朋友介紹一間食阿根廷牛扒的餐廳。環境幾chill, 直到8點幾都有人彈奏手風琴, 好有歐式風味嘅餐廳。▶️ Empanadas - fugazetta本來揀了雞肉但店員極力推介芝士味就轉頭了芝士的懷抱。係阿根廷餡餅嚟,味道又真係幾唔錯,有少少似印度風。 首頁唔係新鮮出爐,再熱啲就完美喇。▶️Hanger比較小地方有得食所以試下。一上枱熱辣辣,熱氣騰騰,有種炭火燒香嘅感覺。 Hanger的肉質比肉眼瘦,但肉咩更勝一籌,如要比較的話可能比較偏向似西冷扒。配咗六隻醬汁可以沾,個人比較喜歡bbq醬和蒜香牛油。▶️marshed potato簡直係薯蓉嘅天花板,好食到不得了。本身薯蓉已充滿住奶香。上面的黑松露更是錦上添花,當混和一體的時候,簡直係人間美食。薯蓉上有五六粒蒜頭有點像黑蒜的,味道甜甜酸酸的,配合薯蓉又是另一種層次。▶️Grilled Lamb Rack好欣賞佢能夠做到咁厚肉,裏面的羊肉仍然是軟滑的,但有好剛剛好是五成熟,沒有透血水。很難得食到咁厚肉的羊架,正正因為佢咁厚肉,中間的部分可能有點淡,配搭醬汁就剛剛好。

比較小地方有得食所以試下。一上枱熱辣辣,熱氣騰騰,有種炭火燒香嘅感覺。 

Hanger的肉質比肉眼瘦,但肉咩更勝一籌,如要比較的話可能比較偏向似西冷扒。


配咗六隻醬汁可以沾,個人比較喜歡bbq醬和蒜香牛油。

簡直係薯蓉嘅天花板,好食到不得了。本身薯蓉已充滿住奶香。上面的黑松露更是錦上添花,當混和一體的時候,簡直係人間美食。薯蓉上有五六粒蒜頭有點像黑蒜的,味道甜甜酸酸的,配合薯蓉又是另一種層次。

好欣賞佢能夠做到咁厚肉,裏面的羊肉仍然是軟滑的,但有好剛剛好是五成熟,沒有透血水。

很難得食到咁厚肉的羊架,正正因為佢咁厚肉,中間的部分可能有點淡,配搭醬汁就剛剛好。

一盤熱辣辣嘅熱溶拉絲芝士,啲香味已經飄晒上嚟。Topping有幾款唔同既香料碎,配上一條新鮮既法式麵包。芝士味道好濃郁,好食到停唔到口。食到最尾我點咗啲香醋同埋橄欖油,食完成個dish 感覺好balance好正。

主角 Ribeye 我地叫左Medium rare,

應該係第一次食到刺身蝦版本嘅意大利粉。成個感覺好新鮮。第一啖已經食到濃濃嘅鮮蝦汁味道。廚師選用咗幼嘅意粉成個感覺更加掛汁。係一個非常奢侈而高貴嘅鮮味。生蝦部分非常新鮮,調味開胃。
Langostino Pasta下次再黎必點反您回味!

最尾叫左杯mocktail,因為渣車無叫到酒精飲品。果香甜味帶清新既感覺,成杯鮮紅色有小小紅酒feel,一路傾下計飲野平衡反食完成餐飯既膩感。

ps:d staff 過左黎幾次問d 野食o 唔ok ,換碟同埋留意refill 番杯水全部野都好nice 呀,呢間真係傾計小聚一流

我入到嚟先知道原來阿根廷菜係出名食熟成牛扒/牛柳嘅😚所以都唔輸蝕,嗌咗個5成熟嘅hanger~叫完之後冇諗過係咁大份🤩兩個人都根本食唔晒呀~然後個牛扒嘅外皮真係燒得好香脆,仲燒到有啲焦香~所以外脆內嫩嘅口感特別突出!熟嫩嘅程度都啱啱好~可以見到入面到粉粉嫩嫩,絕對唔會過熟,所以都唔會韌🥰由外面啡色到入面粉紅色嘅外觀真係好吸引😍然後佢配有六款唔同嘅醬汁,有黃芥末、蕃茄沙沙、pesto等,每個味都各有特色🥰
