青檸薑瑪德琳蛋糕,入口真係好清爽,少少酸甜,好醒胃丫。

護膚品有4份,洗面乳,日/夜精華,及爽膚。因為仔仔同婆婆都唔岩用,我一個人要晒,淨係比左一份比媽咪姐

依個下午茶唔算係好貴果隻,亦唔係最平果D。但係坐得舒服,服務OK,打卡靚靚,食完重有護膚品。真係十分之唔錯,最唔錯係婆婆都有興趣陪我地下午茶一下,之前佢都唔多願出街。所以黎緊,要搵多D依D有護膚品送既下午茶,黎多幾次4代同堂下午茶先得。

原本食完個下午茶係勁飽的,重諗住唔駛煮晚飯啦,煮少D老公食就算。但係經過急步行,由新世紀行去朗豪坊後,重要係朗豪坊行左好幾個圈搵唔到間護膚品舖。最後晚飯都係食得落,一下子就被急步行消化晒個下午茶呢
不過我地食足2個鐘都冇食晒2個set,如果真係食晒,應該真係會食唔落晚飯。

爐端燒連埋個小火爐一齊上枱又幾盞鬼喎!我哋每人都有一串日本青椒仔,同埋日本黑豚或者鰻魚一串,我同老婆大人梗係一次過食晒黑豚同埋鰻魚啦嘻嘻,喱個日本青椒仔好鬼清甜仲好香椒味最緊要係唔辣好啱我食,喱串日本黑豚就好食到唔得了,肉味夠晒香濃肥瘦又啱啱好,要讚吓大廚調味較得好好吊晒啲肉香出嚟,鰻魚係老婆大人嘅至愛,佢食咗一小件就送咗比我真抵我咁鬼錫嘅啫。

終於嚟到我最期待嘅主菜蘋果木煙燻A4和牛伴蓮藕脆片,如果好似我老婆大人咁唔食牛可以揀立鱗燒伴昆布蒸野菜都得,和牛用咗小木盒神神秘秘咁上枱原來打開後有煙燻效果香到呢!

老婆大人嘅立鱗燒伴昆布蒸野菜净係個樣已經赢晒啦!嗰件鯛魚啲鱗炸到棟篤企好鬼有動感,側邊仲有用昆布包住蒸嘅野菜,入面有玉米筍、長野谷芋、番茄、香菇同埋洋蔥鍾意菜嘅人就happy喇,我有幸分到半件鯛魚立鱗燒,一嘢咬落去魚鱗脆卜卜一啲都冇立油,魚肉夠實淨個唔會鞋口係唔錯嘅。

以為完了嗎唔好太天真!話明同三個八月壽星慶祝生日梗係有蛋糕啦!三個蛋糕係Royal Delights嘅出品,老婆大人嘅係玫瑰草莓千層酥,另外兩位朋友嘅分别係餐蛋麵芒果芝士蛋糕同埋夢幻月夜朱古力蛋糕,三個都咁靚飽到反艇的主角們最後各自帶番屋企慢慢嘆。
