To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食午餐 餐廳人數約1/3
首先 隔枱用既膠板非常低劣

一人在La parole 法國餐聽午膳,order左1set午餐, 點了頭盤蜜瓜火腿沙律,主菜 黑毛豬,甜品raspberry cheese cake. 先上熱騰騰的麵包 圓形的介紹 是粟米包,另外是法式麵飽, 麵包很好吃外脆內煙韌, 很想encore但怕太飽. 頭盤沙律菜很新鮮,蜜瓜鮮甜多汁配無花果火腿十分美味,主菜黑毛豬外脆內軟充滿肉汁,要了七成熟剛好最喜歡吃骨那一部分,半肥瘦豬肉香味濃, 配菠蘿汁甜酸味道剛剛好 yummy, 真的很好吃!很驚喜!甜品 raspberry cheesecake 分量配搭得好不會互相搶味, 芝士柔滑濃厚, 配曲奇餅底還有一些芒果粒伴碟真的很豐富! 今天真的很滿足順帶一提餐廳是社企幫助言語有問題的小朋友, 是全數捐助, 真的很有意義! 一定 會再來光顧!
