No wonder I saw many only order steak. They grilled it just right, served with a hot long iron pan, so you better eat/move to plate fast if you don't want overcooked. Or you might put it on the pan longer if you want it to be cooked longer. The meat was tender and juicy, and there are 6 special sauces to pair with.
