Quite hard to locate but the atmosphere in the restaurant is not bad. It was not crowded and very spacious. The waiting time for the food is longer than expected but the service was good.The food in general is quite nice at a fair price. I quite liked the rice paper rolls, especially the soft shell crab with fresh mango rice paper. The cold vermicelli was not bad as well. In general, it was a fairly good dining experience.

一排無食越南嘢, 早前便相約友人去了位於中環的品越越式料理食晚飯. 小食點了串燒拼盤 (豬肉, 雞肉, 牛肉, 香燒菠蘿). 份量唔少. 三款肉的肉質不錯, 調味夠惹味. 而燒菠蘿真係要食, 因為夠甜, 可以起中和作用. 湯點了香茅椰汁雞湯. 這個湯足夠兩個人飲用. 當中雞肉也不少. 雞肉幾嫩滑, 入口有淡淡的椰汁香味, 啱晒我口味. 主菜點了香芒軟殼蟹炒飯. 賣相精緻. 軟殼蟹質感唔會太乾或硬. 炒飯唔會太油, 尚算粒粒分明. 最後甜品必定要點, 選了香芒黑糯米. 黑糯米夠煙煙韌韌, 甜度適中, 唔會覺得太膩.

One of my preferred hangout in Central for lunch & tea for over 8 years. Last visit was few months back. A pleasant surprise this time. Food served was hot, well, not piping hot, but a big improvement. Must compliment, the raw beef noodles. Soup base, rich and more tasty comparatively. Lemongrass pork neck, well marinated & juicy. Cold vermicelli, am impressed by the finely julienned cucumber. It showed the pride taken in the preparation. Guess will visit more frequently from now.

   周末和朋友在中环逛街,想吃越式料理就搜索到了品越 便过来试试看。   没想到令人惊艳

  我们主食点了比目鱼,鱼肉分量很足!双面是稍微煎过,鱼皮是脆脆的口感 鱼肉格外显得嫩 旁边搭上菠萝白萝卜等沙律 爽口又解腻!超级推荐!!

黄金就是咸蛋黄,将螃蟹炸得香脆香脆,外酥里嫩 咬一口还能见到满满的蟹黄喝蟹肉!

   烧大虎虾米纸卷   之前从没有吃过米纸卷这种食物 这次第一次尝试。
米纸卷 顾名思义包着米粉,是一款比较特别的主食。米纸卷的皮很q弹,有嚼劲 这一份里面包着大虾 你能吃到真的是一个个头超级大的虾肉。
里面还加上青瓜撒上芝麻 搭配旁边的沙拉 很清爽 口感很丰富  !

因為餸料包括有生牛肉、牛展、牛腩、雞絲,又夠晒大堆頭,放上唔少金不換,所以,頗有「火車頭」嘅影子,仲伴有青檸及辣椒碎,不妨拌入湯中,味道會起出變化。不過,講到個湯底,濃而不濁,非常有牛骨香,而且,河粉嘅份量十分足,前前後後都分都4碗仔,最正喺滑溜有米香嘛;至於啲餸料,老友就話好得,尤其啲生牛肉及牛腩,極有肉香,食得出喺靚貨
,牛腩更喺牛坑腩嗰位,帶少少油脂香,我亦覺得啲牛展炆得軟腍,而雞絲頗嫩滑。

咁多款午餐中,最想試喺佢,一來用上馬拉盞,夠惹味,二來炒金邊粉,湯嘅食得多,炒嘅比較少,況且,炒粉一向易做難精。金邊粉比河粉更幼身,帶點韌性,炒出嚟嘅效果唔錯,唔會黐埋一嚿嚿,食到尾又唔喺好油,加上馬拉盞嘅鹹香,再唧少少青檸汁,令味道唔單一;海鮮就只有鮮蝦、魷魚及迷你帶子粒,款式唔多,但勝在仍具質素,好似啲鮮蝦咁,去晒殼,一咬就喺爽彈嘅蝦肉

晌網上查一查,就知龍眼肉有幾好,杞子又明目,秋冬飲就夠晒滋養。龍眼睇得出唔喺平時飲啲乜冰物冰嗰啲罐頭龍眼肉,而喺由桂圓乾泡浸出嚟,所以,略帶深沉,味道自然而清甜富蜜香。友人更話,入口順喉潤澤,果然無揀錯。

喺「精選一人餐」揀咗款河內生牛肉湯河 ($95),套餐配有小食一款同熱飲一杯。小食可以揀迷你春卷、香茅雞中翼、灼時菜同粉卷拼扎肉,選了香茅雞翼。雞翼一客 2 隻,啱啱好夠我哋分,唔使爭唔使搶。挾起一看,雞翼 Size不大,細細隻,不過熱辣辣,而且食落夠入味之餘又夠脆口,咬開外皮,入面的雞肉依然 Juicy。

至於碗湯河,雖然話係一人餐,但係份量睇落都唔野少,絕對足夠兩個人 Share。先擠些少青檸汁,再撒點芳香的九層塔同指天椒,湯頭鮮甜濃郁,入口充滿牛骨香氣,不油不膩。河粉薄而滑,帶少少煙韌,吃至最後仍然彈牙。生牛上檯時仍帶紅,入口有厚度,不嚡不韌,吃時可配是拉差辣椒醬,更有風味。

主菜點了品越燒乳豬 ($188),乳豬用木砧板盛上,分量極多。先叉起一件入口,外皮很薄,入口脆卜卜,皮下脂肪略厚,而最下層則是肉質纖維幼細的豬肉。豬件食落肉汁好豐盈,帶豬肉的甘香。雖然真係幾好味,不過兩個人食 1/4 隻,的確是有點吃力,建議同多幾個朋友一齊嚟分享。

食完油膩野,最後當然要點番個菜蔬嚟平衡一下,點咗個馬拉盞炒芥蘭 ($72),店員送上時已經聞到好香,炒得好有鑊氣,芥蘭爽脆青綠,入口微辣,鹹香味十足,既爽口又唔硬身,非常好吃。

套餐配有熱飲一杯,有咖啡、奶茶、檸檬茶、檸檬水可供選擇,不過如果想轉凍飲就要 +$3、轉特色熱飲就 +$8、轉梳打特飲就 +$12、而轉沙冰就加 +$18。這杯芒果椰子沙冰 (+$18) 味道不俗,既香甜又不膩喉,充滿熱帶風情。餐廳環境唔錯,靜靜地,幾啱同姊妹嚟傾下心事。
