今日就嚟到中環九如坊“燒烤堂“食串燒 ,過咗一個十分愉快嘅晚上 。 先拔頭籌係鹽燒prime牛小排  $38一串, 性價比好高,肉質鮮嫩 ,牛肉味濃郁龍,推。 之後就到小食雞泡魚乾$38, 作為小食一流。 再嚟嘅就係麻辣燒赤雞心$22,雞心比較少見,放心唔會太辣 。然之後就到翠玉瓜$16同孜狀燒虎皮尖椒$12, 食嘅時候記得割走曬啲仔先好食啊。 之後就痛重頭戲 蒜蓉燒廣島蠔$44兩隻,誠意之作啲蠔好大隻,食得出唔係一般貨色 ,勁多蒜蓉超級香 ,推。食串燒又點得原隻茄子$36, 一樣鋪滿曬蒜蓉 ,香氣同份量都十足 。下一串就係明太子雞肉串$24, 雞肉燒得好滑,同明太子好夾。 再下一城就係蜜糖燒雞翼$18,啲雞翼好大隻,啖啖肉。 下一轉就係孜然豚肉韭菜花捲$22。 重點推就係 麻辣西班牙黑毛五花腩$28, 厚薄均勻而且非常大片, 肉同脂肪嘅比例亦都好平均, 麻辣嘅味道將五花腩提升到另一個層次。 之後就到鹹蛋黃豬大腸 $24,估唔到呢兩個嘅組合係咁夾。 非常推薦嘅就係香草蒜蓉包$18, 內脆外軟配合惹味嘅蒜蓉簡直冇得頂。 最後飽肚之選就係蟹肉燒飯團$38, 蟹膏滿滿地鋪滿咗飯團, 個飯團足

最後飽肚之選就係蟹肉燒飯團$38, 蟹膏滿滿地鋪滿咗飯團, 個飯團足足有手掌咁大個, 每一口都充斥住蟹膏嘅鹹香味。 最後當然唔少得食返個蜜糖燒波羅$18,鮮甜味美, 幫助消化。

呢日放工約左朋友去中環食dinner,我地去左一間新開既串燒店。呢間中環既串燒店好高質,串燒既叫即燒,燒到好惹味,而且價錢都唔算貴。今次點左好多野,呢個焦糖青蘋果鵝肝多士超邪惡,鵝肝超大件,非常肥美,多士係麥包,入面仲有芝士,口感豐富。蜜糖燒菠蘿超甜,好juicy。另外,鹽燒豚肉荔枝卷都令人好難忘,荔枝既清甜可以balance返燒豚肉既油膩感,好夾!仲有呢個勁惹味既芝士烤生蠔啊。呢個汁燒免治雞肉軟骨棒都好正,點埋啲生雞蛋一齊食,好正。串燒配啤酒簡直係一流!
