We pre-ordered the food with a set menu of 10 courses which left us more than full.

I missed out on taking photos of the 4 fried quail legs. Pretty good but again can use more salt .

Overall the service was efficient, and our server was a seasoned experience guy who used to work at Mandarin Oriental Group’s the Galley in Central ages ago. The owner Joseph care in more than a few times to check on how we liked the dishes . He’s warm and obliging without being overly so leaving us to enjoy our food among family and we shared a few glasses of our choice wines with him.

有一晚跟一班朋友來到這間位於灣仔汕頭街的樓上葡國餐廳,由於訂了房的關係,所以特別有私隱,吃飯大聲說話大聲笑都可以放盡。先開了兩支紅白酒,餐廳員工奉上了令人吃不停的餐前新鮮焗製麪包,加上牛油,真的害怕就此把吃飽了胃子。待所有朋友都到齊後,餐廳員工陸陸續續上菜,本人最喜歡的菜有紅酒燴羊膝(超入味!),非洲雞(有點辣), 招牌葡式燒乳豬(不得了!),法式洋蔥湯(若然有層在法國喝過它們真正的洋蔥湯,你會覺得是9成相似) 和甜品紅酒燴梨和心太軟(朋友還寫了生日快樂字在碟上給我,真幸福), 紅酒燴梨必定要試,雖然不難弄,但烹調和漬的時間都很巧技巧唷。

the portion of this crab meat avocado salad is quite small that’s why I ate it all to myself we ordered a four persons seafood platter the Thai assorted appetisers produced by their L16 chef was so authentic the suckling pig was so tenderbaked portugese duck 🦆 rice amazing soufflé in terms of taste and presentation! great desserts always got another stomach for these!! loved the Thai addition in this restaurant after L16 spice & herbs joined this venue!

在灣仔搵食,話易唔易話難唔難;想坐得舒服些、食得好些,都要花時間去試,trial and error。約了友人在灣仔lunch,選了幾間,最後來到這裡。在一條食街樓上餐廳,沒有大招牌,樓上舖好處係少了地舖的嘈雜,食飯傾談一流。來到時已見差不多滿座,好在有book枱。餐廳環境幾好,裝修有些懷舊feel,又有些家庭feel好warm的感覺,不像一些西餐廳冷冰冰。(冇錯,我係睇環境先,坐得舒服,食物就更好味啦)餐係好普遍的西餐,有沙律、包、湯、主食、餐飲,估唔到有甜品喎,睇相介紹返。沙律呢,其實我冇食,因為話蟹肉沙律。餐包係法包,表皮脆脆口感幾好;湯係忌廉湯都幾濃。到主食,點了牛扒配意粉、雞扒配飯。看樣子好普通餐廳的午餐ABC feel,但食落牛扒同雞扒都整得好好,牛唔會太靭,雞唔”鞋”。這裡的餐都算大碟,男士們肯定夠食。談談說說,lunch hour好快就完啦,我想坐耐d架。結尾的甜品是朱古力,細細件好好味。食野,除了環境食物,另一樣重要的是同乜人食。友好飯聚,傾下講下,就係一餐wonderful meal。期待同珍惜每一次飯局。

今日約咗人喺公司附近食午飯談點事,想找一間比較安靜的餐廳,所以走定了在這間葡法小餐廳吃飯去。餐廳環境非常小資,有些像歐洲小酒館的感覺,坐得非常舒適,很適合商業活動。午餐方面主要係幾個套餐的選擇,牛豬雞魚羊樣樣都有。我選了個牛柳,朋友選了個羊排,顯然羊架做得比較好,一點腥道都沒有都沒有。蘑菇松露湯做得不錯,還有薯仔沙律、麵包、甜點及咖啡。已經決定約其他朋友改天晚上再去造訪這間餐廳,試試它的主打葡國菜及法國菜。
