本人是深宵食堂(電視劇)的超級大粉絲,聽聞有同名的食肆,豈能錯過,藉著友人生日,特來試試。我們一口氣點了很多燒或炸物,如芝蔴鷄翼、吉列廣島蠔丶炸雞軟骨丶生燒牛脷芯丶汁燒白鱔丶汁燒帆立貝...等。芸芸眾生中,最好味的是汁燒白饍,因鱔肉肥美厚身,加上燒汁,特別惹味。汁燒帆立貝及芝士蚧肉玉子也不鐠,玉子面用茄汁寫上深宵兩字,簡直是完美的影相位。只可惜其他食物卻十分之普通,而牛脷芯更是難食,過多的黑椒及不新鮮的食材,使人失望。最後順帶一提,其員工服務,一好一壞(兩位服務員),只能給予中間分數,希望老闆多加留意。

最近愛上睇日劇深夜食堂,劇中老板中最愛用貓飯餵貓,貓飯好味程度連劇中客人都指名要點。 估不到上網搜索之下,一間名叫深宵食堂的餐廳裡,竟然有貓飯食,所以相约朋友一同去試。我地叫咗客芝麻雞翼,雞翼熱辣辣送上枱,外脆內裡肉質鮮嫩多汁美味。又試咗汁燒金菇肥牛,超好味,肥牛熟度恰到好處,金菇熟得黎又唔韌,完全唔痴牙。

説起日式居酒屋的話,很多人也會向我提起深宵食堂。這天和朋友在尖沙咀閑逛了一會兒後,大家便決定去深宵食堂試試。大概晚上6時多來到,店内顧客還不算多,而餐廳不知道是不是裝修的緣故,店内面積不大。店内燈光昏暗,營造了一種居酒屋的感覺,不過店内播放的卻是香港的老歌,感覺有點格格不入。這裏的食物款式也不少,除了有多款燒物外,餐廳還提供了各種炸物,一品料理,主食,小食,沙律等等。我們考慮了一會兒後,一口氣點了6款食物和2杯特飲。我點了一杯巨峰提子梳打($28)。對我而言,吃日式串燒絕對少不了梳打,有氣飲品和串燒從來都是絕配。朋友則點了一杯抹茶紅豆冰($28)。不過朋友卻表示這杯抹茶紅豆冰有點過甜,而且抹茶味道非常人工。接著我們點的食物便開始陸續上桌了。烟肉荔枝卷($38)這款串燒是我每次去串燒店都會選的。這裏的烟肉荔枝水準也不俗,鹹香的荔枝包著香甜多汁的荔枝,非常令人滿足。汁燒金菇肥牛卷($38)另一款質素不錯的串燒,整體燒得剛剛好,牛肉保留了一點肉汁,包裹著滿滿的金菇,金菇爽脆可口,而且醬汁甜甜的,點綴了肥牛的味道。川式茄子($68)一致被我和朋友認爲是當中最美味的一款串燒。茄子分量不少,整條茄

我點了一杯巨峰提子梳打($28)。

對我而言,吃日式串燒絕對少不了梳打,有氣飲品和串燒從來都是絕配。
朋友則點了一杯抹茶紅豆冰($28)。不過朋友卻表示這杯抹茶紅豆冰有點過甜,而且抹茶味道非常人工。

接著我們點的食物便開始陸續上桌了。

這款串燒是我每次去串燒店都會選的。這裏的烟肉荔枝水準也不俗,鹹香的荔枝包著香甜多汁的荔枝,非常令人滿足。

另一款質素不錯的串燒,整體燒得剛剛好,牛肉保留了一點肉汁,包裹著滿滿的金菇,金菇爽脆可口,而且醬汁甜甜的,點綴了肥牛的味道。

一致被我和朋友認爲是當中最美味的一款串燒。茄子分量不少,整條茄子燒得剛好,不會過乾,茄子非常juicy,配上蒜蓉一起吃味道非常突出,一點也不會覺得味道單寡。

相反這款串燒卻有點令人失望。牛利好像燒得過了火,口感很韌,沒有爽脆的感覺。而且調味上也較爲鹹,吃了一口便停手了。

玉子上用茄汁寫上了深宵二字,甚爲特別,上桌後店員會幫忙在顧客面前切玉子。切開後就能夠看到裏面澎湃的芝士,相當吸引。玉子的蛋味也很重,和芝士一起吃一定不會難吃,不過蟹肉的分量很少,吃不出任何蟹肉的鮮味。

鰻魚飯味道屬普通質素,稱不上是有驚喜。不過鰻魚的分量也不少,厚厚的一片鋪在珍珠米上,的確頗吸引。

整體來説,雖然深宵食堂不算是我心目中香港最好的日式串燒店,不過價錢合理,款式很多,味道也不會強差人意,也是值得光顧的,

可是值得一提的是店内的服務態度不太好,店員的語氣有點倔,爲整餐飯扣了點分數。

嚟到尖沙咀,其實我同舊同事聚吓舊都係想坐得舒服少少,可以傾吓計,記起之前喺銅鑼灣食過間串燒唔錯,佢尖沙咀都有分店,充帶佢嚟試吓~胡麻凍蕃茄 - 我平時好少食生蕃茄,但係呢個凍蕃茄加埋胡麻醬好好味凍豆腐 - 最近唔知點解愛上咗食胡麻醬,一見有胡麻豆腐就一定會點嚟食,不過……食呢個其實主要一定要豆腐夠滑,呢個就絕對夠,同埋我比較鍾意食厚切豆腐,平時食皮蛋豆腐,雖然力工好好,但係其實好難夾起食,卹以我都係鍾意呢嘅食法吉列廣島蠔 - 大大隻,外皮好脆口,亦都唔會過厚,咬落重好juice,好香蠔味芝士蟹肉玉子燒 - 呢個玉子燒真係大塊得過份,兩個人食真係太多,但係味道唔錯,不過略嫌唔係好夠甜,如果甜返少少會比較好味淋魚干 - 同朋友食串燒傾計,點可以無雞泡魚乾呢﹖我最鍾意佢燒完出嚟癡癡立立嘅口感,燒嘅時候要適當加醬油,所以呢種癡立感好重要一口牛 - 呢個牛,同我之前喺銅鑼灣食一樣,唔韌,非常淋,唔會有多餘嘅筋,好香牛味~

凍豆腐 - 最近唔知點解愛上咗食胡麻醬,一見有胡麻豆腐就一定會點嚟食,不過……食呢個其實主要一定要豆腐夠滑,呢個就絕對夠,同埋我比較鍾意食厚切豆腐,平時食皮蛋豆腐,雖然力工好好,但係其實好難夾起食,卹以我都係鍾意呢嘅食法

夜晚11點半出嚟搵食,openrice尖沙咀深宵食堂開到2點,就衝咗上嚟,原來openrice唔準,今日1點收。先嚟2杯飲品,忌廉鮮奶唔係罐裝,有濃香鮮奶味,正。到杯士多啤梨奶昔,竟然唔係奶昔嚟,有啲失望。跟著嚟個牛肉飯,賣相ok,牛肉唔會乾,飯用日本米,有牛肉汁,撈一撈非常香口。食咗2啖,豚肉飯到啦~豚肉有超香牛至味,厚厚一片有5片,金黃爽身,咬落軟熟,飯一樣係日本米,底有醬汁撈一撈又清埋。最後最期待嘅牛油焗什菌居然係最失望嘅,牛油唔香,淡得嚟有澀味,其實稍稍多啲鹽就解決到嘅問題,唉o(︶︿︶)o埋單$234。

又係望見隔離檯……那些堆滿薄餅面的木魚薄片向我招手…..食我啦…食我啦。深宵薄餅餡料有煙肉、洋葱、菜粒及炸麵等, 再加上甜酸沙律醬、燒汁及大量木魚薄片增口感及食味, 煙肉和洋葱香口惹味就係人都知, 不過放炸過的麵條入 pizza 又幾特別, 好似食緊童星麵咁, 個人略嫌pizza餅底厚了些, 有少許硬, 不夠香脆。
