早幾日有兩個朋友係snapchat不約而同地post左深宵玉子燒,搞到我都心郁郁,所以今日就搵咗個朋友一齊去試試佢我地一入到去就有位坐啦!燈光比較陰暗,餐廳亦會不斷播放韓國音樂,真係啱晒我同朋友暢談。好快就嚟咗第一道菜-煙肉芝士玉子燒。職員幫我地分件前仲好好,問我地洗唔洗拍照留念先。職員一切完細件我哋用9秒9嘅時間食晒啦,因為流心芝士真係太吸引啦,加埋蛋同茄汁呢嗰絕佳嘅配撘,一啖食唒真係好邪惡。炸雞軟骨都值得一讚,雞軟骨唔係太粉,炸得幾脆,個醬同雞軟骨亦好夾。一個字,正! 帆立貝燒得啱啱好唔會太韌,size唔會太細隻,加埋一大羹黑松露係帆立貝上面,又香又好食!一睇個顔色同外皮就知道炸得好脆,芝麻令雞翼更加香口,肉嫩皮脆無得彈。安格斯牛肉煎得唔錯,冇咩軟骨係入面,多汁但唔肥膩,一口就啱啱好。芝士年糕係我哋叫既最後一道食物啦!一咬舊年糕,啲芝士就流晒出黎,煙韌嘅口感都幾特別。雖然每一份食物分量唔多,但價錢係同區唔算貴,我食完以上咁多款小食都夠飽。最後我要講返句:玉子燒、芝麻雞翼同帆立貝真係好好味呀!

係尖沙咀行完街,唔知食咩好,走左入去厚福街搵食之前已經食過銅鑼灣分店,發現原來尖沙咀都有分店,咁就唔諗啦,上去食啦!芝麻雞翼呢度既雞翼係最好食既,一上枱就已經聞到好香炸得好香口,外皮炸到金黃色,食落好脆身入面既肉仲係好Juicy金菇肥牛卷都係最愛之一,肥牛好嫩,入面包住超多金菇,金菇好多汁加上上面有好多醬汁,令到成個金菇肥牛卷都好惹味!燒蟶子蟶子好鮮味,而且好爽口更重要既係佢用左好多蒜蓉鋪面,勁香蒜蓉味食完好回味炸雞軟骨呢度既雞軟骨分量超多,粒粒有咬口又夠香脆上面有啲七味粉,食落更惹味!若用黎送酒,感覺一流,好味到停唔到口呀!

深宵食堂沒有看過,不過來到這家店就不需淩晨後,環境幽暗,嘈而不雜,是居酒屋的氣氛,10點前更有露天位選擇,實在頗為適合三五知己,一口串燒一啖暖酒聊天。室內有大電視播多國MTV,有種想哼歌的感覺,特別一提這裡是沒有刺身壽司,剛好朋友想吃,晚上不吃生冷食物比較健康吧,主打串燒和酒吧,食客亦相對比較年青。食物方面也order了很多種類,雖然選擇不多,但居酒屋有的都齊了,亦有深宵推介,價格亦都很合理,如果店員能夠再熱情一點會更好,喜歡聊天朋友可以一聚。

受到日食文化的影響

我覺得這筆劃剛好

提提大家這裡會收取茶介的喔

不過桌子上每人只提供一杯茶 沒有茶壺

而且店員不夠積極加茶 感覺有點理虧

雖然我們是把它當晚餐來吃

但食材的份量都較小 確實比較適合當宵夜
