我自己食過羅麥記三次,三次都係唔同分店。想講嘅嘢詳細唔多,總括係 — 餐廳噱頭菜式裝修客服全部都做得幾好。但係一間餐廳最關鍵最緊要嘅係個廚師唔掂,更好嘅食譜更好嘅菜式更好嘅食材但係個廚師冇用心煮咁就死緊啦,有好多細節位其實可以做得更好但係我睇到嘅係100分嘅Hea。如果你哋啲廚師可以將每一個細節都做到99分,我絕對相信你哋嘅業績會上一個doub。如果唔能夠聘請到合乎條件嘅廚師煮出貴餐廳嘅菜式,可能需要降低貴餐廳菜式烹調嘅難度以合乎現時廚師嘅能力,咁樣可能煮出嚟嘅嘢冇咁難食。哈哈

今日同家人出去行街,知道如心廣場新開張,特意去參觀,行到係時候啦,就去搵野食,咁就返去荃新天地到搵食,經過羅麥記,見到羅麥記位侍應非常主動,不停叫我地入來試下,咁我見餐牌下午茶都幾抵食,所以就二話不說咁入咗去,入到去個場都大,3:00左右都坐到大半人都幾好生意,先睇睇餐牌,都幾多野食,我就叫左個叉燒蔥花蛋飯,我家人就叫咗個XO醬叉燒炒腸粉,大約五分鐘左右就到叉燒飯嚟咗啦咁見到份量都幾多,仲有啲蛋真係半生熟,好滑,真係好有驚喜,值得推介至於腸粉方面外貌唔錯,味道正常,唔可以叫差,因為我覺得炒腸粉,根本就唔會輸,最重要嘅就係唔好太鹹就得啦,咁今次都好正常,埋單都係$80左右,今時今日算抵食。

老公今日在荃灣做野,見到荃新天地開左羅麥記,知我喜歡食佢地嘅闊佬炒飯,所以放工就約埋我一齊去食。闊佬炒飯:我最喜歡的炒飯,一個炒飯兩種味道,蝦仁大大隻好爽口,配上白汁,口感creamy。另一邊是雞絲、蕃茄、洋蔥,蕃茄獻汁調得好好味,酸酸甜甜的好醒胃。飯底用蛋炒過,粒粒分明。忌廉汁芝士窩蛋雞皇飯:雞肉份量已蓋滿整碟飯,口感鮮嫩啖啖肉,忌廉汁濃郁,加左隻生窩蛋,特別香滑。紅豆冰粒粒咖啡:紅豆林甜,咖啡香濃,另外加入用紅豆冰製成的冰粒,代替平常用的冰粒,當冰粒溶化時,飲品能保持味濃又冰凍。炸雞脾拚薯條:即炸雞脾外皮香脆,肉嫩有汁,薯條裡面鬆軟,外面脆口。麥sir乳鴿仔:即叫即炸乳鴿皮酥肉嫩,有肉汁又入味。蝦多士:剛剛炸好的蝦多士香脆可口不油膩。雪糕紅豆冰:傳統味道,紅豆冰加入雪糕,飲落特別甜滑,好有懷舊feel!

今晚到荃灣荃新天地新開的羅麥記吃晚餐。一隻bb乳鴿切開四份,雖然是bb size但是都很厚肉,最重要是很入味。如果餐廳提供埋手套或者濕紙巾會更好呢!鴛鴦炒飯 番茄汁配上白汁, 非常開胃 ,白汁略不夠濃。蜜糖炸魷魚鬚一口咬落甜甜地, 正宗蜜糖甜,酥炸粉不太多, 魷魚肉剛剛炸到恰到好處非常出色
