今日Happy Friday約咗個同事一齊食lunch,去左登龍街嗰邊,不嬲條街餐廳多,不過就好少去樓上食,今次揀咗間日本餐廳喺永光中心晏晝唔算好多人,可能因為樓上鋪有午市套餐,包括海鮮丼、定食同蛋包飯等,睇落吸引,我揀咗火炙壽司配烏冬,同事就揀咗究極丼,另外再叫兩個小食炸日本魷魚鬚平時好鍾意去酒樓食炸魷魚鬚,今次試吓日式,佢個皮一啲都唔厚粉,外脆內軟,入口鬆化,真係堅好食,不過要趁熱食,係小食的首選。美林雞泡魚乾呢個都幾有驚喜,佢咬落幾煙靭,配埋個蛋黃醬好match,yummy火炙壽司拼盤配烏冬火炙壽司有超長鰻魚、吞拿魚、蝦、三文魚等,啲飯本身已經有鹹味,壽司入口即溶,好新鮮,配埋沙律同烏冬,食完壽司都飽咗七成,食唔晒d烏冬究極丼呢個係招牌菜,梗係一定要叫啦,魚生飯賣相已經非常吸引,裏面有三文魚、吞拿魚、海膽、魚子、帆立貝、虎蝦刺身,超新鮮,見到都流晒口水,魚生入口即溶,鮮甜美味,配上麵豉湯,沙津同生雞蛋,不過同事唔食海膽,所以就俾咗我食,食落一啲都唔腥唔苦,超正總括嚟講,嘢食係幾高質,好滿足,一頓令人回味無窮的午餐,下次一定要再嚟

如果想一大班人去食日本菜,依間一直都係我嘅心水餐廳,因為佢有VIP房可以book,而且地點方面銅鑼灣炮台山都有,又冇最低消費,啱晒我哋呢啲wewa鬼叫咁嘈嘅朋友聚會😆究極丼刺身包括咗三文魚,赤蝦,海膽,帶子,刺身全部都又又大件又新鮮又肥美。下面嘅飯用咗特色赤醋,味道濃香醇厚,而且仲可以撈埋丼飯配埋嘅蘭王蛋同埋海苔,好有心意。究極海鮮杯玻璃杯入邊裝住咗一層一層嘅海膽,魚子醬,三文魚子,蟹肉,最下面鋪咗層香橙啫喱,由上至下潷起成啖食,鹹鹹甜甜好新鮮。黑松露牛油果軟殼蟹卷軟殼蟹又大又肥,炸到卜卜脆。配上牛油果,出邊加咗啲芝麻飯素同埋黑松露,完全唔使點豉油已經超級好食。黑蒜濃湯豬軟骨烏冬豬軟骨又香又諗,湯底嘅黑蒜味好濃,烏冬煙煙韌韌,冬天食一碗暖笠笠。

刺身包括咗三文魚,赤蝦,海膽,帶子,刺身全部都又又大件又新鮮又肥美。下面嘅飯用咗特色赤醋,味道濃香醇厚,而且仲可以撈埋丼飯配埋嘅蘭王蛋同埋海苔,好有心意。

最後嘅飲品都好有驚喜,左邊係紅豆抹茶奶。上面嘅cream非常之輕盈,然後上面撒左抹茶粉。飲品以抹茶做主調,底加左紅豆蓉,飲落嘅感覺就好似食緊甜品咁,滿足左我對飲品同甜品嘅需求。

另外一杯係含酒精嘅雜果賓治,飲落好清新,而且仲帶有水果嘅嗰種酸甜,調配得幾出色。喺我哋食咗咁多芝士嘅食物之後飲,個人好舒服
