Two of us ordered a variety of dishes, which I genuinely recommend every single one. I get the impression that the portion of the dish is smaller than similar restaurants, and the price is relatively lower. I guess it is a wise strategy so that diners could try more types of dishes at an affordable price.

All dishes are recommended - lovely presentation and well-balanced taste!

一入門口就聽到YOASOBI嘅歌,環境燈光有啲暗,座位一啲都唔迫,感覺好舒適,私隱度感覺多左啲,餐牌有好多選擇,包括壽司、炸串、刺身侓有是日推介,我地去左幾款壽司試下,包括三文魚腩壽司、炙燒七味帆立貝壽司、炙燒右口魚邊醬油漬壽司以及炙燒三文魚壽司。壽司非常新鮮,經過炙燒後散發誘人嘅香氣。我地仲點左甜蝦唐揚作為小食,第一次見到甜蝦被炸,炸得連殼都很脆,非常岩送酒。另外,佢地仲有蟹膏豆腐鱈魚乾,店員特別提醒我要趁熱食,因為鱈魚乾燒得非常脆口,搭配蟹膏豆腐非常美味。鹽燒白鱔的魚皮脆口,魚肉滑嫩可口。粟米天婦羅選料新鮮,肉質炸到剛好,用鹽調味後味道出乎意料地好。另外,佢地侓有清酒煮蜆,湯底有濃郁嘅蜆味同清酒香氣。海苔墨魚串炸得酥脆,裡面仲有墨魚碎。飲品方面,我點左甘橘柚子酒和巨峰提子梳打。柚子酒散發著柚子獨特酸甜香氣,o係口中瀰漫著淡淡的果香,並且帶有微妙的清酒風味。總括黎講,呢間餐廳營造的氛圍舒適,燈光柔和,讓人感到放鬆。食物方面提供多樣選擇,每道菜都帶有獨特的風味和口感。此外,佢地既飲品都非常出色。如果你想嚐嚐美味的日本小食和酒類,這家餐廳絕對是一個值得考慮的選擇。
